It took a little to get to me each time, not sure if they were that busy or what but once there they were great. They do their thing and get you off of the road quickly. Communication could be better with me and other offices that can be involved. Mailbox seems full a lot.

Charged me $330.00 to tow my car to Greenville and dropped it off at the wrong address. I even wrote the full address on the tow slip. Would not take a credit card or check and insisted that I pay cash. Total rip-off
