Went in for my vehicles 45000 mile servicing as well as some other issues that came up. Met and was assisted by Carlito, who was superb in his work and helped me all the way through with professionalism. He gave me all the necessary notices and was straightforward with things that couldnt be done but made sure the things that could be done were completed. Very satisfied with the service and support and appreciated every bit of help I received.

Bought a 2020 transit van. we like the van so far and the all wheel drive works very well on snow and ice. I Dealt with fleet sales for the order, and it took nearly a year to deliver the vehicle. I was then handed off to a high-pressure sales floor routine. I was kept waiting for almost an hour on pick up and then rushed into a closers office. I ended up spending an extra $9500 on extended warranty and maintenance, which I now regret. Given the bait and switch between fleet sales and retail, I wasnt as prepped mentally as I usually would be for sales the B.S., and as I said, I made a poor decision.Finally, Vans interior was incomplete and missing panels and had an incomplete factory weld on the fender (a hole through the undercarriage). It took 1.5 months to get this dealt with, I still dont have the panels, and the weld was welded inside but not treated on the undercarriage, so I need to make another trip to Kendall. Long story short, the last Ford purchase Ill make from a Kendall dealer.

Jordan was a superb salesman and sold us a great Explorer. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us multiple vehicles while explaining the differences between them. It was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new truck/car.

Service team is courteous and professional. They gave me a comparable loaner vehicle while mine was being diagnosed.

The service was timely. I was told over the phone that the service should take about an hour and my vehicle was ready in just over an hour. That part is fine...I am not happy with the customer service folks who left the truck sitting for 25 minutes. That’s 25 minutes I could have spent getting back to the office rather than waiting at the dealership to pay for service and pickup the key.

Traded in a 2009 F-150 for a 2020 Ford Ranger. Very happy with my decision!

They were able to accommodate me next day for a transfer case and transmission oil change. The Quick Lane is a little misleading though. It took them 9 hours to finish changing the fluids in my vehicle. The price was as expected for a dealership. Expensive. But it was nice to pay $80 less than the quoted price.If you are not in a rush to get your vehicle service, or if your vehicle is still under warranty I would recommend an independent shop.

Went in and saw Trevor Helton. Left that night in my Jeep. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. 5/5 I would highly recommend Trevor if you want to be treated like a human and not a waking dollar sign.

Poor customer service in their service departmentCalled them 48 hours ago to ask a couple of questions.1. How much would it cost parts and labor to replace front wheel bearings on a ford 2013 Escape.2. Is it covered under extended warranty or powertrain warranty.They said that service manger will have to call me back. I gave them my name and number. 48 hours later still no returned call.Instead of them calling me they posted for me to call Mark. The whole point was I called them and was told that someone would call me. I will try again but this a poor way to run business and a good way to turn off future customers.
