I have bought many cars here, and Honda dealership is the only place I buy my vehicles, with Carmen and she’s incredible!! She’s bilingual so that really helps our family know exactly what we want to know without the hassle of google translate. She always strives to get us the best deals on all our vehicles and we still have all of them and have been more than satisfied with our business with Carmen and Honda Piedmont! Not only does she go above and beyond to help us find a vehicle and what is more convenient to us, but she has become a good friend of ours! I own a 2018 Honda civic and Honda extended the factory warranty on the AC condenser. I live much closer to The Honda dealership in Spartanburg ( Vic Bailey) so I went there first. They wanted to charge me $390 service fee to look at the car. They stated if its not the condenser they will charge me the $390 if it is they will absorb the charge. I could not take that chance and I feel its ridiculous to even charge that on a possible warranty item. I called Piedmont and they booked a reasonable time frame appointment. They did not charge me or even say they would charge me any services fee, they replaced the warranty part all within 2 hrs. The AC is nice and cold now. ( They also had fresh coffee ready). The ride for me was 1hr 35 minutes but I will continue to drive that far for this quality service.Thank you Piedmont Honda.

I feel as though, like vehicles, every dealership has both good and bad qualities. I visited a few dealerships when I was looking for a car. Piedmont Honda of Anderson had more personable employees who didnt seem like they just wanted to get over on you. And the salesperson was super nice (MJ was her name). Aside from that, I love my car. I have been waiting a while to write this review so I could have what I felt would be appropriate time with the car to provide a better perspective regarding this dealership. Its been over 6 months now and still think they are 5-star worthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decently-priced and reliable vehicle.

Both Ashley Guerrero and Ross Stephans were friendly and helpful. The service was performed in a timely manner and all that I asked was done. My 2015 Honda CR-V was returned to me clean and ready to go. I live a little over an hour away so if the service and the people weren’t fantastic, I wouldn’t go. I will return to this service department.

I inquired about a 5 speed Honda Accord that was listed on their website. One salesperson contacted me and after learning that I wanted to purchase a vehicle that was only listed for $1900 she decides to lie to me saying its not for sale. I contacted another salesperson and she said it is for sale but it doesnt run. That I would have to tow it off. She couldnt tell me what was wrong with it and made no attempt to find out when I asked her too. I do not recommend doing business with these people.

When paying cash for a car, one should expect a little better service. But unfortunately once they have your money, you no longer matter to them. Purchased car on July 9. Today is July 30. They have just NOW processed the paperwork so that I will hopefully get my registration and title sometime in the next few weeks. Set an appointment to have accessories added, salesman was late. Sales tells me he’s delivering my car to the shop, which I assumed he would be going to pick it up as well. No! Someone I have no clue who drove my car back from Greer. I thought the work was being performed by Honda. Guess I thought wrong! I will not be doing anymore business with Piedmont Honda. You get two different stores as to why it’s taking so long. If they don’t know the correct answer. They just spew smoke. Lesson learned! No more Piedmont Honda for me.

I had been told I needed new tires. When my tire pressure light came on, I took it in and they recommended new tires.. They offered me options and then took care of replacing the tires while I was there. No extra appointment needed.

Disappointed…bought a used Honda from here because I was told they were the place to get one. I’d previously purchased a used Honda somewhere else and ended up with major issues. I was hoping it would be different here at Piedmont Honda, especially after all the positive ratings.I’ve had my Honda CRV a little over a week and it’s already in the shop.Though I loved my sales person and he was very nice and got me in a car I thought was dependable, I should have walked away. Especially after the finance guy had a no care attitude the entire time when we were talking about the car.Beyond disappointed…

I come in whenever my maintenance light turns on and they take great care of my car. It’s still driving like it’s got far less miles on it. Bought a new 2020 Ridgeline. The sales person. Told me it had all bells and whistles. Well it did not! Had its first oil change last month they changed the oil. That was it did not wash it or clean it up. Ridgeline is great .just bought it from a 3rd rate dealership!

Took my daughters car for oil change, they did a inspection and suggested the engine air filter and the cabin air filter be changed but wanted an unreasonable price to do it, ($120!). I ordered the parts from Amazon and changed them both in 10 minutes saved $90. I spent a few minutes talking to Xavier, about new Honda CRV he was a very nice young man pleasant and not pushy.

At first the car I initially got for my teen daughter was simply put a death trap, but they then reached out to me to help me resolve the problem. I did not want the vehicle because it was just not safe and although they were willing to fix it, they let me switch it out for another vehicle. Mr. James Moore was excellent and was able to find a vehicle that was in great condition and reliable! He took the time and tested it himself to make sure the vehicle was safe and in good condition. I now feel relief that she is out on the road in a reliable vehicle! Mr. Moore was very patient and understanding! I am truly appreciative for his help and would recommend the dealership and him as your sales person!

