I came in to pick up a window at 8:45 am. It is now 10:30 am and Im still outside waiting. If your here to pick up 20 windows youre put in front of the line I guess. Im here just to pick up one.

I had gotten my windows here since 8 years ago with Mr. Polo, but my last order was taken by a women called Daisy which gave me the worst service. I talked to her and told her what I wanted and she said she would give an estimate, 2 days passed and when I called her to give me the estimate she rudely said she was to busy. And couple days passed and I called her again and she said she would send it to me and she didnt. Today I called her again and she answered and still had the nerve to get upset and say she was to busy. I honestly dont know how this company is still working with that horrible service. They need to get rid of her because she dose not have good customer service. I highly recommend DJ windows and doors. There they send me the estimate the same day I asked for one.Note aside To Mr. Polo: once in a while check your employees. If they are given good customer service. Daisy needs to learn how to do her job right.

Stay away from this companyMy wife and I needed windows for our current home remodel. This company is a scam. Our Windows are installed incorrectly, no molding or caulking around the windows. Our windows are not sealed properly, and we can see sun light through the window frames. The installers left piles of trash in my house, and left the slider from our old sliding glass door.The exterior of our house on the stucco molding has a proxy or caulking that needs to be removed. This will cost us more money to get the caulking removed and get the house painted. We now need to hire another company who can come in and fix job and finish the repairs of the windows.When I called the owner he would not speak to me. Instead he wanted me to text pictures of the finished job.My wife was so frustrated with them she drove down to talk to them in person. The owner still would not speak to her…They said they would take care of it by sending out a window person the next day, but he never showed up. No call, text.. nothing!This had been a very negative experience and an absolute disaster. I don’t know how any business person can run the company with the sub par level of quality of work. Do not use this company. We will be going to the Better Business Bureau to protect future customers from this company and post this review every place we can find.

I have used NuImage Windows & Doors to replace my patio door sometime a year ago. So they claim to say that their product is a life time warranty, so I had called because rain water is entering my kitchen from the patio door because they have done a poor installation. As we know it does not rain in CA that much that recently it has started to rain and this was dumb of me not to test this when the patio door was installed to see if there is water coming into the house. All my kitchen floors are damaged and from last nights rain it has become worse. Whenever I call they have an excuse I just got back to the desk and have not seen email, or my manager is out. They are not taking the responsibility to taking care of their customers. If you are professionals then why cant your guys fix the issue. They sent a guy to fix the issue but it is not fixed still alot of water is coming in.So a warning to the public please do not use this company as they do not keep their word. They say it is life time warranty and their staff says that she will take care of it but I do not see that happening.If the owner can call me and talk to me in person I would appreciate it.
