AWESOME STAFF! They helped me with my heavy fish box.. I wish they had this airline in the lower states. They give you big chocolate chip cookies, Pepsi, water & juice. Nice to have on such a short flight.

Great little puddle jumper service. Inexpensive and great service. The flight was smooth from take off to landing. And they give you a homemade cookie in flight so good.

Ravn Alaska is a great airline. Flights were on time, shorter than expected and the service both on-board and on the ground was impeccable. Always greeted with a smile. Cant wait to fly with them again. Oh and delicious cookies too.

Man, Ravn has gotten a bad rap lately, and Im not discounting complaints, but heres what I see:Ravn is our biggest regional carrier and theyre obviously struggling at a corporate level, but:Every local ticket counter person, cargo person, pilot, stewardess, etc.. cares immensely and without Ravn, rural Alaska would suffer so badly!Im thankful theyre here and Ill bet you theyre gonna be even better.

Ill just keep a running score for my 2020 flights:Flight delayed.Flight on time.Flight cancelled with no notice.Flight delayed again. 2hrs.Parents flight on time.Parents flight delayed 3.5 hours, missed connection to Minneapolis. No customer service 😡

If I was able to do negative 100 stars I would. If youre flying somewhere in AK you will have to fly with them cause theres no other option. Take this advice, the time of departure on your ticket is meaningless. I would say they are substantially late 90% of the time. They hang up on you when you call their customer service. Its the service would expect to get if youre flying from Pyongyang to Hell.

I took the time to update my resume and answer Ravns specific form to apply to a job offer. I never got an answer. This is not an acceptable HR practice, what ever are the good intentions written on the HR website pages.

Flying from Kodiak to Anchorage, they lost my gun. We waited and waited at luggage and they kept saying they couldnt find it. Meanwhile, flight after flight arrived from Kodiak every hour. Finally, after four hours of waiting, when we had less than 30 minutes to catch our next flight, they found it sitting on the tarmac. How any company could be so irresponsible with a weapon is ridiculous. They had us get on our next flights with the promise that they would get it to us. Once we got to Pennsylvania, we were told it had to go to an official gun dealer and we could pick it up there. It took four weeks for them to ship it to the gun dealer. I had then to drive a half hour to get there and PAY FIFTY DOLLARS to pick up MY GUN. Thats right, Ravn Airlines made me pay $50 upfront to pick up my property which they lost. I never even got an apology. Terrible company.

I fly Ravn as a commuter for work during the construction season. I always look forward to the personal touch from the staff. Planes always seem well maintained and clean.

Were already 45 minutes late and still on the ground because the staff decided to hold the plane for two passengers that never even showed up. Now we have to wait to be deiced. And most galling... nobody communicated with us about the delay. We just got to wait in the terminal... and then wait in the plane. I will be lucky to get to Fairbanks only an hour late. The whole point of taking this flight is that it takes off an hour before the Akaska Airlines flight to Fairbanks. Why would anyone take a chance on RAVN if they perform so poorly at the one thing their business is supposed to do well?

Only option. If you want to call and talk to someone expect to be on hold for over an hour. That’s if they don’t hang up on your randomly first.

Majority of the time customers service is really nice and get to collect points for a free one way or round trip to anywhere in alaska

I fly all over Alaska. And it just seems like ERA or Ravn is literally run by Children. I have never had and on time flight with Ravn. But the cookies are good.

Late again. This airline was acquired by a New York-based investment group J.F. Lehman and Co in 2016 and service has gone steeply downhill since. Late flights are normal. Tickets are expensive and the airplanes and old and shaky. I use this airline for business and I use alternatives when ever possible.

Been on hold for 20 minutes & counting, wonder if anybody is there at 9:15am on a Tuesday

Bumped my flight 2 hours... not the first time, also late flights, sub par customer service and higher cost.

Horrible experience with customer service after years of smooth travel. Going to see if everything done by this company were in parameters of the law.

Delicious cookies, friendly staff. Takes a little longer than Alaska Airlines if youre going to Anchorage, but no security is a big plus.

Terrible customer service. It tough flying in remote Alaska but thanks to Raven they make it even worse!!! If you cant fly due to weather you can count on them to not fly for mechanical issues. Thanks for always keeping us on our toes.

Terrible!! From flight crew not showing up to a scheduled flights, to delayed flights, to “maintenance delays”, Ravn is the worst. And their customer service attitude is pathetic. Trust me when I say, they don’t care.

Flew from WA to Anchorage and thanks to Ravn moving our flights THREE times, we missed our flight from Anchorage to Kenai. I have been traveling for 25 years and have never had this type of experience (that wasnt my fault). When talking to other customers, it seems like bad customer service and late or canceled flights is VERY common. We will be trying Grant next time.
