Bad experience while trying to get quoted. One price over the phone. Another when you show up. Gent helping me refused to put on a mask. Ill pass on service here. These guys lack customer service and switch up prices from the phone and in person. Got a bad vibe overall.

I am so pleased with this place. Came and got my system installed originally. Then came back for my dads ceramic tint which exceeded my expectations. And I had to come back for a double din with Apple CarPlay which came out so clean. Highly professional and extremely quality service! Would recommend and will definitely be back again!

2nd time being here, 1st time was for my sound system, and the 2nd time was for my tints.Service was pretty fast, and the crew was knowledgeable about their products.The tint job was really clean, not to mention at an amazing price, I would highly recommend going.

This is one of the best audio places i have been, they did so much to car. they did the tint, installed a dash, got me a new head unit and installed my own sub for what i feel like is a great price. i have already told a bunch of friends about them and would love to go back with any new car

The owner of the store helped me from the moment I called. They asked what my budget was and gave me the best deal for my moneys worth. He even upgraded my sub for free. These guys are great and Im going to bring my project van to them for sound back up cam, and TV because their customer service was so great. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a nice sound system or security system for a great price while getting great customer service at the same time!

Smart Start recommended me to AP due to having issues with another location i was going to monthly. I called and whoever answered told me he could help me because they were about to close and didnt have time to do the job. I then explained i couldnt go that day due to my work schedule and asked if i can go the next day and he then goes Oh sorry no our system is actually down so we wont be able to help.

I went to AP sounds thru groupon app and bought a 5 x window deal for $79.99 with any tint percentage.. so I went over there because I had appointment. When I get there the worker told me with groupon its only for the back tint with legal tint only but after a few minutes of going back and forth about my groupon voucher I told him that I have proof that I purchased the 5 x door window.. so after he accepted my groupon voucher then he told me that the tint that will be place on my car is cheap dye tint that will probably fade out with in 6 months to a year and suggested I upgrade to a better tint for $100.00. I told him no thanks I already paid $79.00 , I just want the tint deal I paid for already.. so he said ok, we went back inside and a few minutes after he told me the groupon website is down , so he cant process my voucher and they wont be able to tint my window unless I try to get a refund then I can take their in house deal which cost more.. I honestly believe that the guy lied about the website being down because he wanted more money from me and how I had purchased the 5 x window tint for $79.00 on groupon instead of getting the same service for $160.00 with their in house deal.. it was very disappointing. I really wanted to get my wifes windows tinted..

Their hospitality is great and also let me know of the options i had without trying to sell them to me.

These guys are awesome. I got ceramic tint and a dashcam install on my 2016 Dodge Charger. Great work at an affordable price. Quality was not compromised as a result of the price either. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Viper alarm and had an amp and 10 inch subwoofer installed there. The guys there took good care of me. Labor fees were reasonable. I even had some hiccups with the alarm and my cars electrical system and brought it back a few times and they took care of me every time. I recommend AP sounds and customsHappy CustomerJohn

They always hook me up with the best prices. One time I ordered some speakers and they didnt come with any wire and Andy gave me some free wire without any charge. They can get any speakers you need. I buy speakers for my motorcycle.

Came in to get my windows tinted on a 2017 dodge ram. Figured it would be an all morning affair, Andy and his team knocked it out in less than an hour and the job came out great. Great prices and great service.

Got a 2013 nissan altima. I live in Vegas, but family recommended me here since I was in town. tint came out phenomenal the shop was great everyone was so nice while I was there. Definetely going back for anything else I might need

PLEASE READ if you dont know what you are getting to with aftermarket audio dealers.I enjoyed the original conversation with Andy and some of the staff members. I think the staff members are great, but they have been covering for Andy as the owner about him not being there ever since after the install. I dont blame them. Andy is the main point of contact for sales and owner. I originally went in wanting Hertz Energy since he said High Energy is not around. My Lexus requires 3 way speakers in front. I told Andy the sizes of my speakers and he said no problem he has me. I then was convinced to get what I thought was the Audison Voce, but turns out it was the Audison Prima (keep in mind the primas have a 4inch mid that he knows) which are 3 way speakers like I wanted. I told him will the mids fit my midrange, he said they can make it fit. I then went in for install and Andy finally told me that the other set i didnt get to hear was Audison Voce, but never told me that the Voce didnt come in 3 way, never showed me the box. I decided to go with the Voce for extra money. He mentioned later that while taking the car apart, that my mids were 2.5 inches which i told him already, he said he will still make it fit and fix the bracket. Car is done, I leave was happy at first, then after listening to it after a day. I notice a sound my older speakers use to make, then remembered that Andy gave me all my stock speakers, but never gave back my mids. I checked the Voce box and it says 2 way not 3 way like i wanted. He told me he would look for the stock mids, they must have been lost. 3 days after install I decided to remove the panels myself and come to find out, my stock mids were never replaced. Called Andy, and he says the Voce mids should have been installed to come back and he will do it. I took the car in the next day, the workers are about to install some mids, I decide to watch and sure enough they try to install Memphis cheap speakers that are 2.75 inches. Workers say Andy told them to do it. I have them call Andy, Andy says now that they dont have 3 inch Voce mids and they will not fit. I told him to just order them and we will go from there. Andy had avoided me for a week until i threaten to call their authorize distributor in Irvine. That same day i threaten, they called me back saying they will have those speakers the next day or two.My sub woofer is currently blown out or something because they did something wrong with the sub and equalizing it after only a week after install. This was 4 or 5 weeks ago. They wrote on the original receipt they will cover the JL amp and sub i bought from another dealer since i was installing speakers with them already. They kept telling me they dont have the sub in yet for 3 weeks straight. Now all of the sudden they wont cover it even though i have proof from what Andy wrote. Called up the JL Distributor in FL, they said AP should be able to replace it, because everything is bought from authorized dealers.This place doesnt know anything about customer service. Still waiting for them to abide by what they told me and wrote down on the receipt. FYI either the voce mids or tweeters are messed up now too. Hopefully they can get something right eventually.
