The job was rushed due to it being at 3 with customers still needing work done. The film is bubbling/peeling after a week after getting it done. It was a gift for my father while i was there visiting but i had no time to take it back to get it fixed. It is only the rear that is bubbling the other windows are superb. If this issue could get resolved it would be absolutely amazing for not just me but my father. Besides this customer service was amazing.

Paul scheduled my appointment over the phone for a Saturday at 4pm, he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. However he wasnt there the day of. I arrived a few minutes before 4pm, they didnt seem to have the quote I was given over the phone. The guy in charge gave me a quote and asked me when I wanna come back, I said I dont wanna come back, I have an appointment right now. He looked stressed out and said ok, Ill finish it even if I have to stay late. No waiting room, I waited outside for an hour for an uber that never showed up, it was now 5pm and they still hadnt started on my car, they were still working on 2 others. At that point I just asked for my key, no apology, no attempt to reschedule. Not sure how good their tints are and Ill never find out. Customer service is key, and that day it was non existant.

Worst Service By The Uneducated Owner. He Change The deal without knowing the customer. After Taking the money he doesnt know how to talk to customer. Never believe this owner. He just own this shop for money not for customer service.

I went here for a price check on a window tint and ended up laughing and talking about like. The was very down to earth. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ill definitely go back for business.

I needed the dark tint on my back window removed because it was so dark that it was like looking out at night even during daytime. They removed the tint for only $40 even though another company had quoted $100. It only took about 30-40 minutes and I had daylightthrough my back window. Only thing is that they dont really have a comfortable waiting room. So if you are going to be there a while you may want to drop your car off and go wait some where else.

I had my car tinted with the Nano-Carbon Tint . It looks great and I can tell a difference with the temperature inside the car. Kris and her team are very knowledgeable and the service was great. I was surprised by the quick turn around. When Ive had cars tinted in the past there would be streaks of dried water down the doors inside and out. I have this happen many times and with different companies. With Art Window Tinting there was none of that. I was really surprised at how clean it was. I have no worries about referring friends and family to Art Window Tinting and I will be back!

After several phone calls to local places, this one stood out. They answered their phone every time, were super helpful over the phone, and answered all of my questions. Art Window Tinting did a great job on my Lexus. They did all 7 windows in under 3 hours while I waited. They cover all panels (to avoid water damages). Very competitive price ( actually the cheapest I found in Orange County using 3M brand ). The tint job looks like it came from the factory and I will return and would recommend Art Window to anyone. I called Art Window Tinting to tint my front window only for my Mer Benz. I told them that i was purchasing a groupon to have my window tinted. I asked if the two windows tinting deal ($99.00) would cover the tinting of my front window. the nice lady said, Yes, bring in my car in and we will be able to do that this afternoon. I arrived at the shop and the young lady said that window had inpurfections (bug marks) and there would be an up charge to the tinting front window. I responded and said i just had the front window replaced two months ago and she said i could not use the two window groupon for the front window. took my business else where.
