We had candles leak wax onto our stone porch and a stone fireplace hearth that was terribly stained by colored clay and dirt. They came out and fixed everything up back to it’s original condition. OC House Beautiful did a great job cleaning our sofas and pillows. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Everything dried quickly and my sofas and area rugs look great!!! Also, I had to call them back out about a week later because one of my dogs peed on the rug and they didn’t turn down such a small job. They texted me when they were on their way, cleaned the rug again and told me how I could handle a small incident like that myself if I wanted to instead of paying to have it done. I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness! Super friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!

Another cleaner, looking at the picture of the rug on the stairs, wasnt sure if hed be able to get them as clean as I wanted because photos will be taken by photographers for the house sale. Jacob looked at them and said it would be no problem as he uses a truck mounted system that injects water at 220 degrees for the cleaning. The vacating tenant had cleaned the carpet himself because he hadnt looked at the lease that forbids that. Jacob showed me the water going into the toilet bowl as it exited and it was absolutely black despite the cleaning that the rental equipment the tenant had used in his cleaning. Needless to say, the carpets were completely clean throughout. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with and I now have his number for all future work.

Jacob came by my townhouse to clean the carpet on my 2 flight of stairs, two rooms and hallway. I also had him clean my white couch since it was more ‘off white’ after the years. I shopped around to get quotes and he was the cheapest and this was the best cleaning service I’ve had. I had done this 2 times before with two other companies which I wasn’t satisfied hence finding another cleaning service. I am moving into a new house, and have so many appointments to complete work on it before we move in. Everything is behind schedule, including some construction work, and so I had to reschedule carpet cleaning with Jacob by pushing it out a week. He was really understanding, which was great. But the really great part was when my timeline changed yet again, and I called to see if he had any openings sooner than next week. He had an opening that day, and showed up later as agreed, on time. What’s more, there is a bathroom leak that we are waiting for the plumber to fix, and water was all over the bathroom floor. As he left, Jacob told me he had vacuumed up the water just because. He also left a bunch of new disposal booties for me to give the movers and contractors to wear now that the carpet is clean. He is as kind as he is professional, and our carpets look awesome. I chose OC House Beautiful Carpet Cleaning based solely on the reviews. I have 3 rental rooms, all with dirty, very light colored carpet.Jacob and his assistant showed up (on short notice, on time, in uniform, cheerful) with a high tech van with a virtual lab in the back - a solution or chemical for any kind of stain. When they were done, the carpet looked nearly new again. Some truly hopeless stains have been reduced to the faintest trace - the rest are utterly gone. I really need new carpet but it now looks good enough to put off another 6 mos...1 year... (Also, Id braced myself for a more painful bill than I ended up with, too. --Thank you, Jacob)
