Chris was my Allstate for at least 2-3 years. I had auto and RV insurance through him. About a year ago, I found auto insurance cheaper through a different, but I kept my RV insurance with Allstate. That is when I noticed the customer service started to go down hill. Chris was able to give me a great price for RV insurance, but I dreaded ever calling him because he was rude on the phone. I have never met him in person. Whenever I did call and had a question about my policy, it seemed like I was interrupting him. The last time I called him before deciding to change agents, I called later in the afternoon, but before closing with questions about my billing. He wanted to put it off to a different day, but my policy was going to be canceled that night, if I did not figure out what the issue was. I never received any kind of reminders of the bill being due, so I accidentally missed a payment. I never received a call or email from the agent stating anything about the missed payment. I finally received a letter in the mail, the day before the policy was going to cancel. Chris was extremely rude to me and acted like I had no clue what I was talking about. That is when I decided to change to a different agent in the same area with Allstate. My new agent with Allstate is awesome and I am so glad that I switched. I get reminders of my upcoming bill without any changes to my policy. My new agent has called me just to introduce himself. Even though, Chris got me a great price for insurance, but I would like to be treated with respect whenever I had questions about my policy.

Chris is a great agent. Hes helped me get the best coverage I can for the lowest price possible. I called and asked about lowering my premium and he was able to get me a sizable refund with little effort at all!Overall great guy, would recommend to friends and family.

******Rude!!!!!!! Rude!!!!& RUDE! If I could give NO STARS i would. I would not recommend coming to this location. my grandmother and I went to this Andover location so I could get put under her insurance. The whole 10 mins we were in there the man that was suppose to be helping us was very unprofessional towards me. My grandmother doesn’t understand English as well as most bc she is rooted to Laos. That is the only reason I went with her. With that being said the man continuously made little rude remarks to me about how I’m being “babysat”by my grandma and I’m not an “adult”. As far as I’m concerned, you have NO IDEA nor is it any of your business as to the circumstances why I’m getting insurance under my grandmothers name. It’s not for you to decide who gets put under her insurance your only job was to put the insurance on! Once he told my grandma I was not an adult I was done at that point and just wanted to get the process over. So I just stopped talking and let him and my grandma work it out. He then continued to try and provoke me and when I kept silent he told me I had a “mean streak”. I then told him again, that I have nothing to say and would like him to just finish the process. Provoking me again by being sarcastic he said to me “ I’m really interested in what you have to say” - I still stayed silent. But that’s when I took out my phone Incase the situation went further, and started to record. In the recording you can hear him asking for my title and my name, I give him my title and told him my name again. He went back to typing as if he was working on getting the insurance, then suddenly told us to go somewhere else. He accused me of using and taking advantage of my own grandmother and using her and cussing at me and that resulted in my grandmother leaving visibly upset and confused. I told him that he was very unprofessional and he shouldn’t be talking to people like that. And we left. Will never go back. You can’t mistreat people based off your personal opinions and accusations. I will also be posting the video everywhere I can. People like him should not be working with other people.

Christopher was very rude and unprofessional! Instead of us leaving with insurance, we instead left with my grandmother in tears! Wouldn’t recommend!!!
