The first time the owners daughter did the new powder nails and turned out great. They lasted four weeks and still looked shiny and new. The second time she was on vacation and the other lady didn’t do them the same way and I was not happy with the results. The pedi was great though.

Came here for my wedding nails with all my bridesmaids and they treated us all so well! We had so much fun and the staff was more than accommodating for our crew. Been coming here for years but this experience reminded me just how awesome this place is!

Very friendly, courteous, and prompt staff. Pedicure plus paraffin was very enjoyable. Finished product was great and I left very satisfied.

Great and timely service and prices are a little high but the quality is great! Sandy is a master with dip nails. I work with my hands a lot and never have a problem with my nails breaking off or chipping!Trying to have a relaxed pamper day this is a great space to go to!

I had a bad experience. I asked for coffin shapednails and got fat square nails. I was cut on my right hand by my cuticles. The prices they lied about. My left point finger was crooked and I told him that and he didn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The chairs are fabulous! The pedicure was great. Our group had a wonderful time.

I had wonderful 1st experience and planned and did return sadly will not be after today . Workers make it clear they talk about u to one another and laugh . They have no problem passing customers and neglecting some . My nails were sadly nothing like the picture that provided .

Quick and friendly service.

Went in to get a manicure. The guy doing my nails was FaceTiming on his phone the entire time, then passed me off to someone else. The finished product was HORRIBLE looking. It looked I let my 4 year old niece paint my nails. Left with nail polish alllll over my fingers.

I went in for an overlay. Gel/ Acrylic/Dip over the natural nail. I wanted acrylic, but he suggested dip because its stronger than acrylic and last longer he couldnt have been further from the truth. I got the dip powder, 4 days ago, and my nails are lifting, and my thumb isnt even attached to the dip powder. On top of that, mid manicure, he thought itd be professional to take his phone out and text. After we were done just waiting for the top coat, he sat me in another chair, placed another customer in that same chair, then went to smoke a cigarette and told us to wait. I love the colors, but I think he told me that dip was stronger than acrylics because he wanted to go on a smoke break and dip is quick and simple. That isnt fair. I wont be going again.

I love that they have so many color options!! And they busted open a pack of new (or sanitized??) Tools for my pedi, and the place looked pretty clean. The reason for removing a star is because they used a nail file on my toenails that was ALREADY USED and had nail residue all over it. EW!! I will come back and hopefully they dont next time but we will see. Thats the reason I left my usual salon. They use tools that are ALL USED (Marissas on Old Seward)!!!

Amazing service here, enjoyed my time while getting my nails done. So beyond happy with how my nails turned out and was surprised how affordable my set was. Will be back again :)

This is a fantastic salon I came here early on a Monday morning and there was only one other person. The nail technician told me that the busiest times are Wednesday to Sunday. I had a fantastic experience I got a manicure and a pedicure. I asked one of the owners how they clean the pedicure bowls and she described it to me in detail and it was very thorough! I have gotten very many manicures in the past at various salons and my nails always chip within a max of three days. This is the only manicure that has lasted an entire week and not a single chip on my nails yet! Its not gel its just regular polish. I will definitely be back to the salon.

My partner and I got pedicures from here one hour of pampering beautiful nails very nice service. We will definitely be going back for all of our pedicure needs. Well worth that 35 or so dollars each.

Great service! Several levels of pedicures and manicures at prices above average, but you get what you pay for. Nice spot for people watching as well. Ill be back when Im in the area.

An excellent overall experience both visits. Leya is a great technician. The massage chairs are fully functional and the pedicures are reasonably priced. I will definitely return for another pedicure.

Randomly decided I needed a pedicure and I ended up getting a dip powder manicure too! Im so impressed by how sterile it is. The little buffer they use for your feet is a one time disposable type which literally amazed me. I always get grossed out by that but this impressed me so much. My nail dip powder tech was awesome. I didnt get his name but he was so precise and this probably has to be my best dip powder mani I got in awhile.

5 stars! Ever tech there is awesome very updated when it comes to achieving the nails you want! I always come here and I highly recommend them.

I love coming here because the place looks super clean, which is important to me. I used to just get a basic mani and pedi , which is reasonable in my opinion? Based on the price and the fact I have to go out of my way to get here, I will probably consider alternatives. Also, worth noting is figuring out who to go to, since the level of skill varies quite a bit between the various staff. I always hear great things .🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Please readcalled the lady before I went in to see if they had openings for the day, and the price for a full set of matte blue acrylic nails. She told me it starts at $20 and ends at $40. So I was like yay cheap nails!!! But no. I went there, and Halfway through getting my nails done , the man doing my nails adds up my price on a napkin and said “the total is $80” WHAAAAT. I was annoyed. I wasn’t going to say no because he was halfway finished so I said okay. I should’ve mentioned the lady on the phone told me $40 but I didn’t. And all I got on my nails were the acrylic blue matte polish and initials of my bf on two of my nails. The customer service was good tho.

Amazing experience! I was greeted at the door and assisted when I was matching my gel polish and my toe polish - which can be so hard to the untrained eye, lol! I love that the pedicure tubs were lined with plastic, I am a germaphobe to the core so this was heaven. Very clean layout. This is my new spot!

Great employees and very well done jobs. They fit me and my other 2 friends in last minute for a late night pedi.

Staff is very nice at this location.! My sister purchased a gift certificate for me at the Northern lights location but when I went there the owner would not honor the gift certificate and told me to come to the diamond location..I came here and they told me that the owner at northern lights is suppose to honor it because he received the money but they ended up giving me a pedicure anyway.! So basically they gave me a pedicure without being paid and the owner at the northern lights location has the money this location should of gotten.!

Ive lived in Anchorage for 3 years now and Ive tried a variety of nail salons, but I keep coming back to Todays Nails & Spa! It doesnt matter who you see, everyone does an absolutely perfect job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They will accommodate anything you need and your mani/pedi will last for up to 3 weeks! This isnt the cheapest place but they do a very good job. My spouse has 2 ingrown toe nails and they make her feel so much better. They have massage chairs, foot baths, and really make you feel special so if you want to spoil someone or yourself go here.

I go there when I am in town, they do a great job, and price is fair.

Worst place ever! Called them first and asked about appointments and how long is the wait for walk ins and was told that no appointment is needed and walk ins usually takes 10-20 minutes. So showed up in the morning, waited for about 30 minutes and told them I will just come back in the afternoon. Upon my return, waited another 45 minutes and no one even check on us and it seems like every person that came in after us had an appointment. This place has worst customer service ever! The only guy there is very rude and unprofessional! The only reason why his business is running is because of the ladies who were being put to work like slaves nonstop! Not coming back to this place ever again!

Worst place i ever been.. Dirty place and staff not even find a time to come and say something even when we came on time on our appointment. Waited 45 min and left.

Cut my toe with this razor looking thing and now my big toe is infected. They also just wash off their tools before using them on the next customer. Unsanitary and gross. Not impressed.

One of the male workers didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails, the fixing cuts on my nails were horrible. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever had.
