Quick diagnosis of problem. Quoted a price for repair. When I dropped it off after part arrived he said it would be ready in about 2 hours. Was called in an hour and a half come pick it up. Price was just as quoted, no add ons. Honest , reliable and quick. I have used CPR before with same results. See them first.

Came here for my broken charging port that couldnt hold a cable anymore. Jesus took my phone for no more than 5 minutes and returned my phone after showing it could hold a cable easily again. He was extremely professional and nice, I would definitely recommend coming here for phone issues.

My experience was outdtanding. I have an oler cell phone that I really liked (loved). It died. I tried everything I coukd to revive it. The staff spent 15 minutes checking, cross checking and researching. Gently shared the conclusion it cannot be revived. After doing some self-diagnosing of my cellphones inability to charge, I was convinced that my charging port had busted. I was fully prepared to pay to have the port replaced. I came to CPR Anaheim Hills because they said that they should be able to replace it (but perhaps it wont even be needed).Sure enough, the microscope revealed that my port was clogged. The technician cleaned it really quick, handed it over with a smile and said, no charge. I am not writing this because he didnt charge me money. Rather, I am appreciative of the honesty and the care. Just like a mechanic could, the gentleman could have told me otherwise and charged me more money by telling something I had already convinced myself of (and couldnt negate otherwise through my naked eye).Thank you

Put on faulty screen and OWNER CALLED MY WIFE UNETHICALMy phone screen they put on came completely off my phone. When we tried to get it fixed we were told no. 3 Apple techs have since told me the screen came off because it was a faulty third party screen. When I posted a review detailing my experience, the owner of the company, who I have never spoken to said in response that I treated his employees with disrespect and used foul language. I asked him to tell me what I said or did for him to accuse me of that because he wasnt there and never spoke to me, and I have gotten nothing.To top it off, HE CALLED MY WIFE UNETHICAL and accused her of trying to scam him. Well 5 different people, including 2 of his employees said they had never seen this happen before, and 3 Apple techs said that while there was a crack in the screen, that could not have caused the glass to come off, and that it was more likely that the screen was loose and that likely caused the crack. They also inspected the phone and said there was no evidence of damage to the phone or the casing that could have caused the glass to fall off. BUT YET, MY WIFE IS THE UNETHICAL ONE?In response to the owners reply:I have also asked the owner to remove his comment about my wife as it is a posted comment on another site, and he has now done that, and that is appreciated. However, the owner said he is trying to make this right but all he has done is post borderline defamatory comments about my wife on line and accuse me of treating people disrespectfully. There has been no attempt to discuss this matter with me and not once have they offered to do anything to fix the situation. In regard to my refusal to have the owner inspect the phone, not only did the owner act in a way over our messages that made me not want to deal with him, my insurance company said the only way they would waive the deductible is if I went to a different repair shop and they recommended Apple. So yes, I did refuse to have him inspect the phone because I had to go another route to resolve their mistake. I also noticed there was nothing about feeling bad or saying sorry for the comment about my wife, even though they were in the wrong.

I would have gone without a review of service if not for the superior quality of repairs completed on my s9+. Communication is an issue as was their ability to handle a situation outside of their control, leaving me without a phone for days.On Tuesday they knew I was leaving for a case at the border on Wednesday and needed my phone. No email or any communication till after 3:00 on Wednesday to say they got the wrong part and it wouldnt be ready till Friday, what, no loaner, burner phone, nothing? So, I had to by the burner phone, time and data plan, just to get me through the weekend.....the holiday weekend.Got the phone back today and its as good as new. Nice craftsmanship.....now work on your communication program.

I was told it would take 3-4 days to get my screen fixed and it ended up taking 2 and 1/2 weeks. Didn’t call when they said they would, had to “reorder” my screen because it never showed up, then they sent me tracking information and I saw they got the screen and never called me, so when I called them two days later they said it was sent to another location and they’d have to pick it up and it would take 1-2 days to fix.I still paid full price.Probably wouldn’t go here again.

What a professional repair store! With our abundance of tech gadgets and my less-than careful children, Ive already several devices here. The first one was a shattered screen on my tablet, they repaired it LIKE NEW and even cleaned up the machine to speed up its operation. Next on the list was a flash drive that my son had ripped the wiring on while removing it from the laptop...I had little hope but figured it was worth the attempt as I needed the files on there. To my extreme surprise they soldered the wiring back together AND my info was still there! After that was a broken phone....also perfect repair.Heres what you need to know:-Easy to spot location off of La Palma and Imperial-Competitive pricing (lower than some of the other places Ive been and WAY better)-Stand by their work, if they cant repair it they will say instead of charging you anyway and not really doing a good job-Trained staff! This was awesome to hear, not just random people working but their main staff has all gone through professional tech repair training.-The parts they order are quality. There are levels of screens, and they only use the best. Even if you pay a bit more upfront, this will prevent your device from breakage longer.-GET THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I wish I had spent the $30 the first time I repaired and saved myself the $100+ the second time around!

I have an older Samsung phone that needed the charging port replaced. Dopped the phone off in the morning and it was done by late afternoon. I paid only a fraction of what I had been quoted by my carriers service dept. The employees were very nice and they did a great job. I scheduled an appointment to have my charging port replaced because my phone would not charge when it was plugged in. Instead of charging me to replace the port, they first cleaned it out (for free) and it works great. They were honest and helpful.

Wow. So I bought a used phone in like new condition via third party only to find out the USB cable wouldnt plug in correctly to the phone. I wasnt happy. I stopped into CPR to see if they could confirm that the USB port was messed up. After 10 minutes with a little pick tool the gentleman cleaned out debris from the port and handed it back to me... There ya go! That was an opportunity for a shiesty crook to take advantage of a difficult situation but this guy was honest and took care of biz. Booyah!

Took my phone here for a new screen and front facing camera. 3 months later I cracked the screen and had it replaced by another phone fix it center. When the new place opened my phone they said there was missing screws and who ever put it together previously didnt know what they were doing or didnt care. Basically just cuz Digital Doc fixes your phone doesnt mean it was done correctly. 1 star for sure!!!! DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!!!
