Disrespectful employees not wearing masks or distancing. Instead the front end woman was too busy not doing her job and focused on her bf or hubby to even see what I needed or the others in line. Even ran outside 3 different times running after him, they all play around to much in the office totally unprofessional

I have been to a lot of staffing agencies but I have never felt more welcomed than coming to Hire Dynamics. Every person that works there makes you feel like a person, not just another body to fill a job. My recruiter was Amanda and she made the process smooth and was always there to answer questions (even when I would text her at all times of the day) The other ladies are awesome too and you can really tell they all love what they do! Highly recommend!!!!

Ive been applying through this company for four months now. Theyve had me come in for interviews on four separate occasions even though its hardly an interview as each time its just to ask what job youre looking for and what pay youd like.I applied for a 1st shift position this morning and was called by noon to come in for a 2pm interview for the job. I show up early, wait till 2:30pm at which point they call me back and say they dont have any 1st shift positions anywhere.Between them having me wait 35+ minutes on a scheduled interview while just having small talk amongst each other mixed with computer work, them hardly ever reaching out about positions like they claim, and then having this happen, I dont think I will continue to try and work with them since they cant show any professionalism and havent helped in getting a job whatsoever.

The staff is very friendly and social when not in a push for time (i.e. hosting a hiring event.) If you apply for one of their job postings please be sure to set your interview time early (8:30-9am), anytime after 9am you may have to wait awhile, even though youve set an appointment time and if you dont have time to wait it might be better to reschedule for a better time.

Kevin was very sweet and told me he could place me after I did do a no call no show. A few months later I called and spoke with a lady name Tristan and she said she could place me, that I was terminated out of the system indefinitely & I couldn’t speak with anyone else. She was so rude and kept cutting me off and and was definitely giving me a nasty nice attitude. I didn’t appreciate it..
