They didn’t complete the work that was supposed to be done, not to mention they kept upping the price They are very rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional! They have given me multiple dates for when it was supposed to be finished but the dates keep changing ? This place is a scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ! Junkies are more honest and trustworthy then these people!!!

Do not bring your car here unless you want to be without a car for 7+ months. They did not fixed the issue when first taken and took back because they have a warranty which is a joke. They keep your car in for as long as they want and don’t fix it because you’re not paying them. The communication is terrible and they can never answer the phone and can never tell you updates on your car. If you want to be given the run around, waste your time and money then this is the place for you. Many others have come with similar issues, which is why they have horrible reviews on the BBB website.

A supposed week job ended up being told there was an electrical issue that the vehicle did not have before. My exhaust was cut in half, he blamed it on rusty bolts I climbed under the truck and there was only mud on the exhaust bolts. My friend cursed being he has another friend that I later found out has had his truck there in the same spot for 4 months after the repair failed. Owner refused credit card payment and refused to test drive the vehicle to show it shifts properly after he was paid. I have a recording of the conversation.

Great ppl .takes a lil bit of time on stuff due to COVID-19 on parts(waiting on them to ship) and they are short handed.but work with you. And do the best they can for their customer.

Was quoted a price on Facebook, was given another price that was higher when I dropped off my van. Was told 3 weeks to rebuild transmission, they had my van 15 weeks. Heard every excuse possible about the hold up. From ordered wrong part, to their bank account was hacked and they couldn’t order parts. When I went to pick it up finally, was told I owed $600 more than what my balance was on my receipt. I’d paid a deposit to get the work done and only owed $700. But that changed when I went to get my van. The had a bad leak the second day I drove it. Causing a bad stain on a customers driveway( cost me $300 to get that removed). Now when it rains, it throws codes saying that it’s losing Communications with the transmission. The GM mechanic said that the cable at the transmission ( they was the ones that hooked it up) wasn’t locked on properly allowing water to get into the connection. Of course they say they have a year warranty on their work, but will not honor it when there is a problem later.

My transmission blew last year around May and I called this shop to get a transmission rebuild. So I took my truck to this shop in May 2020 and the owner told me it would take 3 days... 3 days to rebuild my transmission. That sounded great and I was super excited to have what it sounded like great service in a short period of time. Well after 3 days I had no update on my truck throughout the week I called up there multiple times hoping to get an answer but I got no answer. Instead of getting a phone call back like a professional business would do I had to go up to the shop to figure out what was going on with my truck and every time I did it was excuse after excuse. One excuse was they hurt their back and couldn’t work the next was their family members house got burnt down by homeless people and it just became ridiculous at this point. My truck stayed there from May 2020 to October 2020 while I received no updates and countless excuses as to why it wasn’t done or had even been started on. Every time I went up there to check on my truck someone else’s vehicle was put before mine while my truck just sat there. I finally got an answer on the phone for one day and the owner of the shop rudely answered and told me to quit calling him that he was trying to work and hung up. This really put the icing on the cake when I had NO idea what was going on with my truck. I finally got my truck back after 5 months and it was not fixed correctly. They lied to me about what the had supposedly “fixed” on my truck. I would crank my truck up to shift gears and it wouldn’t even ready the gear that it was in. I had to take my truck back up there under warranty after it had been “fixed” because it was leaking ridiculous amounts of transmission fluid and they lied to me saying it was power steering fluid. If you own a shop and don’t know the difference between power steering fluid and transmission fluid then you may need to find a different profession. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to let them fix it. Again i was told it would only take three days and my truck sat there for a while so I took it home and am now having to take it to another shop to get it fixed the proper way. Moral of the story is this place has lied not only to me, but others as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and ends up costing you more money in the long run. They also took the reviews off of their Facebook page (that should tell you something.) Before you take your vehicle anywhere make sure you do your research so you don’t end up getting screwed in the end like I did.

They had to rebuild my transmission and its works perfect since I got it back. I had the ABS and Brake light staying on and the MPH needle bouncing going crazy. The transmission got fixed and fixed everything that was going on. I also changed the speed sensors before having the transmission rebuilt. They are so friendly, if you have a problem call them and they will work it out. Very pleased. Update: After a couple month it started leaking from the gasket where the transmission was put back together. I bought a year warranty but scared to take it back after the awful work done on my Grandprix. Find another place to get your cars worked on. I cant drive mine ,picked it up in June and its been sitting, waiting to get money to get it fixed at another place.

