They use to be very good past 2 years I pay extra for 3rd can they always get there payment but hardly ever empty all three lucky if empty 2 have to call them almost every week so can come back to empty them only asking for what paying for should not be a problem thank you

Weve been using them for 6 years and have never had any problems. Weve even forgotten to bring the can to the street and they have gotten it for us.

After a big storm last night, I was out at 5:30 AM picking up my recycle totters that had blew over. Shaun dragged one out of the ditch and dumped it while i continued picking up the mess in a second totter. The truck came back by and dumped the second one. Really good customer service. Great customer service, however, I always have to call at least twice to get what I need (bins, calendar) because they never send it out and forget.

Pricing isnt bad and is usually pretty quick to get in and out.

Its a joke that a place like this doesnt offer any free drop off for recycling anywhere in Anderson, even charging if you bring it to their main facility. Guess my extra recycling will have to go in the trash.

I spent the day cleaning out a barn. I drove the 25 miles to go dump it only to be told “I stop taking loads early so I can get out of here.” Don’t put that you close at 5, if you close before 5. Not only did this place waste over an hour of driving, but now I have a truck full of trash that I have to haul to and from work with me the next 3 days. Thanks.

Worst customer service ever!!! They are trying to put a bill on my new business that was for 3 months prior to me opening my business. Not willing to work with me at all, have hung up on me, and lied. The manager set up an appointment with me but the. NEVER showed. Then would not return my calls, now 5 months later they are trying to say I OWE a bill for something I didnt even have!! I have reported them to BBB. I recommend you find another trash company to save the hassle of these terrible business people!!

Missed our trash pick up for 2 weeks, customer service center was rude and acted like it was not her problem. Changing to Crown City Logistics in Dunkirk, Indiana.

Calling to inquire about weekly dumpster service. 12 minutes on hold, transferred three times, giving my zip code and reason for my inquiry call 4 times just to be told they only offer roll-off service in this area. Id hate to have to call this company with a real problem.

Rude secretary answering phone. When I tried to explain to her that my trashcan lids are still frozen shut and they just threw the trash off to the side she was extremely rude about it.

I was putting my trash out right when the truck arrived, and the people on my route blatantly ignored me even when I brought the cans to the back of the truck, and then drove off without even looking at me even when I tried to yell to get their attention.

I lived in my house for 1 year and every week expect one they would either leave my trash can in the very middle of the front of my car (I parked in the alley) or just throw it back where ever normally hanging half out in the alley and the only week everything was done right was the morning I got up and sat on my car hood with my pistol and watched them do my trash