We purchased a Civic from Piedmont back in 2016, and at that time, we had a great experience. We continued to take the Civic there for all of its maintenance, and when my husband needed to buy a truck, we went next door to Piedmont Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. About a month ago, Piedmont Honda sent an offer in the mail to upgrade to a 2021 Civic. Purchasing a new car wasnt something that was even on our minds, but we decided to go look anyway. We knew that if we were going to buy a new car, this was the place to do it. Im not going to name names, but the salesperson we dealt with is in the wrong line of work. They had us test drive the car but didnt show us a single feature that it had to offer. When my husband asked a question, they went to the spec sheet on the window to find the answers, which we had already done ourselves. When we went inside to talk numbers, it was obvious they could not care less if they sold us the car. When we said we werent sold on the car, giving them a chance to change our minds, they said okay. Even the sales manager came out and had the same attitude. Theres a big difference between not pressuring someone to buy and just flat out not caring, and it sure seemed to be the latter we were dealing with. We left with our old car.We then found out the 22 Civic was coming out soon, so we called the same salesperson in an attempt to give them a second chance to sell us a car. Their attitude was no different. We ended up going to another dealership much farther away, where we had a salesperson who cared about their job and about selling us the car. They showed us absolutely everything the car had to offer and went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. That dealership also offered significantly more on our trade-in than the absolute joke of an offer Piedmont initially made to us, clearly assuming we had not done any research on what the car was worth. Today we brought home our 22 Civic from the other dealership and I could not be happier that we walked away from Piedmont.

Sad to say I was turned away from this dealership. I’ve done business with the service department in the past with recalls on an old Honda, they were great. BUT I was looking online to purchase a new vehicle. I got connected with an internet sales person and we had planned on meeting up to look at the vehicles. I have a very busy schedule. Once I had a short notice opening, I reached out to the guy I had been messaging only to be told he could not get me in that day. I thought possibly he would get another associate to help me, but that wasn’t the case. Ive been in customer service my whole life, if I’m busy, I get someone else to help. I really wanted to do business here, but that didn’t happen. I went to another Honda dealership, drove off the lot same day in a brand new vehicle. I also walked in, no appointment needed.

We came to Piedmont to look at a 2017 or 2018 Honda Pilot. The one we wanted to look at was getting detailed or serviced. The salesman we spoke to had new Salesman Kevin Kane come to talk to us. He brought us over to a different (2019) Pilot and we took it for a drive. We fell in love with the vehicle. We came back 2 times to look at it. We left Friday evening with an appointment for Saturday morning to purchase the Pilot. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold after we left Friday night. Kevin worked hard to help us out knowing we were headed to Greenville to look at other Honda Pilots, he worked hard to make a deal with a newer Pilot and was not pushy at all. We were very please with his help and perseverance. He worked hard for our business and made car buying a pleasant experience!

This place is terrible and very unprofessional. Took our Honda up there 4 times now to be fixed and evertime they fix something that has nothing to do with the problem, charge us $350 for changing 4 spark plugs and then lie about test driving it before giving it back to us.Now here we are on the side of the road. Really wouldnt trust these people at all if I were you. They dont care. Theyre just there to get a paycheck and leave.

I went to Piedmont Honda to have my vehicle appraised and worked with Undrea Walker the sales consultant, and in twenty minutes he had my appraisal like he said, told him I would put my credit application in once I got home and would let him know when it was in, called him and said my application was submitted , within an hour he called me back and said financing would be giving me a call, in 30 minutes they called with an offer I couldnt refuse. I have bought many vehicles in my time and had no bad experiences but working with Undrea and Piedmont Honda was the EASIEST, MOST PLEASANT NO PRESSURE EXPERIENCE Ive ever had. I found a neighbor who is employed by Piedmont Honda.I was blessed to meet Michael Glockenspiel. Turns out, he is a neighbor who also lives on Lake Hartwell with a Fair Play address. He was so very kind to me and thoroughly covered the service work on my Ridgeline. This was my first service work for the truck and I plan on keeping the truck for a least 10 years. Terrible customer service. Had looked at several type Rs that day but wasnt a fan of color options at other dealers. I had found a gray one on your website so i drove down from greenville to purchase the car but when i arrived a salesmen aproached me and imediatly i could tell he didnt want to assist me but i asked to see the anyways and he precedes to tell me that they dont have a grey one but black so i ask if i can see it anyways he says no its in the shop so i say ok but as im leaving i notice the grey one in the show room and so i go in the same sales me intercepts me and says i cant test drive it nor look in it unless i buy it up front and he was really annoyed looking so i just left. I will be taking my buisness to honda of easly instead

I had a wonderful experience buying my first actual brand new car, 2021 Honda Accord LX. My father and I went on a Friday kind of late, toward closing time. They took their time to ask questions, and not pressure into something we werent there for. Carmen was great, but had to go home for an emergency. She left us with LaTron, and no lie, he was a great guy. He gave us all his time, and showed us a couple of Honda Accord vehicles, but I really liked the brand new Accord, and its price tag too. I could have gotten a 2018, or 2019 sport, for almost the same price as the 2021 (not sport model) LX. I love my new vehicle, and have had it one whole week, and just now only used a half tank of gas. Very economical, of course depending on your driving habits! Never owned a Honda, but I do now.Thank you Piedmont Honda
