After Jane left this insurance company the quality of customer service went downhill fast. I had been with them for over a decade and I recently contacted them twice—via a direct email message and their websites contact form—to see if they could lower my car insurance policy rate with Plymouth Rock which was nearly $1,200...absurd considering Ive had no accidents and my mileage was just about non-existent since I worked from home for the past few years. A week went by and no one ever got back to me. I then called them to cancel the Plymouth Rock policy after doing my own research and getting a lower rate with Liberty Mutual. I left a voicemail for Michelle who never called me back. I had to follow up again the following afternoon to get her on the phone. Its completely unacceptable to ignore your customers, especially ones that have been using your company for several years. She had the nerve to tell me when confirming my cancellation that I ever needed someone for insurance to please consider Doherty. Clearly she doesnt get it.

Avoid these people like the plague!! I had to deal with the RMV twice due to their ineptitude. They left my title on the copier, then gave me the copied RMV1 forms and tried to keep the originals for themselves. WTF??? Nothing like a wasted day at the RMV thanks to these idiots egregious errors. On a side note; they wouldnt let me use their restroom either. As someone with over 20 years in customer service; I can attest to the fact that they have a lot to learn if they intend to stay in business. Shame on them.
