Over all the ppl were nice. Rented chairs and tables and the process was pretty smooth nothing out of the ordinary. I extended my rental over the phone because my family stayed longer then excepted, they were really comprehensive.

Was a great price (had a awesome coupon included nozzle and tank rental). The guy who helped me wasnt a man of many words but, was polite and nice. Also, he was very lenient on the return date with no extra charge.... will do business with them in the future.

Worst customer service! I picked up chairs on Saturday and asked when to bring them back. The reply was that Sunday would be fine, and I confirmed that they were open on Sunday. Their hours are listed (on the web and on their door) as 10-4. When I arrived at 11:15, the store was closed. I called the number, the manager/owner answered, and informed him that I was there with chairs. I was told that in 5 minutes he would be there. Fifteen minutes later, I called him again. Yeah, I could leave the chairs on the sidewalk. No sir, I would like my deposit back. Five minutes later (so, Ive been waiting 20 minutes), an employee without a key shows up. Then, the owner calls the lawnmower business next door to borrow $20 to give me my deposit. Owner/manager never showed up. I called him again to give him what for, and he hung up on me. (I will admit that I was heated. Who wants to talk to an angry, swearing individual?) I waited for 30 minutes for this crap.Clearly, he had better places to be than to be at work, which is listed as being open on Sunday. You dont want to work on Sunday, fine. Dont tell me you are. I was handled as an annoyance, and not a paying customer. Would not recommend.

I didn’t want to go by what the rating posting are saying about this business, but I need to tell you to do a better research around and go by rating on the business . This place is totally losing my business and will never see me again in there place .

Horrible customer service! Employees should communicate with each other what to tell customers. Rented a helium tank for a fundraiser on a Saturday and was told I could drop off Sunday during their business hours 10am to 4pm. Went at 2pm on Sunday and it said closed but we kept knocking because we could see a lady inside, when she finally decides to open the door she tells us to come back tomorrow because they are closed and there is no one to accept the helium tank. Seriously?!? Business hours say Sunday 10-4pm! I go to return it Monday and they said I do not get my deposit because its late. Worst experience ever. If its family owned then owners need to have employees be more professional and train them on better customer service.

Rented helium tanks for an event and the vendor failed to include the pieces that actually fill up the balloons. Based on the website, my order shouldve of included these pieces. I was told by the vendor that I needed to ask for these, even though it is clearly stated online that they are included. Vendor would not issue a refund for their failure to provide the service in which I paid for.
