Ive followed this company for years now and I have to say that compared to countless other staffing agencies, when it comes to integrity and customer service, this one far outperforms them all. Despite what many people may think about staffing agencies, Optimus, for one, is very fair with the rates they charge and have an incredible amount of integrity. This is not just a company full on nameless employees but an organization whos leaders truly care for the well being of not only their staff but the temp hires as well. They understand that these are father, mothers, children, and individuals who have real lives and situations. From my perspective, they are one of the most honorable companies in this field.

They are extremely attentive, caring and overall great individuals there to help!

Wish i can give this more stars but that girl Maria comes out at people really rude! they should put that guy or that other latin girl instead. Maria just gives people attitude. I was at the office not to long ago with my friend that was looking for work and every other person maria would talk to was in a rude way when telling them how to apply on the computer. She needs to be more friendlier or train her to be nicer! SO RUDE!

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees.

Absolutely horrible. Yo have to speak with multiple people with little knowledge of ta job offered before you get to the one that called you in the first place, then they accuse false accusations of treating their staff badly when they dont call you for 3 weeks, and they women in the office are rude and snobby, if looks could kill, this would be the place to go. getting legal advice about my current situation with this poorly managed company.
