Ive not had positive experiences with basic car maintenance especially from dealers.....they always found something else I was not expecting and it always was expensive.....I was referred and had high expectations on receiving great service and quality work at an affordable price. They hit the mark all around and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was appreciative and grateful for their work.

I brought my Lexus in for an oil change and when I left I did not notice the oil spot on my drivers side floor mat.. They totally ruined my Lexus floor mat.. I tried cleaning it but I could not remove all of theStain… Other places I have used always placed a paper mat down to drive my car.. If you use them I recommend checking your car well before leaving

Great experience. Friendly fast and efficient. Had just left the 10 minute oil place a few minutes down 81 because they were awful. Didn’t acknowledge I was there. Ignored me and played on their phones. Jarrett and marlon good guys.

Used to be great. I could drop my car off when they were busy and come back later. Now you have to stay with your car. For that amount of wait time I could change my own oil.

I have been going here for a while with no issues . Till i found out my oil stick was broke! They did not till me until next time I took it by there. Said my oil stick was still broke. Thinking why didn’t they till me when it happened. Now was told by manager can’t fix it! Needs to be taken to a shop! Paid $25.00 for another oil stick on eBay. The oil sticks for my type of car are very hard to find! When I called to talk with the manager told him I know it was them that did it they are only ones that have been changing my oil still didn’t do anything about it! Will not be going back.

This place was recommended to me by a local who lived nearby. VERY quick and friendly service! Soon as you sit down and get comfortable theyre sending you on your way! Pleasantly surprised. Its the only place Ive gotten my oil changes and levels checked for the past 6 years since moving to Anderson!

I bring my work vehicle here that needs oil changes almost monthly and my brand new Jeep for service. After coming here it makes the dealership look lazy and slow. Fair pricing and quick quality service. All the guys are super friendly. Can’t ask for any more than that. They don’t cut corners, even clean the windshield for you. I always feel like I get my money’s worth and highly recommend this place.

I had to go buy my own oil filter for a Mercedes because they don’t stock it and they credited me $2 for a $20 oil filter. I didn’t expect the $20 but since the service includes an oil filter, and I have no idea how they think they can get an oil filter for $2 for a Mercedes, I would assume they would have given a better credit. Plus charged $23 for 2 quarts of oil since I needed extra oil and $5 just to drain the extra 2 quarts. I think they make stuff up as they go. Would be smart if you go somewhere else. I certainly will in the future.

The guys really work with your car as if its their own instead of most places now.. not caring about anything but money & the speedines of it getting done. I took my car here for an oil change. When they gave me my receipt it said I had an oil leak. A few days later I noticed there was oil all over the drive way, I checked the oil and it was empty. I took the car to my regular mechanic because I did not trust rapid lube. They told me that the drain plug was loose and the oil filter was loose. These con artist quick lube places intentionally put your drain plug on too loose then tell you that you have an oil leak just so they can charge you 400 dallors for something that was never wrong with your car in the first place.

My oil light came on when I was leaving work. The shop was closed, doors drawn and about 5 men were locking the doors and getting ready to lock the office. I pulled in and they opened the shop back up and put oil in my car. In a world where customer service seems lost, they went above and beyond taking care of me. I won’t go anywhere else because they actually care about their customers. It’s just a nice and thoughtful group of people. GO TO RAPID LUBE, they care about their customers!!!!!

Fast, friendly service! They answered simple questions about my car that had nothing to do with my oil change (I know nothing about cars). I couldnt have asked for nicer, more friendly technicians. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming here again and again!

The staff here are friendly and do a great job. They let you know if they see something wrong with your car so you can get it fixed. I go regularly for my cars oil change, and they also check and top off all your other fluids, check your air in tires and never make a mess in your car.

I will NEVER take my car there again. My car requires synthetic oil and I told them this, I was charged for synthetic. 1000 miles after driving it it was out of oil and confirmed they didnt use synthetic. When I went in my windshield wiper fluid was bone dry. Discovered after I left it was still bone dry. When I took it back they tried to claim there was a leak. I stood there and watched them fill it up and the technician overfilled it with me right there then tried to tell me that the fluid now dripping from the car to the ground was from the leak. However, what was put in there during this scam s stayed in it since. A reputable mechanic has since confirmed no leak after I asked to confirm my suspicion and they have the nerve to play His Radio over the waiting room speakers.

I went there for an oil change because.the dealership I go to was booked and I needed an oil change soon. I notice the guys working like crazy with tools ect and then spraying water on the inside of the hood my Jeep We asked what they were doing because weve never had any problems with getting a simple oil change before and were told they just couldnt get the oil filter to seal. They said they finally got it and sent us on our way. I got up to go to work today at 430am and theres OIL all over my garage floor! They messed up something, Im going back this morning to get them to redo and if they wont Ill be talking to a lawyer. My Jeep is in new condition and has never even dropped a drop of oil much less huge puddles of oil! Ill keep you updated!!!

Went to get my oil changed and they told me the sticker was wrong and I still had two thousand miles until I needed an oil change. They checked my tires and levels and sent me on my way with no charge. There are still some honest people in this world! I will definitely use them again!

I wish I could just give a review without stars this use to be an amazing shop. The last few times Ive been I was told that they didnt have the type of oil my car uses. The waiting area smelled of marijuana and the guy who pulled my car out must had just been smoking cause my car smelled of it.So I will no longer be going to this shop. And they dont answer the freaking phone.
