I do a lot of business with Hudson rentals and theyve always treated me good as a customer there I really appreciate them

Rented a walk behind brush cutter to tame the woods behind our house. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Equipment worked perfectly. I have rented from several companies in the past, but this place is becoming my favorite.

They show you how to work what you rent. Also really helpful and for a small fee will pick it up. I was at work etc and they said hey for 20$ we will come get

Very helpful...especially on a Saturday morning when no one wants to be there. The counter person gave me explicit directions on when and how to return my rental and when I thought I had left my credit card on the counter she patiently looked for it while I was on the phone.

As a General Contractor having the right tools for the job is always important...but when you need something you dont have...thats where these guys come in. Professionals for the Professionals. Great staff. They know time is money...they get you back out on the job site no standing around looking for anything. I dont and wont rent anywhere else.

Called to get prices on mini excavator. They told me $220 a day, $37 for trailer if we pulled it, $45 for them to bring to us and same to pick up. Ask what size bucket. I told them 24. Said we would get 10 hrs. Also said pick up by 2 Sat. Then we changed to them to deliver. Didnt get till 3PM Sat. Got 18 bucket and receipt said 8 hrs, not 10. Charged $305 instead of $220. They said that was for Bobcat. I never mentioned a Bobcat. Over all we got the job done, but very disappointed with them.

Is very and reliable place for rent equipment

Good prices. Had an issue with brake locking up on lift, towed it with brake on even though we released it. Owner gave discount after I told him about the issue. Id certainly rent from them again. Just be careful that the lifts roll. They are heavy but make sure brakes are free.

Really awesome. People are nice and quick. Knowledgeable and intelligent. Easy pick up and even easier drop off.

To exspensive, found what I needed elsewhere $100 cheaper and new equipment

They engage in retaliatory business practices.We tried to give the business a second chance after submitting a negative review of the business about a year ago.I reserved a backhoe for the weekend.They called me back and stated they would not rent the tractor to me because I had submitted a poor review of the business.This is retaliation for the honest review I submitted.The consumer should make up his/her mind if this is the type of company you want to support.

Rented an 8” auger to drill for posts for a deck and the bit would not even drill. Took it back and told the guy at the counter that the bit wasn’t any good and he said “well you should have rented a bigger auger” and was a total a**hole about it. Never apologized for the inconvenience or offered to not charge us or even a discount for the trouble. Would not recommend renting from this company.

Hudson Rentals supplied a porta potty for my construction field office at the Eisenhower Bridge. They came right out anytime the porta potty was vandalized. When high winds would blow it over, they would replace it within 24 hours. The cleaning crew came out once a week for service. I would highly recommend using Hudson Rentals.

The people who work at Hudson Rental (Anderson Rentall) always have the equipment and knowledge to do the jobs you need to do.

When you get the RIGHT TOOL for the job it makes all of it so much easier. These folks were easy to deal with reasonably priced and I will come back here again for the next RIGHT TOOL!

They always seem to have everything I need equipment wise and the equipment has run well. Prices are fair.

If you need to rent something and you live in Madison County, this is the place to go. The owner is and people that work inside are very nice, however when picking up supplies and dealing with the back workers you can tell they have no social skills. Ive been going to this place for years now and dont plan on changing anytime soon.

Counter man was confrontational and rude. Never had a staff person follow me out to my vehicle to confront us again after we already decided to leave. Will never rent front Hudsons again.

I have rented there once before and it was a pretty standard process. Nothing special. I called recently again and asked about renting a sander and the man on the phone was very rude in that he was short and treated me like I was inconveniencing him by calling him. Because of how he treated me and his complete lack of customer service I will no longer rent from this company.

This place had what i needed and was helpful.

I have visited this place a few times and rented once. The owner/operator is always too busy, has yet to return my phone calls and the counter help is unknowlegable. The one thing I rented had problems and if the in house mechanic didnt over hear me reporting them I dont think it would have been addressed. A Rental Service and Small Engine Warehouse in Muncie have always gone above and beyond. I will not be returning to Anderson Rental.
