We have used Manifold for years, excellent company! We are moving out of state and will miss their excellent customer service, and their guys put the cans back where you had them at the curb not slung all over the place....highly recommended

We have had Manifold Refuse pick up our garbage for over 30 years here in Yorktown. They are so dependable and I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs their garbage disposed of. They are always there when they say they will be and have taken extra trash on occasion. We will continue to use this Company and would be glad to give a reference for them.

Manifold Refuse is a great company for trash collection. Ive been a customer for 25 years, and theyve been easy to work with whenever Ive needed to call. The few times Ive needed a dumpster, it was easy to arrange and competitively priced. Weekly trash pickup is always timely with no mess left behind. Theyve earned their 5 stars!

We have been very happy Manifold customers for 18 years, and we regret that because our subdivision has been voluntarily annexed into the town of Pendleton now, we can no longer remain with Manifold. This company is great at taking stuff that other more-automated companies wont /cant take because of the other companys fork-lift like mechanical arm that picks up trash cans only. We used to put out a lot of limbs and awkward shaped packages for Manifold that wont fit into a trash barrel. Manifold always took these things with a cheerful attitude. Their men are friendly and cooperative. We will miss them. I hope you can replace us as their customer. By the way, we are not related to Manifold or personal friends with them in any way. We have no ulterior motive for posting this, and Ive never posted a business review in my whole life, so this shows how strongly we feel about them! They are good people at reasonable rates.

They take almost anything! All you have to do is call a few days in advance to let them know!! Easy to work with! Fair price!

So just got off the phone with who I was told was the owner, is beyond rude. This is the 2nd week they didn’t pick up my trash. His reason this time was because the driver said I had roofing ( shingles ) carpet (which i do, but they picked up the little bit i had the week before ) and wood. Did not think that was a big deal. Guess I was wrong. So I told him that if it was that big of a deal I will make sure what ever I have can fit into the trash cans. He then tells me that “No”, I will tell my driver to not pick it up unless it is everyday use( like things we would use daily, food etc.) in trash bags. He is treating me this way because I was in Collections and one bill was due to my old landlord it was his responsibility for the trash and had no idea even about this until paying things off. Manifold treats you like trash if you get into this type of situation. I have spoken to others who go through manifold and not had an issue with them picking up way more trash then I have ever had. The guy even told me they pick up things like remodeling material( small amounts here and there) Even said that I didn’t call him to let them know what I had out there, if I had known that I was supposed to call them in advance I would have . My thing is if you had such a problem with me and was WORRIED then why would you let me go through you guys again? After getting no where with him I got off the phone. Thanks for nothing.

Manifold Refuse is an Anderson institution. First, they will haul ANYTHING. Also, they are a third generation Anderson family-owned local business and their rates are incredibly affordable. My family has used and been satisfied with Manifold Refuse since the 1950s!
