This used to be a Shell lube location, and I was a long time customer, but they were recently bought out by Jiffy Lube. Most of the same employees are still there, along with some new faces. The level of service was always great with Shell and the new management seems to be doing a good job of providing even better service. The inspection was very thorough and oil change and new air filter service was performed quickly. Prices have increased slightly, but what hasnt gotten more expensive lately? Highly recommended for a quick oil change without leaving your vehicle.

Dean is ABSOLUTELY the best in air conditioning repair! He was very knowledgeable on how to fix my husbands truck air conditioning. He was professional, efficient, and has us blowing ice cold air! Thanks Dean.The other gentleman were very friendly & professional too.

The regional manager got in contact with me and actually tried to make there mistake right. Usually doesnt happen. Come to find out it wasnt a mess up on there part. I appreciate the effort of trying to make everything right on there side. Been going here for a few months for oil and fuel filter changes. Good people.

The mechanic in the pit did not put my plate back under my car. The plate came off in the middle of the highway and put myself in danger. The manager fixed the plate and didnt even offer any discount, free oil change , or anything. He did not even apologize.

This place is a trash. Didn’t serviced me just for the reason I didn’t let this older rude guy lower my tires pressure.

Very fast and efficient service. I dont think I was there more than 10 minutes. They already know which oil you need and how much. They also inspect the vehicle and check tire pressures. My only complaint is they put WAY too much air in the tires, like 6 lbs above manufacturer specs. I still give the place 5 stars, but please take it easy with those tire pressures.

Very courteous and professional staff! Didnt bombard me with over priced upsell attempts like most quick-lube type places. They knew what my car needed for the oil change, did the change right away, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Nice clean shop! Quality Shell brand oil! Great place to do business!

Last minute change because my normal oil change place had employee issues. Chose to take my car to Rapid lube. Great place in my opinion. I stayed in my vehicle because of covid and the guys did all the work. Professional and actually quick. In and out in about 20 minutes.

As a new resident in the area I chose this location to service my vehicles oil changes. During my first visit, another customer described the place as a good ole fashion mom and pop shop with great customer service. I was sold and decided to patronize the establishment. True colors came out during my next visit. While attempting to use my debit MasterCard to pay for service ( as I had done before) Dean proceeded to try and verbally force me to enter my PIN to use as debit. I chose to use it as credit and explained I couldnt recall my pin number. In a rude, undermining, tone Dean ranted, I dont understand how people forget their pin numbers and come the first of the year I will be charging because it cost me $1.60 to run as credit. Shocked and dismayed I stated, As a business owner you shouldnt talk to your customers like that. Dean became even more transparent and dumbfounded and said, You dont tell me how to talk as if he was scolding a child ... Firmly, I assured him I would no longer patronize his business and I would inform others to do the same as this is NOT the customer service Im accustomed to. Dean seemed unbothered that a customer left his establishment dissatisfied and unappreciated. Needless to say, they failed to vacuum my vehicle as advertised with their 10 Minute Inspection as Dean assured would happen--- Who knows what else they failed to deliver--- This was too disturbing not to share. My hope is that Dean will remember he is running a business that will only thrive with returning paying customers who feel they are valued and appreciated.

The service on my car was quick, so I was okay paying a little more than I normally would for an oil change. However, I did not appreciate the way they tried to scare me into getting services done on my car that I knew were not needed. Overall, clean and good if youre in a hurry. I would like to edit this review. 5-17-18 It turns out that they did not put the guard back on my car correctly. It was missing two screws and ended up falling down halfway and scraping the pavement as I drove. It made my car so that I was unable to drive it home from work I had to call a tow truck and have it taken from Westminster SC all the way back to Anderson. I had it towed to Piedmont Honda where I typically have services done except for my one lapse in judgement when I brought it to the rapid lube. Piedmont Honda let me drop off my car after hours and let me wait inside for my fiance to come pick me up. The staff was very friendly and welcoming at Piedmont Honda even though they were closed. The next morning the dealership called me first thing and had fixed my car for free. I will never make the mistake of going to the Rapid Lube ever again. It was a quick job that I am almost certain they messed up on purpose because I would not buy what they were trying to force me into. You dont have to take your car to a dealership shop but I WOULD NOT go here.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for about 10 years, it used to cost between 35-50 bucks depending on what all fluids my car needed. The past 2 times Ive been there Ive spent over 80 bucks each time for the same oil change, they charge more for the oil change and for the oil itself than the advertised price. Ill be doing my own oil changes from now on.

They were quick, prices have went up but attendant said they have not increased in 9 years. I have been going here for 12 years and the only time my bill has been over 50 is when they charge filters. Also has that air pressure was checked and all were 40lbs., My display doesnt have 40 lbs on any tire. Will not be going back.

For years Ive been bringing my personal vehicles here for oil & filter changes. Im always in & out in about 20 minutes. The fees are worth every penny for the promptness instead of sitting at a dealership or big box store for more than an hour waiting for a 20 minute job to be completed.

They wont allow you to bring your own oil & filter even if you pay for a full oil change which of course includes their oil & filter. They are very expensive.

Very good service but the priciest oil change Ive ever gotten. I paid $63 for a high mileage oil change. Thats about $20 more than what I pay at my usual place and, so, Ill not be coming back.

Been going there for years and sick of the ripoffs. They once charged me for an air filter that they never installed. Once I cleaned and vacuumed my car beforehand but they still charged me for their waste removal fee. Constantly trying to sell me their overpriced products. This time they charged me the waste removal fee but ofcourse didnt do the service. Last time this place gets a dime from me.

They say they check tire pressure anx do all these things to your car that they dont actually do. I asked if they check my tire pressure they said the front tires they did but didnt do the rear. Also said they added washer fluid when my washer fliud was empty when i left from there. If they actually start doing the things it says on the reciept they did do then it would be much better.
