Leonel was friendly and respectful. He arrived and greeted me with his mask on which made me feel comfortable. I showed him the rooms, and he got busy right away. As he moved along, he asked me how I felt about the cleaning job I am very happy with the results. I have off-white carpet, and it looks great. Thank you very much.

Juan was amazing! I booked my appointment late at night on a Sunday, and the was availability on Monday. Juan was prompt, professional, thorough, and explained everything. One room needed the carpet cleaned that included several stains and one pet stain, an area rug with a pet stain, and kitchen/dining tile needed cleaning. All came out perfect in speedy time. Will use again, and ask for Juan 😁. (Also, Juan easily dealt with our cat and dog.)

Our carpet and tile looked amazing when they were finished. We have 2 cattle dogs that track in tons of yuck from outside so this was soooo needed. Our technician was Leo and let me just say he was awesome. He was friendly, professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. Im beyond happy with the results!

We used them for their HVAC Duct cleaning in our condo. Years of nasty dust and accumulated junk built up at the wall registers and bathroom fan vents were causing us to never use the heater and after Stanley came to the rescue I was shocked for how clean they were able to get the vents and ducts. Literally almost like brand new. They take all precautions to protect the house from their Equiptment and clean up very well when finished. Highly recommend their services.

My house smells so good now! My lovely technician was very nice, professional and thorough. He made sure to get every spot and get as much dog hair out of the couches as possible (and theres a lot, I have 2 dogs). He explained every step to me and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. They were a little more expensive but well worth it for the quality of work.

9/27/21I just noticed this was the Anaheim Hills location, but clearly stated my doings were with the L.A. location. This clearly is not Ryan(owner of LA location), as I emailed him directly and he read BOTH emails, but chose not to reply back? Thank you for reaching out, but I already logged a complaint with customer relations, Nina, and told each location is a franchise, so they do things according to what they see fit... Do you also only clean 25 into the duct runs?Stay away from their duct cleaning svcs!1) dont be fooled by the accreditation, as each location is franchised and does their own thing!L.A.(Azusa, CA) limited to only 25length of run cleaning2) DO NOT let them remove duct work to clean more than the 25, because their foil taping job was terrible! This was done by a supv.! Not to mention, creates more work and they wont clean all of your runs!3) Any reputable HVAC installer will not recommend duct cleaning, as this is not good for the internal lining!Already posted pictures on Google Map on the poor foil taping and still have not received a call from Paul the owner of this location!

J. Flores did a good job. The only complaint is that the time frame of 6 hrs. to do the job is too long. 3-4 hrs window should be the max.Liked the tracking feature .

I have used Stanley Steemer a number of times over the years and I have found that they are always professional and very reasonable. Better yet, they get out 99% of the stains on my carpets. We moved into a house with white carpets and at first I thought we would have to replace them since we have kids and four pets. But Stanley steamer makes the carpets look immaculate. They even gave me some spot cleaner for in between messes.

Cleaned tile floors, now they look like the day we installed them. Jaime arrived early, professional, did not up sale, did such a good job I added more area to my order. I will definitely use them again.

Carpet cleaning was good except in some spots on the edge there was alot of dirt. They did 2 bathroom tile floors. Not impressed at all. Wood NOT recommend them for tile floors. They did a shower stall. Way over priced. $200. If they were able to get it cleaner it would be worth it. The guys were great. Super nice, knowledgeable good guys

We recently adopted a senior dog. That being said, accidents happened and we needed to get our living room carpet cleaned and deodorized. We also wanted to get our couches cleaned. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly.Our tech, Nicolas, did a spot check on our couch and saw that the color bled. Based on that we decided not to take a chance. He recommended a company that could come out and dry clean them. He was still able to clean the carpets. They came out clean and fresh! Thank You!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Stanley Steemer after our puppy was put on medication that made her have quite a few accidents in our living room. We were able to schedule as soon as next day, even though we were booking late at night. The technician, Nicolas, cleaned our living room carpet very well and he was extremely professional and kind. He made us aware of what could and could not be done to our pet stains given the cleaning option selected. He was in and out in just about an hour and our carpet has never looked so good. I highly suggest Stanley Steemer.

Terrible service they showed up but didnt have the equipment needed to clean a second story unit. Could have let us know prior to the appointment but failed to do so. So disappointed in this company.

They are extremely expensive for the services provided. The hardwood and tile floors look very good. They only sent 1 crew...1 guy....had to move a bunch of furniture myself and partially with his help. He didnt have all the right equipment to polish the floor and get the dirt out. I called and told them to get him help or he wouldnt have finished that day. They sent someone after a good amount of pushing. Both guys were great, tried their best, polite and respectful too. They helped put the rooms back together as much as they could, and then we did the rest( which was substantial ).Again, it was a tremendous amount of effort from me to get this done, and their cost was excessive for the service provided.
