We were easily able to get an appointment that worked well with our schedule. The employees were friendly, professional and very helpful. We were able to get the tires that we wanted for our suv, including the road hazard warranty at a great price that beat everyone else in town They were put on the car, balanced and ready ahead of schedule! We will definitely come back for tires on our other cars and will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Went in at 10:45 for a lifetime balance and rotate. I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait and to come back at noon. Came back at noon and gave them the keys. Waited for another hour while their buddies hung out, they fixed their lawn mower tires, and spoke to bikers that rode into the speedway next door leaving the lobby unattended. I was then asked if I had been helped when they returned. That was when I asked for my keys back. They said I was next, but I had seen enough. It was then the manager (I think) asked if I wanted to set up an appointment. I was going to get a new set of tires on another vehicle there to the tune of about $750, but it looks like Belle Tire will get that business. I understand busy, but professionalism goes a long way.

Me and my husband came in today to have a tire patched for our car. We asked for an estimate before we left the tire with them and they said that it will be under 20$ When we came back the same guy at the front desk said there will be no charge for the work that was done! Had an awful start to my day and had to pull the gas out of my tank. And these two guys Steve and Saul helped me on their day off! I asked them a question and they ended up helping me all the way, they took almost an hour out of their morning and gasoline in the mouth and refused money, after they were finished helping me a guy in the parking lot had a tire issue and when I was leaving they were helping him! Ive been coming to tire barn in Anderson and New Castle for years I have 4 trucks trailers and dump truck mowers a lot more tires that the average person or household. Ive always had exceptional service and performance out of the tires I get from them . Im treated like family and not a customer .,that being said goes a long way in my book. I came for a balance and alignment. Scheduled appointment for 1pm, its now 3:45pm. They send cars to Tom Wood Honda, 2 miles down the road for alignments and there is a giant lack of communication between the them. When I made the appointment I was told by TB it would take an hour at Honda, which is understandable, so I made the appointment. Honda never told TB they were short handed and it took them over 2 hrs for the alignment.

We got a new tire n I went to work after work I come out to leave it’s flat and I call n 1st get told to bring it back,...which quickly got a response to HOW am I supposed to do that n then I was told(by manager )that a employee would be on his way with air tank and would air it up and then I could drive to shop. I’m five minutes away from them after sitting n waiting for about 45 minutes a employee arrives with no tank he takes tires because it wasn’t sealed properly no amount of air would have helped n 30 minutes later I get my tire back n it was sealed better n actually looked terrible with black goo every where but it works

I been going to the Anderson Scatterfield location for 25 years and NEVER had any issues. Always great service and prices. Steve has always took care of me. What a great bunch of guys and they know what theyre doing. I went down the road to belle tire because they had the tire in stock and they mangled my wheel on my 2019 Z06 so bad I had to buy a new wheel. Should have waited on tire barn to get the tire the next day. Chris at Tire Barn had the new tire on the new wheel in ten minutes with no issues. Love this place. So what have we learned here...1. Only go to Tire Barn2. Belle Tire will do things to you and your wheel that will cause you the need for counseling and a surgeon to stitch up your orifice.

Business was booming when I arrived at this location and they were running behind. It was not for lack of effort though! Everyone was working hard, staff was never less than pleasant and understanding! ( even after waiting almost double the time i was quoted!) Proof that you catch more flies with honey! I blew a tire out on 69 around 5:30 in the morning, had the truck towed there and waited for them to open at 8. Was the first person in there and already decided to put 4 tires on, brand and everything. Had a spare brand new rim in the bed of my truck and asked them to mount one of the good old tires on it. My truck sat outside as other customers kept coming and going. Took over 3 hours . I was standing out side with they tried bolting the spare on the truck and had to correct them. Poor communication . While i was inside waiting their lack of professionalism was almost embarrassing. Too busy on their phones and goofing off. Went to get in the truck to leave and tire light was still on, so i went inside and said something. Guy came out and maybe tried for 3 minutes before giving up and asking store manager for help. Then he tries and tells me sometimes you have to drive it to register, which is false for my truck. I got tired of arguing with them so i left and still have a tire light on.

Every time I come to this store the staff is wonderful. They get my car looked at quickly and repaired at a great price. Today an employee named Tyler was very helpful with replacing a valve stem on my car. I will continue to come back to this store because of the amazing service like I received today.

