The lady are always so sweet and understanding. I would recommend this location for any of your wic needs.

HelloI use to love this office and their friendly staff. I just went back to office with an schedule appointment and we still had to wait over 2 hours! The staff is not very organized and they should be able to have more moms in classes so that way the wait isn’t as long.Also, the girl lady who assisted me which I’ll find out the name was very rude and kept asking questions that made me feel very uncomfortable. I now have both kids very stressed out since we have been there over two hours. Now the second lady that helps is Maria she was nice but did not show any emotion and just stared at her computer while my daughter cried. I told her I will have to come back and she looked at me and said ok and I asked are we done and she said yes and she would call me. All I can think in my head is why did you have me here and you stared at your computer while my daughter cried and we are done?While waiting with Maria I notice the ya talking about personal stuff while moms have been waiting there more than 2 hours and I heard the “manager” or lady who checks up on the office tell their staff 3 times “ ladies there is cards up ready to process!I wish you guys really stand for what you promote and I wish moms and kids was your priority but I am now sure that it is not your priority as I heard more than 3 moms they have mad to come back because on their previous visit you guys take so long! Thank you Maria for calling me right when I left the office to tell me my case was successfully approve even though I am sure you had me standing in front of you for the longest time for no reason.

Great experience - the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Stopped by there for the first time last week being 7 months pregnant and I had a great experience - super easy to sign up for benefits. Everybody is really helpful!

Maria is the best best worker in WIC...But only thing is the problem that too much waiting.its hard to wait there with baby!!!!I usually wait there over 1 and half hours all the time.finally i changed the office now.And there is no play place for babies or toys.
