This is my second time using this dealership both to by brand new cars and let me tell you, they will stop at NOTHING to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Charles is the absolute best and will go above and beyond and out of his way (literally) to make sure you are taken care of. He is wonderful. Hyundai of Anderson will continue to have my business. Very friendly and awesome amenities while you wait. The “kids corner” kept my kiddos occupied the whole wait. There’s an Atari machine, coffee station, massage chair, and even a work station with provided Chromebooks. I’m always hesitant to take my car to the dealership service department, but I’ve always felt like they’ve taken good care of me and not overcharged.

I recently visited Hyundai of Anderson on a busy Saturday morning with a specific urgent need (headlight burned out and needing to drive that night) without an appointment. Since the technicians were fully booked for the day, Delaney, the employee at the service desk, was very helpful, and was able to locate and replace the bulb himself, and he sent me on my way with my problem solved! I have been using this service department for about 8 years since I’ve owned my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe (the BEST car I’ve ever owned). I have always received excellent, professional, efficient customer care and service, and I especially appreciated Delaney’s help when I really needed it! I will be back again and again!

I was met by Sholanda who was willing to stay late and answer any questions we had about Hyundai. She introduced us to James, the Sales Manager. This dealership is incredible! From the minute I arrived I felt like I was with old friends. I knew exactly what type of car I wanted and what accessories it must have. Since they didnt have it on their lot, the team went to work to find the car I was looking for. Once they found the car, they got me the information and pictures. They sent me the financing info and it was up to me if I wanted to move forward. No pressure at any point. They had the car brought to their lot, and had everything ready for me to close the deal. The entire process was only 2 days and I have exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. I will send everyone I know to this dealership going forward.

James and I were able to walk through nearly the entire process over the phone. From the beginning it became apparent that I was dealing with an honest crew with integrity as opposed to the sales spin most car dealers are known for. The treated me like a friend/family member with whom they wanted to keep a great relationship. My wife loves her Calligraphy Palisade...and it was the best price (not marked up like many dealers are doing) I could find in a 5 State region. Hyundai of Anderson is worth the drive. Friendly, helpful and honest dealership. A hard combination to find for sure. My best friend bought a truck here and we live near Atlanta . The second day after his purchase the truck would not start. Obviously when you purchase any vehicle but especially a used one, this is a possibility . He paid a mechanic to repair what turned out to be a fairly minor problem . After a phone call to the dealership they sent him a check that more than covered the repairs. I felt like this was unusual customer service for this day and time especially from a car dealer.

This is my first experience with Hyundai (I’ve been a loyal costumer of Toyota!). My first service visit at this location for my 2018 Santa Fe was two months ago. I had the ABS light on that time and I was told that they’d order a part then they’d call me to have it fixed. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach them by phone and each time I was told something! Today I learned that no part was ordered at all!! This service was covered under the insurance but now the mileage is > 60,000 miles!!!Update: I updated my review today Friday May 7th as I was contacted and a service appointment was set up to have the ABS fixed with no charge!

Ask for Master, hes an incredible salesperson, very helpful and accommodating throughout our purchase. After looking on there website due to a great deal I received in the mail from Hyundai, I received an email from them. After several emails back and forth from three different people there, which is odd anyway, I stopped by last Friday to look at a 2020 SUV which I was told would be my best option due to the rebates and my negative equity. After advising the salesman I could not handle the payment quoted not to mention it was the top of line and fully loaded which I don’t need, he said he would check around other lots for a SE model which I currently have. I checked back in this week and found out he was on vacation. I wish he would have let me known that as I would not have expected to hear from him this week. I guess my business was not that important after all as this is not my first rodeo and if you want to sell bad enough you won’t stop bothering the customer.

Had an amazing experience at Hyundai with Master as our sales person! He was amazing, not pushy, and very knowledgeable and patient about every vehicle we test drove. Jordan was another big help! He knew the analytics of the vehicle we decided to purchase and helped us get to the price we wanted. Mike was great in helping all of us out trying to get the price we wanted and he was very personable. Christian was also amazing! He got us an amazing deal on warranties that weren’t even available for us in the beginning! We had a very good experience and will be repeat buyers. Had an amazing experience with Master at Hyundai. Kept him busy all day test driving cars. He was not pushy at all! He was very knowledgeable about every car we test drove and knew his numbers. He had a very personable attitude and connected with us on a personal level. We loved him! We ended up driving off the lot with a Honda Civic that we fell in love with. I live over 200 miles away, so I asked her to take videos and gave me her take on any cosmetic issues. Our finance representative was awesome and deserves a 10!! However, I am rating this a 3 because I was given a verbal out the door price by Mr. Crowe and then when I get there to do paperwork with my wife the price ends up being $1443.00 MORE than the out the door price. I dont understand why Mr. Crowe doesnt remember quoting me that price. When I hear out the door price I listen. It sticks. And so I came back. What can I do? What does out the door price mean nowadays? Am I missing the meaning?

Called Hyundai to speak with someone about my warranty payment. I spoke with Jessica. First time she hung up on me. The second time I called she seemed very bothered and was slightly rude. I just asked to speak to Christian. He was, as always, wonderful! I loved the experience I had purchasing this car and hopefully in the future I will continue to have a good experience with this company. I hate complaining. I understand people can have bad days.

