Fun staff. Always have everything I need for special themed parties, events and holidays. Great selection of Halloweencostumes. Candy assortment separated by color for party favors and making candy leisure for graduation and special occasions. Found disposable trifle bowls with rhinestone rims. Made my potluck dessert a stand out and I could just leave it behind when I left, making it a nice hostess gift.

This place was old and tired looking inside. They only had 2 girls working at the front so a short line is took forever. I only wanted 2 balloons and I spent 20 minutes in the store. Everyone was friendly, but it shouldn’t take that long and it was also $25 for balloons!

Horrible service by the female cashier on Thursday September 30th around 10am.

I buy here all the time with no problem at all until a week ago when a girl with super long nails attended me. It was weird when she asked if I wanted the balloons filled at the moment because they supposedly only last 4 hours, which no worker had said before. Luckily, another girl helped but the balloons the first one inflated were done after a few hours.

Found the stuff that I needed except the birthday card. Cant believe they stopped selling cards 🤷Party was still a success.

Its okay. Store personnel are not friendly but the store is loaded with all kinds of cool/new party ideas, themes, costumes, candies, cards and lots and lots and lots of party accessories, etc. If youre planning to have a party you should start here. Looks like a one-stop shop.

It was nice and quite, I had a associate ask if I needed help which I did. He pointed me to the correct area. The cashier was nice n helpful also I would go back.

A great place to get inspired

Clean store and very much so organized!! I went shopping at this location on a Tuesday a little later in the evening (7:30PM or so) and there were only approx 5 other customers in this store while I was there. And I dont know about anyone else but in my opinion, this is a great thing!! Total win! The store was chill, it was quiet, which makes shopping ten times easier, I simply just cant when stores are all hectic and/or crowded. I didnt catch the employees name who helped me tremendously, but hes about 60 & he has that beach surfer look to him. But anyway he was just so sweet, very helpful, patient with my questions and i actually could tell he was a genuine down to earth person, and that, unfortunately, is beyond rare anymore. He was great, and he knows who is!!! I have honestly ZERO complaints at all.

We found what we needed for a 58th and a 70th birthday. I did notice the aisles got smaller, a bit claustrophobic, but the selection is appreciated. 😁

You know Im not normally in Phoenix. But the service is great Im not used to the hot weather. Regardless the people are nice that makes up for the weather being super hot. All of those five stars four thumbs up

We do not live in the area and happened upon this store when we were picking something up in the area. I believe the store had just opened up a day or two before. I have now been back at least twice because I know this store has what I am looking for. Today I was in and they had graduation stuff I had not seen before! Looking forward to placing my order!

The staff is pretty knowledgeable. I went during the daytime on a Sunday and it was packed. There didnt seem to be much help on the floor maintaining the wild crowd of people.... and unfortunately none of the parents there were watching their children which made the shopping experience that much more hectic.I have to absolutely shout out the counter staff. They pointed me directly to the aisle I needed and knew exactly where the item was that I needed.

Been here shopping in the past for decor for the holidays at work and the people were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Party City doesnt sell top-tier costumes, but thats not why youre here. Why Im usually there is for the color-coordinated section at the back. All manner of accessories in every color of the rainbow, black, white, and the rainbow itself. So whatever youre supposed to be getting in the spirit for, you can rely on the fact that Party City has you covered.

Instead of being asked politely to try my childs outfit in a dressing room, I was told very rudely I was in the way. Yet, I looked around and there were 2 other people in that section shopping. Mind you the girl helping us originally never mentioned the dressing rooms to begin with. What happened to customer service and etiquette? Wow!!

They are very friendly to the customer and always helpful to there customers when they need help with something that they need for birthday parties and other fun things that customers will need.

Pretty much anything you need to host a party. Many different themes party supplies with decoration serving products and even costuming. Its easy to pop in quickly and find what you need. If you dont see it, ask.

I found this store to be very friendly. I talked with Beth (give her a raise). She was very nice and a good listener. Made me feel right at home. If you want anything for your party this is the place.

Bought award Medals for kids for PE. 4 stars because a staff member misled me by sending us to the wrong isle. We looked high and low for a good 10 Mts and asked another who took us to the right section and handed me a packet. If you dont know where something is pls ask another person who knows!!

Im going to be really short I stoped to this knowing that i will get good service but its not as it appears, i made purchased about a day ago and was great the first day BUT at then one of my purchases i was trying to see if I can returned it and get the same item Because there was something missing, and was ill get it back. Soo i spoke through the phone and was not getting anything anwser so I was in the area from a movie showtime and stop to see IF i can get it the item again and exchanged with the one i bought 24 hours ago. SO the I was giving some discounts at the beginning 20% & then 40 when i get it went to 50%. And the item which i was returning was like 14.99 or something like that. So i was gonna pay them again lole 8 to 9 dollars where i just payed them the full price not even a day Ago.. SO THEN i spoke to the MANAGER where she first was hearing me out and listening to what i got it said, that was really nice of her but THEN where we were finally were putting to the final PRICE i was still paying the half price of the item. I was really not pleased of her trying charge me again for the same item when i just walk in her store 24 hours ago. So then she.....saids what do you want me to do?!?!?!? As for i was trying to asked for like 100 dollar item purchase. When it was less than 20 or 15 dollars purchase. Soo at then end she just WALKED AWAY and before she left she had to say this.....HEERE THEN TAKE IT!!!! And i just made myself embarrasse there there was like 2 or 3 in line...but anyways people if YOU ever purchased something like a REINDEER SET FOR YOUR CAR just alerting you guys... not being rude or mean but we customers are the ones THEM are getting paid. Period! I dont have anything againts this store once again dont get me wrong.. i love coming here for anything i need partys supplies as well as customes, decorations!.. so yeah what a day...lol 😄😄🎄😁 happy holidays

Sunday i called to ask if they inhale my balloons it was 5;45pm young lady answer said she was ask her manager Steven since they were about to close at 6pm, which she did ask and he said no then switch to only 5 or 10 he can do, he had bad customer service did not take them long to inhale balloons .