Traveling from Louisville, had a nail in my tire. They took care of it in less than 20 min. Didnt even have a chance to charge my phone..... LOL. I sells cars in Indianapolis. A customer from Ohio purchased a pre owned BMW from me and had a flat tire on his way home while driving through Anderson IN. He was able to limp into Tire Barn on Scatterfield Road. The car has run flat tires which are not usually available at tire stores. I was able to take a tire from our dealership to the customer in Anderson so he could continue home. Tire Barn on Scatterfield Road took the old wheel off, put the new wheel on, during a busy Saturday afternoon, and got my customer on his way. When I asked the sales consultant for the bill for the labor he said dont worry about it, no charge. We were glad to help. I was floored! Talk about decent and friendly! They could have charged me something or even ripped me off, but what they did instead is make a customer for life! Every time I drive through Anderson now I have a positive feeling for that city and its businesses. Thank you for your kindness and decency. Anderson and Tire Barn have a new friend.

I went to get a tire repaired and i was told it was to bald to repair that i needed a new one. I feel they were just trying to sell tires because my tire wasnt bald @ all. Never again

I recently moved here from Indianapolis. I think it was the assistant manager was very helpful and well-versed on his products. He came to the conclusion that my tire could not be repaired. Made me a very good offer on Replacing my tire. He had it mounted and balanced in under 12 minutes. Had a really good experience and have no problem buying from him again! He was a really square dude., And that’s hard to come by nowadays!

I had a 26in custom wheel and tire and a 24in custom rim and tire that needed the black tire goo added to it to insure the tires hold air. Come to find out Tire Barn does not have the equipment to mount and balance any wheel over 22in. Tire Barn actually has the name Tire Barn Custom Wheels advertised on their business. Talk about false advertising!! Wow!! Thank god for Belle Tire. Belle tire has the equipment to mount and balance any wheel!!!👏👏👏👏 Now that it what i call a tire shop!! Tire Barn needs to get with the program!!!

My granddaughter hit a chuck hole and damaged the sidewall of her tire .I arrived about 10 minutes after they locked the doors..I spoke with Tyler and explained my situation and he was very helpful and told me no problem they would put a new tire on and have her back on the road in a few minutes..thanks guys I appreciate the great customer service and thats why Ill continue to do business with Tire Barn. I had called around town for a price on mounting some tires on rims that were bare. They had the best price at $40 so I made the appointment. The tires being mounted were used but almost new. So I knew I was taking a chance the tires may have some defects. I had 2 of one brand matching, and two of another brand matching. They never called me so I stopped up there to see if it was done and saw them mounted outside...one problem. They mounted the matched sets for left and right side instead of front and rear like its supposed to be. When I asked them to change it they did not seem happy. They flipped two tires to make it right but I had a feeling they didnt balance them. I didnt want to fuss about it so I went on my way. When bolted up to the van, i had a HORRIBLE vibration anything over 45 mph. Took it to belle tire and had them ROADFORCE balance it. They said the tires were all green in road force (phew) and the balance was way off. After belle balanced the same wheels and tires now my vibration is gone and the van rides smooth. If they didnt want to do the job correctly when all they do is tires then why did they accept the job in the first place? Much happier with belles service.

Had not been to this store for years but my brother told me to go and talk to Steve. Hes helped me with three sets of tires now and as long as hes there Ill be coming back. Steves always been upfront and honest. My centercap was busted when they where replacing a set for me. Steve ordered a new cap, no questions asked.

First of all I want to say I’ve been a lifelong customer of tirebarn and was always happy to do business with them.... until now. To start I had my vehicles oil changed a few days ago at a dealership as well as a tire rotation and balance. When I took the vehicle in my car drove perfectly, when I pulled it out of the dealership I noticed a horrible limp on the left side of the vehicle at low speeds, so I took it to you guys to see what was wrong. After having it in for 10 minutes the technician pulled it right back out and said my weights were bad and the tires need balanced even though they were balanced when they were rotated the day before at the dealership. The guy at the counter said if that didn’t fix the problem then just bring it back the next day. well I drove off and it didn’t even feel like they did anything to fix the problem so I brought it back today and the same exact technician pulled the vehicle in and said the weights are bad again and said the tires need to be balanced again and once he pulled it out the guy at the counter once again said if it keeps happening just bring it back tomorrow. well I got frustrated and I let him know that’s what he said the day before so he walked outside with me took a look at the tires and said I needed 4 brand new tires even though they are 75000 mile Yokohama tires with only 30000 miles on them. Im am now beyond done with you guys. The employees were rude as all can be. I’ve never been treated like this before. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You’ve done nothing to fix my problem and now want to scam me into tires. I will never come back!
