The Enhanced Group has helped our office tremendously. Very supportive and responsive to all of our tickets. They have been a huge support during Covid when everyone was working remote. Rick is our offices assigned technician and I have nothing but good things to say about it him. He is super patient and very helpful to any of our employees with they are having some sort of connection issue. Very pleased with his service and prompt attention to our needs.
