Where to start? When dropping off anything for cargo, youll be waiting...awhile. It doesnt even have to be busy. Though sometimes you get lucky and youre helped right away or within a few minutes. Most of my experiences have been bad though. There is no sense of urgency to be helped when dropping off cargo. Everybody in the warehouse seems to be laid back...too laid back. Theyll be helping you, then stop what theyre doing and hold a conversation with a coworker about girls, parties, or anything but work related items. Its really frustrating. I dread coming here because I dont feel valued as a customer and feel like Im a burden. Their customer service needs to be drastically improved.

I was needing to send my fiance his medication while he was working in a remote location that Everts delivers to. When I called to ask rate and when it would get there (since he cant survive with out it, if he doesnt take it then in 4 days he is in the hospital deathly sick) the lady on the phone told me if I was able to have the package there in Anchorage by 4pm and it was a Thursday that my package would reach the facility in the remote town the next day around noon. So I drove all the way into Anchorage from the valley, got to the facility at 2:45 paid the $25 shipping fee for a 2 pound 6×6×6 little box and asked again the confirm when it would arrived and was reassured by 2 other employees that it would be there the following day, needless to say Sunday he was on a private charter plane back to Anchorage to get admitted to the hospital since the package didnt arrive until 7 days later ( by tracking it by the airwaybill number) and now they will not send me back my package which has medication that is worth over $2000 per prescription and will not let me speak with any sort of management and keep hanging up on me and will not respond to emails I have sent. Would not recommend this company to any one not even my worst enemy. All the employees I had any sort of interaction with could not just be truthful and say no we cant get it there that soon.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They informed me I would be paying $244.69 and then charged my account $814.69. They couldn’t give me an expected delivery date until after I paid and they couldn’t tell me how I would get my items. Save yourself the hassle and order with NAC. Faster delivery and better people and service.

Staff is usually very helpful & kind. Generally great service. Occasionally frozen foods have arrived somewhat thawed, but Everts was able to compensate. Will continue doing business with them.

I have shipped with these guys many times to the villages. Very easy to use and cost reasonable.

5 weeks Alaska run, what a great bunch of people to haul for.

They contacted me when my freight arrived to Unalakleet and delivered them to Koyuk day after we arrived..excellent service..I recommend them to anyone who wants to ship freight to the village.

If you need to ship something they can probably do it I just wish there system ran a little faster and smoother like some of there competition.

I use Everts Air Cargo three to five times a week. The folks assisting you at cargo intake are 100 % on task all day, every day. They are courteous, quick and accurate. The sales ladies inside are super sweet, and very helpful with every item , schedule of arrival to destination of your cargo, along with any concerns you may have with the shipment.

I delivered a package on Friday and was told it will be delivered Tuesday in Kotzebue. Here we are the following Saturday and still no package. Everytime I call customer service states its on the plane for tonights flight for the next day delivery. They always have an excuse on why it hasnt been delivered. Next time Ill just flight it with NAC or Alaska gold streak.