Josh and Victoria, the owners are very friendly, professional and very fast with their work. The price was very friendly to my budget! I went for a tune up and new front brakes. The team showed me the brakes and spark plugs and discussed with me how they got to where they were( dont judge 🤣)They informed me things so I wasnt blinded to what was wrong!I was there less than an hour for repairs! I was TRULY impressed.

Truck was taken to this repair facility 2-17-2020 got vehicle back 8-25-2020 truck went in with front pump seal leaking needing transmission rebuild. Communication was horrible at first but gradually got better. Over 6 months of issues trying to get repairs done and get truck back. Then when I recieved my vehicle it was filthy clear coat was peeling from sitting in the south Carolina sun for 6 months. Trans fluid all over everything. My air filter wing nuts are missing the dust shield I gave them is gone. The radio fuse was blown. So it needs parts painted on it now a big detail job and misc. Other things. It runs and shifts now but at what cost to the customer....

They got me in at a days notice and worked on my car christmas eve! Very quick, friendly and efficient!

This place was awesome. My truck was having some shifting problems contacted josh and everything was smooth from the drop off to the pick up. Did a great job keeping me informed about my vehicle and was finished in just a few days not to mention they completely cleaned my truck inside and out I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone completely professional and friendly

Dropped off my 01 suburban to get a the trans rebuilt and these guys were so professional they showed me all the pictures of the process and informed me the previous owner had taken the stock trans out and put on a 90s unit that didn’t bolt up correctly and used the wrong converter. No extra charge they had a gm Serta unit correct year and rebuilt it and put it in for me. I purchased some upgrades for towing and I absolutely love driving and towing with the suburban now. Highly recommend these guys!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! DANGER!!!Dropped my car off in July for a head gasket repair and did not know I would be in store for such a horribly unbelievable experience. After a month with barely no response and no phone answers, I decide to call the police to check and see if the shop was open and it was and I received a frantic call a few hours later syaing my car would be finished in less than a week. After that with no call and response, I decided to go to the shop myself as I am located 45 minutes away.Upon arrival at the shop, I see my car with parts all on the ground in boxes. The mechanic Josh would not even speak to me. After I insisted, he let me know that I could not take my car back as the engine was NOT AT THE SHOP. Puzzled I asked where it was. He then proceeds to tell me it was taken to his FATHERS RESIDENCE IN SENECA and we cannot go there due to a domestic dispute. I show up several hours later with a tow truck and demanded I get my car back and they reluctantly let me tow it.After this I try and find more information and file for a claim and delivery once I had the address. The police showed up and no engine was found. My only choice is to sue the individuals in this situation but I fear nothing would be done.My car will never be the same and is ruined from this horrible experience AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPENSATED FOR ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. After 5 months nothing has been done by the shop. I wrote a previous review after the experience but the shop called me asking to take it down. I am posting this now am so extremely upset and hope nobody else will go through this situation. THESE PEOPLE COULD NOT PROVIDE BUSINESS INSURANCE EITHER.SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY.

Took my 2010 mustang to have have the transmission built. They completely massed it up. Took it back 4 times and still alful. Sounds like it falling apart. I will never use them again.

Its hard to get a quality and affordable rebuild on Chevrolet HD transmission. We did however at Renegade Transmissions. Our Suburban 2500 had been limping along for a few months and finally quit. Called a few local shops and then saw Renegades Facebook Page. Dropped off on a Thursday and it was ready the following week ! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a transmission rebuild.

I read there add on Facebook about replacing head gaskets on Subarus and it was a good price.I was told on the phone that it would be completed in one week. After one MONTH I was finally able to get my car back and they left covers of the engine that go over the injectors it doesnt effect the way the car runs but should have been put back. After getting the car home I noticed it was leaking oil like it was when I took it the first time and assumed it was from not being repaired properly so I took it back and after another month they found that the leak was from a different place that they didnt work on the first time. In a nut shell there nice people but I wouldnt recommend them to anyone or allow them to work on anything of mine again!

Put a transmission in a Jeep Cherokee, did an awesome job, prices were reasonable, and customer service was top notch. I will definitely use this mechanic again.
