They did outstanding will definitely be going here from now on! They were also nice and gentle on the nails! Definitely recommend but suggest calling and booking. Unfortunately trying to get in same day is hard

This was my first time here. I got a basic manicure and the woman buffed off the skin on my pinky finger leaving it stinging and enflamed for a couple days. I asked for regular polish and was happy with my Christmas themed nails...until one by one they started falling off in full pieces as if they were stick on nails! Less than 24 hours after having them done! I’d never seen anything like that before and the woman I spoke to said that’s why they recommend gel nails...because they last longer. Really??! That’s unacceptable that their regular polish lasted only one day! Normally my nails last about 10 days to a couple weeks. My friend got gel nails and even hers started chipping away within 2-3 days after we went in! To top it all off, they wouldn’t refund my money. They said they could only offer to fix them. I had no confidence in their product after that and didn’t want to waste more of my time. I won’t be back and can’t recommend them to anyone.

First timer here and I just got a beautiful set of gel nails! Dina took such good care of me. She really took her time, even though it meant staying late after closing. I appreciate her attention to detail, my nails look incredible! I don’t want to go anywhere else!

Best Nail Salon in Alaska Period. Staff is super nice. Tina is amazing at nails.she is the nail guru. She pretty much can do any nail art free hand.

I would have to say this was the worse place to go! First off I made an appointment to get my nails done. I waited for 30 minutes to be seen and while waiting I asked where their dip nail colors are. To see they have hardly any colors to begin with. I finally get seen to have the lady whos doing my nails rush through my time and before finishing my nails she passes me off to another person so she can see the next person. She tells me if you had made an appointment then we would not have to rush with me. I told her that I did make an appointment. So while being passed off to the next person who did not even pay attention to me. I was getting ready to pay for my nails the lady yells across the salon asking how much you going to tip me. I said nothing cause this was the worse experience ever. I would never go there. They dont take care of the customers or give good customers service at all!

I LOVE this place, Ive been going here for about a year now and I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. If you like perfection (like myself), these folks are your people!! They all do an amazing job, just make sure to ask for Ivy, Tina or Tinas husband (though I have not expericed Tinas husband personally). Highly recommend these guys! They are the best in town and affordable!

They do so amazing here, and such a reasonable price!! I got a regular pedi and a gel mani for $65 total! And they did such a good job... three weeks later, and I just got the first tiniest little chip on one of my fingernails. They lasted so long. Definitely my new go to place!

They give a great pedicure along with foot massage. I got a birthday pedicure over there as a gift from my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Their prices are reasonable in Anchorage.

Very busy people because they are one of the best in town. My nails come out looking natural, the shape is always on point and I have never broken a nail. The reviews are crazy, dont like how busy they are, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT . Very simple.

I got to say I came here because 1. Is close to my job and 2. Great reviews. The service was great and my nails look great for the first few days. Not even a week after of getting a dip manicure all my nails have ship, crack, discolored. I though about coming back and having them fix it but I’m so disappointed I don’t feel like wasting more time for them to make it right. I had this same manicure done in the lower 48 during Christmas, it lasted over 3 weeks.

Walked in, they were busy but I was still greeted as soon as I walked in. They let me know I could come back later in the afternoon, so I went and got lunch and when I returned they remembered me and what I wanted. Very helpful and friendly, Ill definitely go back.
