Car looks great but not enough sprayers to do you car before your turn

Used the car wash last night. Spent $18 on the best wash. My truck was not crazy dirty. It didn’t get it clean at all and then put a coat of wax over the remaining dirt. As I exited the dryer never turned on. No one on staff so I paid to go through a second time just to use the dryer. My truck looks like I just drove it through a trail of pine trees. Terrible wash and after $28 spent no one answered today. Will not be back and I highly discourage anyone from wasting their money here. The one positive thing I’d say is that when they opened a couple years ago it seemed to be a decent wash for a better price than around town. Now prices match their competitors but quality doesn’t even come close. 👎👎

Waste of money. Got a car wash today since I was in south anchorage, and got out after and it looked the same as before- it didn’t wash away any dirt! All bugs still present and all dirt in tact. Monster wash is so good and I will only go there from now on.

I usually go to a competitor, but was lured in by the banner declaring free vacuums. After paying $18 for an inferior wash (couldnt even get bird droppings off the passenger window, that were deposited the day before), found the vacuums to be 4 minutes for a dollar. Definitely not free as advertised.

Ive used this place 50+ times for my smaller fleet of trucks. It routinely does an Okay job. Nothing impressive and it doesnt keep the trucks Clean. Why have I used this place so many times over the years? They are really close to our warehouse, it gets alot of the dirt off quickly and I buy the $200 card so that the washes a discounted. It doesnt do spectacular but It does the job well enough for work trucks and quick enough to make it worth it.

Machines were out of shampoo out of the freshener out of everything and no attendant around and you got to pray before you find out that the things are empty so it was just absolutely horrible never go back go to Monster wash

Does a decent job, especially the Mud Blaster.

Seemed okay. Not a frequent car wash user but was disappointed it didnt get my back window clean. Possibly the design of my Rav4 but still odd.

Smoked wings are the bomb. Their salads are fresh and delicious. Cant beat the mountain views outside on the deck.

Vacuum cleaner didnt work. The back of the car was still dirty after using the works setting for$18.

I usually go to the car wash one block up but was coming from the other direction this time so decided to try this place. That was a mistake because it did an extremely poor job of cleaning my car. It was nice that they had sprayers outside where you could do a pre-spray. I did that, but even with this extra attention, my car was still quite dirty after the wash. Disappointing.

I purchased the “mudblaster” $16 wash. My car still had a lot of dirt on it after the wash. Even the windows were still dirty. Will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Wrong car wash for dirty cars. Maybe if it was only dusty. Theres a car wash adjacent and I get confused about which one I actually like. Its not this one.

This is the worst car wash in town. Almost $20 for their top-of-the-line “Mud blaster“ car wash and it barely did anything. The attendant let me go through second time and it was the same. Even the person working there was frustrated. I had to go to another place to get my car washed. Very sad that they can rip people off like this.

My truck was recently waxed and wash did not get it clean whatsoever. This is the second time and not going to try a third. Left a message and no call back. Very run down.

Ive been pretty lenient with these guys. Ive just been hoping that their equipment would start performing better which I suppose is foolish of me but their equipment flat out sucks. The bottom half of your vehicle will not get washed. You will leave with soap scum all over your car. Your windows will be easy and will look like you didnt wash it all. He replaces the dirt and dust with soap scum and then put a coat of wax on top of the dirt so the dirt is locked in until scrub it and put some serious TLC into it . Im going to monster wash from now on. For the same cost you will get a much much better wash

Terrible wash, we payed for the 18$ car wash and it got none of the dust and grime off our rental. Ended up washing it by hand outside it.

I used to go to Rainmaker exclusively as the wash was always good. However I went there about 2 months ago and the car looked as dirty after the wash as when I went in. I decided it may have been a fluke and waited 2 months to go again. Went back today; used a different bay - same thing happened. My car looks awful! So disappointed! I am done with Rainmaker. Period. Waste of my money.

Worst car wash ever! Paid $16 and somehow my car looks dirtier than before. Then I put $2 worth of quarters into a vacuum that doesn’t work! No attendants on duty, can’t reach them by phone. What a waste of time and money.

Honestly the worst car wash I have gotten so far. I paid for the second most expensive wash and my car is still filthy. It looks like I never even went to wash it at all. I never felt anything actually scrub to clean my car.
