All tho I did not have to have the service man come out the lady was very helpful my 25 year old Maytag washer just died on me, and after talking with the lady decided to just go get a new washer. Parts for the deceased was very limited, and they no longer made the mother board. My thanks to Dickson Appl.I would recommend them to all.

Rude. Made sure they got paid for their service call. Did not fix the problem. Females beware. You stand a better chance of using a utube video to repair it yourself. I was told they had plenty of other people to do business with.

They are great. I have called them multiple times and each time they are prompt and very helpful in getting my appliances working again.

I have had them work on a dryer and a French door refrigerator (which apparently are a pain to work on). Very friendly. Quick service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

The mechanic was excellent in every way but I thought the bill was high

The technical was a little grunt, that being said, the space was very small & confining. He immediately warmed up after a friendly conversation. Ice maker stopped working Mr. Dickerson came order part it was in when he said it would be . Very good service charges were reasonable and customer service very good. He even went above and beyond placing newer tubing and leveling refergerator.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We contacted Dickson’s appliance for a refrigerator problem but when they came to do the diagnostic we were told that they were not certified to do the repair. Yet they still have the nerve to charge when they do not have the proper certification to do the repairs. It’s really unbelievable. Terrible experience and a complete rip off. Do not contact them unless you want to throw away some money.
