Okay I have never left a bad review and I wasn’t going to till I got home and both my big toes are throbbing and swollen. She attempted to get out a ingrown in both nails that I didn’t even know I had… and both my toes were raw and bleeding. I can barley touch them now and it’s only been 6 hours since. Her utensils were wrapped up in a napkin on her cart not even out of a sterile wrapper. The way she was trying to get them out didnt even make sense either. She was nice but I will never go back.

Honestly was having one of the worst days ever… drove around and found Lucy’s Nails… & I am 100000% so happy that I did. I love my nails!! #manitherapy

Nails are awesome, the environment is interesting 😂 but otherwise Im highly satisfied and get lots of compliments on my nails. If you dont like something dont be afraid to ask for a redo. Gel nails with designs and stones plus tip was 96.00

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU WHEN YOU WANT ATTENTIVE SERVICES.ALL THEY DO IS SIT ON THEIR PHONES AND IGNORE YOU AND JUST DO THE WORK. A MEDIOCRE WORK IF I MIGHT ADD.IF YOU THINK THAT YOU WILL GET THE LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO MATCH THE ENVIRONMENT....THINK AGAIN!JUST LIKE OMG NAILS SPA! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION EVER.

I took my mom here to get our nails done my nails are beautiful but the service was less than desirable. The nail tech that I had facetimed someone on her phone the entire time using an airpod she did great work but would definitely not return. My moms nail tech argued with her about what she couldnt couldnt have as well as gave her terrible nails they are three days out and completely rubbed off all the foil and the Chrome. They chipped and look horrible. She asked the nail tech to go short and the nail tech argued the whole time that she couldnt go short so now shes having to get her nails redone. The atmosphere was beautiful the salon was clean but none of their things were on display so it was hard to see what they had to offer.

The people were pretty nice. I didnt end up actually getting what I asked for and most of my nails were crooked. I said something, but she said they werent so🤷🏾‍♀️ Maybe if you go youll have a better experience

Hands down my favorite nail salon in anchorage. They do an incredible job every single time and have really fair prices. Every set I’ve ever had from them has been stunning

Absolutely amazing. She took a lot of time and care shaping my nails. The color is perfect. She listened and shared ideas to help me figure out what look would be good for rhinestones. Definitely affordable. And everyone there is friendly and sweet. They always checked to make sure I was comfortable.
