We had a very bad experience with this company. We ordered well ahead of time and had our receipt and the day of delivery they show up with the wrong tables and chairs and then proceed to try to convince us to accept the wrong chairs for a $10 discount which was less than the upgrade price.Upon pickup they also said they charged us wrong and asked for more money. The woman (who I believe is the co-owner) was quite rude.The chairs and tables were also very dirty and the tent was in pretty bad shape.I will not use this company again.

They did a good job with the decor. But I am deducting points for 2 reasons. First reason, the day they came to set up they said they would be there between 4-5pm when in reality they showed up around 8:20pm (left around 10:30pm). The next day they were suppose to arrive at 9am to set up the balloons but didn’t actually arrive until 10:40am, even though we told them to be there early because we had to leave to mass at 11am. Second reason is because the day after the event when they came to pick up the tent, they had left all of the balloons trash on the grass and patio. They left a bunch of cut up zip ties on the grass as well. I couldn’t believe that they had not cleaned up.

Had a last minute surprise party, I called and spoke to Carlos there. What can I say them came through and the surprise party was a success. Great service great prices I will definitely be using their services again.
