Do not waste your time with this place!!! bought a washer and dryer from this place, not even 5 times after using it, my washing machine wouldn’t drain IT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS to come and fix my washer.. the first time i called i told them what was wrong, the code my washing machine pulled up.. she told me they had the part..a week after my call they came in the first time and told me they would be back in two days… never called… never showed. so i called asking what was up, and they said they didn’t have the part, I understand things happen but you told me the first time I called, you had the part. So they came to my place to fix my washing machine (finally) and suprise, suprise.. he didn’t fix it. seriously don’t waste your time or your money!

One of the workers sold me a washer that rocks off the wall when its on spin cycle. A good person would make it right, dude has been given me the run around trying to get my money back or another washer. Im so tired of this, and Im to the point to where I might put the boys in blue into this crazy mess.

They went the extra mile. When the Anderson store did not have what we needed, they got us InTouch with the new Hartwell store. They had a dishwasher and gave us a good deal. They then delivered the dishwasher and took our old one away. I recommend this company for all your needs. I found out they also have parts also. Outstanding service and people. I will use them again.BOB S

Great folks. Fantastic customer service. They helped me solve my problem with my dryer that has been broken for weeks now. 😅😅 They had the exactly what I needed when I walked in. I only wish I would have called sooner!!Thanks Bud, And thank you to the rest of the guys up front. Great experience!

They have good appliances with very reasonable prices. Got a washer and dryer from here. Both came with a warranty. Wish I had gotten my upright freezer from here. They had a bigger one that much less than what I paid for mine. Will be going back if I need anything else.

I had a refrigerator delivered 24 hours ago and the refrigerator part is not working and now they are taking their time comming back to fix it knowing that I need it

The Gentleman & nice young lady at Affordable Appliances of Anderson helped me in an emergency on Thursdsy 3-25-21 as my dryer had died on me that week & with so few options available at Lowes & Home Depot (thanks to the Suez Canal fiasco) they really gave me a great price w/ a 60 day warranty & a delivery charge that was very reasonable and delivered as per scheduled time slot. Josh was super helpful on the delivery as well. I will be glad to reccommend anybody to check these guys out on Hwy 28 bypass, just before you get to Anderson Lock Storage across the street from Autozone. Good people, decent prices on quality used & new appliances- no junk...

We were going there for a under refrigerator tray ended up buying a refrigerator there instead.

Very bad. They sell junk appliances. It’s a rip off. Only thing they did was try to show me how to fix the washer. If I wanted to work on a washer I would have fixed the one I traded in. Wish I could’ve chose zero stars.

This review strictly off the customer service. The lady that help was awesome. I dont remember her name but she answered all my questions. I was amazed at her level of professionalism especially knowing she recently lost her mother. The fact she doing her job while grieving was very patient answer all my questions I appreciate. I purchase a washer and dryer. It will be delivered Monday. Ill see how they work and update this review at that time.Update 10/05/21 items where delivered 10/04 the guys that delivered where amazing they test products before leaving found a problem with my outlet for the dryer which couldve cause a fire. They turn off the breaker and informed me. Once that was fix I did two loads of laundry so far washer and dryer work fine. Hopefully will continue will give an update in 30 days.
