Very helpful staff and good selection. Parts always come in quickly when ordered and they always figure out what I need.

They have great Stihl products, but the workers here are not up to par. Their “mechanics” have little to no knowledge on fixing things. The “sales people” have no knowledge on what they’re even selling. If you buy a product a sales person will tell you if you buy a case of stihl 2 cycle oil the warranty on whatever you’re buying will be extended. I know because this happened to me and so I asked what the warranty covered to which the sales person replied they didn’t know. Your salespeople need to know what they’re selling before they go off selling it, offering a extension on a warranty they have no knowledge on is ridiculous.

Paid over $600 to get my mower fixed and when I got it home I had still had to adjust the idle speeds because I had no choke and my fast Idle speed was so screwed up I had to work on it just to get it to run correctly. $600 to get a rocker arm adjusted, are you kidding me. They said I needed a new carburetor but I think the only thing wrong was the loose rocker arm, because when I got home I put the old carburetor back on the machine and it ran fine. When I took my mower in to find out what was wrong they called me and said I needed a new starter and I said that the starter was working fine when I left it with them the guy then said it must have been ready to go bad. I think the guy that worked on the mower burned the starter up. I went and bought a new starter so they could install it to check the machine out for the main reason I took the mower to them. This place has lost my business and I encourage others to look elsewhere for their mower service. Im a true believer in supporting local business but when I need parts from now on I will buy off of Amazon. Hope it was worth it!!!

Stopped by to price and possibly buy a new tractor walked on lot and didnt see one salesman. No prices labels on equipment eather.. Mabye next time!

Great service when youre shopping. Sucky service after you buy!! I had an issue with my tractor 5 days after I bought it, they said I would have to leave it and would take 2 weeks for them to even look at it. My sales rep barely even acknowledged me! I would not go back!!

I bought my first JD rear engine zero turn. I had a question about the mower.I called Ag-Pro who went out of their way to help very cool!! Everyone there went out of their way to help. Awesome!

I dropped off my 4 wheeler 650 buck to be repaired and when I got it back and tested him on my land it still broke down. I had a carb problem and it did not get fixed even I specifically told them my problem. I paid for their time of course. I do it myself. Watch a YouTube video and its all good

Of course its John Deere so you expect A Cut Above. The facility was clean neat and in order and the sales rep William was knowledgeable about the products very well.
