This used to be a really clean place and now its hard to even get soap in the bathrooms. They have changed their hours to 6am-9pm m-f. I understand being short staffed but that is part of running a business, finding staff or paying more for reliable staff. At this point there are several of us looking for other gym options after years of being a black card member. Lack of gym availability should mean I dont have to pay as much. 🤷‍♂️

I recently relocated and was looking for a gym - main thing I was looking for was location. If the gym isnt close to you, you probably wont go!I took a tour of planet fitness and liked what I saw - spacious, not too crowded, friendly staff, clean.

It’s a very nice gym with the latest equipment and a friendly professional staff that always greets you with a smile. It’s good to see people of all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life are working out and doing their own thing.

Very nice place. Clean. And the tanning beds are the best.

We love this planet fitness! We have been to a couple others and there seems to be so much more equipment here. The staff is laid back and most of the people are friendly and non judgemental.

Not the largest Planet Fitness Ive been to, and there are only 1 of some machines, so it can get pretty crowded during busy times (4-6pm, for example). However, staff are kind and friendly, and its a clean place. I very much enjoy going here to work out.

Cheap membership. Go anytime you want. And the staff are amazing. Work hard and sanitary

Seems like a nice place. Lots of equipment plus tanning and hydro-massage. The black card membership is a great deal. I will be purchasing it for sure.

I really love how friendly the staff is here. Also it really does feel like a judgement free zone just like advertised. I can come in and do my thing and feel good coming out any time. There is always plenty of equipment and it is clean and in good repair. And if you have questions or need assistance someone is available and happy to help you. It’s great!

This PF actually has rowing machines which is awesome. Its not too crowded and machines seem to all work. But three big negatives are: There is a lacko mirrors for the squat racks and free weights so its hard to check form, they clearly dont grease the machines nearly often enough so there is too much friction on Smith machines, and the cleanliness in the stretching area is not very good.

Not to crowded very clean. Just hated alot of the people had no mask on. And it clearly has a sign at the front door when entering

Way too many treadmills and not enough benches.be prepared to wait if you want to lift free weights. Obviously set up to reel in the new years resolutioners.The price is fair and the equipment is in good shape though.

Good morning, its been about 3 weeks since all the TVs at the Anderson Planet Fitness have worked correctly, they either are blacked or the sound does not work, the last week, only two or three stations had sound available, would someone please fix the tv issue at the planet fitness in anderson indiana. thank you for your attention to this issue.

Very good gym. Gets busy at times. Locker room is not cleaned every day. They need to enforce there own rules about guys who take all the weights off the smith machines so they can use them. There is a preset amount of weight that belongs to each machine and it would be nice if I could go to a machine and the weights be there.

The Anderson location was overall nice, not dirty or anything. However, when I signed up online I was under the impression I would be showed around etc etc because thats what the website said. That didnt happen. I had never been in a gym before in my life and had no idea what was what or where.

Its always clean and hardly that busy. The trainer is friendly and works out new exercise plan for you monthly. Also, she listens to you and adjust the exercise plan to help you if your having problems with it. 🙂

Should open up little bit earlier on the wkend an on mondays.. fix broke machines.. an enforce wiping down equipment when ppl are done...

Plenty of space and plenty of machines to work[ out on. Roomy and clean.

Its super clean every time I come to workout. I usually try to avoid the 5-6 oclock time frame because its always super packed in there. The only downside is now they have this new machine (which is awesome) in the stretching area which took out all of the empty space that we were able to stretch. I definitely recommend this gym!

Friendly and clean a great place to go workout

Theres better equipment and lockers at other locations they should get the combination lockers. Also I was surprised at some of the members that go here. They are at the wrong gym for judging and harrassing other members around them. I didnt let it bother me but planet fitness is a NON Judgemental place and everyone has their own pace. Those that do not understand that should join another gym.

I have been a member of 3 different franchises in three different states for over 3 years now and never have I saw a planet fitness closed or advertise 24/5. I understand the markets are different but brand consistency is VERY IMPORTANT! plus I feel cheated out of my membership. 19.99 a month is my commitment so PF should be committed to being consistent. MY ENTIRE ROUTINE OF DOING 2 A DAYS WAS THROWN OFF TONIGHT WHEN I ARRIVED TO PLANET FITNESS AFTER WORK THIS EVENING. UGHHH!

I have been going to this gym for a couple years now. It is nice to have a nice gym with such a motivating, pleasant staff. Id recommend it for anyone looking to get in better shape.

The gym its self was nice. However, the employees was not so great. I made the mistake of enrolling in auto pay after doing the proper steps to stop my membership I was still charged for a extra month of service. They admitted it was there fault in a email went in to get a refund it then turned into you have to bring in your bank statement before we refund you even with the email. I am not a rich person that extra withdraw caused overdraft fees and with those bank statements they requested I brought it in and it clearly showed the overdraft was just from them and the extra month they took out.. but its my fault for living week by week not there fault for messing up.

Planet fitness as a WHOLE...is embarrassing to even speak to on the phone about anything BILL wise...they corporate businesss lets a bunch of people who DNT even have any idea of whats going on take care or customers which is sad to say at the least...from where I sit...its a joke. All I got is an email address to speak to someone about this because they DNT want to have to deal w it...thats UPSETTING...what ever happened to being able to speak to someone about REAL WORLD situations and having a decent conversation w people about it...Im disheartens about the lack of communication and lack of respect for the average person who needs assistance...what a joke.

I dont see why people have a problem with planet fitness. Its a great place to work out if you have some physical issues or just want to lose weight. They dont let you do some things I guess.But I like it here because I dont feel judged; which is what they market to everyone.I hate going to other gyms as a fat woman because people look at you like you are an alien. Im just trying to better myself.But this Anderson one just updated their cardio equipment which is awesome.And they ALWAYS keep it clean. The staff is friendly, too.

Going to Planet Fitness as a Black Card Member makes working out a treat! I work out and then enjoy a hydromassage! Its the best!

Even if you have spurts of losing your motivation for consistent weekly workouts, for the price you cant go wrong. Their black card is only $20 a month, and just the unlimited tanning and hydromassage beds are totally worth it even if you dont get in the gym as much as youd like to.

Gym is fine and so are the employess. Billing and such has much to be desired. They never bill the same time each month. Which if you so happen to be low on funds they charge late fees plus your bank fees. Again they never charge the same time each month. So the $10 a month is BS plus there is a contract they dont tell you about. So it is not a month to month payment it is a membership which they crack your head every chance they get. So the price they claim is a SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do not have as many options as the planet fitness in fishers. Also some of the equipment has definitely been used and is worn out.

Some of the staff are not as friendly as they should be. But, when someone tells men to have a great workout, its nice.or even tells me goodbye when I leave is nice

I like everything about the gym so far except for one thing that all other gyms have. NO refer a friend programs, i went out and got a new member to sign up for black card membership the first day i came in, and only got a thanks. I was in the process of gathering up my whole gang of friends and family, I mean some of us have a lot a friends that could be signed up...but with no referral program...there is no incentive. Other than that...Its a clean nice fitness center. The staff isnt rude or condescending, and hey they include tanning in their black card membership. It would be nice if it was open late on weekends, and if they could extend the massage chair/bed times higher than 8mins from like 12am to 4am since there arent many people there. Membership fee is low, and they offer free wifi!
