Went in to fix a printer because it was making a loud noise. Although he did fix the noise issue, after it was given to him, the printer was printing faintly, even though the toner was new and genuine and I had no issues with the print quality.

The owner was very professional and prompt. Our pc is approximately 3 years old so it had tons of challenges. He was ready to correct these remotely and during a timely manner. We appreciate his work and would gladly recommend his services to a lover.
