This is the most disorganized and awful company. I havent worked for them since November and yet they keep sending me hours summaries. I have now contacted them 4 times about it. Thats only tip of the iceberg on how much trouble doing anything with them has been.

Weve all had the privilege of being employed by this company. They take really good care of their employees. They advocate for us at our assigned job site (make sure your representing the company well). They provide options of employment that are suitable for your living arrangement (for example if you have children or lack proper transportation to venture out to a far work site) they work with you and take into consideration your needs to be successfully employed. My worker is Cindy Hernandez (Ask for her) she is the absolute best. I love the professionalism from the staff at this location and their friendliness. I can tell that their Supervisor does an amazing job at mentoring and training her staff to operate in excellence. I can honestly say that I witnessed and personally experienced this organization living out their core values and thats rare in todays working class market. Erica Rangel is one of the most professional, helpful and beautiful woman that Ive ever come across with. She always tries her best to find you a job in a nice environment, that will help you grow your skills, and pays you well. Ive worked with many agencies like Manpower, Kelly Services, Ultimate Staffing and I can honestly say that Eastridge is by far the best one. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would.

Not ONLY would I not recommend this agency, but it should be replaced. I was called for an interview at 9am, showed up 15 min early, was the 1st to show up & still not get heard or have my name called. 10 people showed up late not even dressed Professionally, got the interview, and Im still waiting. I wanted to know, how could such an agency claim their ethical & moral online on their website and not even uphold their core values or the State of California Professional Dress code required by law to conduct business? I was embarrassed and felt insulted cause they force u to give them all ur personal info. And just leave you there in the lobby waiting and no one calls your name. The wait was almost 2hours. It makes you wonder, if they dont even respect dress code... Then, why do they even go to college?

The worst! They dont even try to match or find a decent job for you. They just place you on jobs that have been sitting that nobody wants. Fire the entire lazy staff!

Very helpful... They care, they help you get your foot in. After its up to you, nothing is guaranteed. The other guy on the last comment saying beware probably was lazy and horrible at interviews. Some people just want things handed to them SMH. Shout out to Nadia!!! Shes very nice and helpful.

A total joke this place is and scandalous, interview process takes over 2 hours cause you have to document everything about your self 10 times too many, then they dont interview you in order so you hear the guy next to you who should have gotten interviewed last get offered the same position its pointless applying here, they dont offer you the max pay of the position regardless of you application information and or resume example a job pays $14-$16 but youll only be offered the $14 even if you have years of experience in that field obviously telling me theyre sheisters, they should not be on Indeed cause you apply they call you and you have to apply all over its the stupidest thing, never will I ever apply to that company nor will I recommend, they say they need people stat but obviously not, they had a bunch of lame brains in there applying one didnt even know what country we were in WOW good luck with that clientele, if you want good workers pay attention to the applications on Indeed or elsewhere and read the damn things, I had to up and leave cause I had another job interview for the same kinda work for $2 more an hour cause they waste sooooooo much time with the application/hiring process, the other place was smooth and fast application/interview only 35 minutes how it should be and is at most places, heads up to all you dopers they drug test on site, I really see why they need people, what a shame.