I came to have my oil changed but the service guy said my tires need to be rotated and i needed alignment. I had no idea how much different that made My car rides like a new one. Absolutely love them- they are so persistent. I visit there dealership believing that a older used car would be the best purchase for me (as a young adult with a short credit line who wanted low monthly payments). They help me understand why a better purchase would be best for me in the long run- they kept it real, very informative and explained everything throughly. Initially I went with a buddy to get some service done to his truck and wasn’t looking to buy. I’ve been talking about getting a new truck for a while now and happened to see one that was exactly what had in mind if I was to buy one. I told the salesperson, Shalonda, no thanks I’m not here to buy. She’s by far the best salesperson I’ve talked with. No pressure just information and sincerity, no bs type of woman. The next day I gave her a call and set up a test drive and they had it pulled up ready to go no waiting around. The paperwork was almost just as quick and easy. I love my new truck and it was the best sales, finance, paperwork experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could remember everybody’s name but basically I’ll be back and will send anybody I know that way if they’re in the market.

When in for an oil change and some recall item and they did it pretty quick without any problems. Then I asked the service guy if he would look at something for me it was my door panel on my sonata the leather part was coming loose and I had one more year left on the five year warranty so I asked if he would look at it and without any questions he said yep we replace it and it was a $1,200 door panel that had to be replaced with no cost since Im under warranty and no hassles whatsoever just ordered it and said Ill call you when it comes in. That was awesome not to be hassled at all he took care of it right away

I would have rated 5 my experience was great up until I went to sign the papers. The navigation on my car wasnt working because it needed a SD card so while signing papers they took it back to fix it. After the papers were signed the said they didnt have one they kept my car to see if they could overnight it. I picked the car up the next day and they said it would take about a week to get it. 3 weeks later still not here and they wont return my texts now. I blame myself for trusting them and not getting it in writing.

I took my car to the service department to get an oil change and get the recall done. The oil change was done and was told that the recall was done as well. Look at my invoice and there was no recall listed on the paper. I called them and they informed me that there is no recall on my car even though I have received two notices and when scheduling to get service done it shows up there. I called another Hyundai dealership and they looked it up and said yes there is a recall. Called Hyundai of Anderson back and they said they have to look it up another way but apparently a paper was forgotten to let me know that the part was on order. They lied and now I have to go back in 2 days or a week per the service guy. Its whenever they can get it scheduled. I live 45 minutes away and now I have to make another trip. I left this dealership because it was an inconvenience and I can see that it still is. Poor service and they are liars as well. I will be finding another service department once my recall is done. Not to mention my car smells like oil so me and my toddler have to smell that until it wears off cause air freshener isn’t working.

I had an issue with my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe that did not require immediate action but I was advised to get it checked out if I had any concerns. I made an appointment and was delighted to find that they not only located the problem but also replaced a defective part and all was covered under warranty. Thats why I bought this and another new Hyundai Tucson and will recommend Hyundai to whomever is looking for a car where the manufacturers warranty is the best!

Let us know and were very helpful the next morning getting us set up with a new Key fob which I had forgotten to ask for and had it programmed on the spot though unscheduled. Took my SUV into the dealership for a noise issue and it was found to be a brake problem. Cynthia gave me the price on repair and factory parts were to expensive so they even let me get parts from a parts store. Cynthia arrange for an employee to even drive me to the parts store. This saved me about $200. I realize this is not for everyone some people prefer factory parts but in my case at the time I did not want to spend the extra. The tech took the time to take me back to the shop and show me the parts that were bad and did not try to up sale me. Great experience.

Be very careful with this dealership. I have had to bring my car into them 3 times in the past year.The first time, they swindled me into buying Stafire tires that I spent $900 on. Granted I knew nothing of tires at that point and the salesman said I was getting top of the line tires and cheap labor to put them on. When I got home and did my research, the tires cost less than $45 per tire.Two months later, I had a leak in one of my tires and had to take it back. The wheel locks they put on prevented the local dealership near me from taking the wheel off to fix the leak.Now, he we are today, not 6 months later and I take it back to my local dealership and they tell me those $900 tires I put on are worn, even though its only been 10k miles. They quoted me some Goodyear tires and installation for $300.Just be careful and do your research so you dont end up a fool like me.*EDIT* - 7/4/2020. About 2 hours after I posted the original review, Brandon from Hyundai of Anderson contacted me. He spoke with me regarding this issue and offered me a $200 refund to make up the difference between the new tires I had installed and the cost of the Starfire tiers.This goes a long way with currying my favor back towards Hyundai of Anderson.I would still be vigilant with your research when they quote you a price for something but at least they made the effort!

This dealership is exactly what you would expect to find in Anderson; friendly, courteous and always quick with a smile. The buying process here was certainly the easiest Ive yet to have. And quite possibly the quickest, as well. I bring my vehicle here for maintenance and have always been happy with the service I have received. The wait-times are average and if you have to wait longer the staff is very apologetic and will try to compensate whenever necessary.

It didnt take too long for the service to be performed. Just an oil change. They checked everything on the car and told me I would need new tires soon. That seemed odd since I only had 17,850 miles on them. He explained that they put soft tires on new cars for a smooth ride, but they dont last.I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.0 T Limited. I love the car. It has every feature on it that I could want, even a sun roof.

WARNING!! I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer. If you do I would definitely use a different service department. I took my Santa Fe in for water on my back floor boards. I was told after they kept my car for a week with no loaner car (new management don’t give loaners )that the service man ran a hose on my car for eight hours and could not find the leak. Now they would have to charge me to check up under carpet and upholstery to see where it’s coming from since it’s out of warranty. My question to them was you don’t back your work ? obviously it was never fixed to begin with or it would not be soaked again. When I got the car home I checked floorboards and they never even got the water up! How do you find the leak if you leave the water there. Now I have mold growing on my carpets and floor mats which we all no is not healthy. This is one of several bad experiences I will drive to a Greenville Dealer before this dealership ever touches my car again. Who wants to have work done where you don’t back what you do. That by itself don’t sound right! I was told they have a new owner and service manager since I bought my car but don’t buy that line either service department is still the worse. This is the last of many bad experiences I have had there! Trust me and stay away and drive a little further it will be worth it the drive.
