I work for sinc electric had problem with a lift and a gentleman named ray came straight out.He fixed the problem in a quick timely fashion and was super nice and curtious.very pleased with results from this company and gentlemen!

Worst service ever. Asked to rent a scissor lift for a week and came to find out after paying more than $600.00 they only charged me for one day. The person on the phone, when I was telling him I had asked for a week said he could not do anything. I will never be doing business with them again. Found another company with a lot better prices and who are very nice and helpful.

Rental concrete vibrator failed halfway through the job. This caused hours of extra work on pour day - thus I was unable to return the rental tool on the same day. Their response upon returning was to not charge me for the second day... Inadequate.

Friendly staff and easy to work with. Originally I was given a piece of equipment that had a hydraulic leak and trouble starting. We caught it before we left with it, so they made right on it and switched it out with a new one. However, I feel like if they know they have an old item and new item of the same piece of equipment, they should rent out the new one first to avoid issues like this.

We had rented a piece of equipment for the whole day but ended up only using it for half. When we returned the equipment they changed our rental to 1/2 day and gave us back the money!

The online price of a rental is not the price they will charge for equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and backhoes. They prices seemed on the high side for my wallet.
