First off, I thought their customer services was great. For the most part the carpet was cleaned very well but unfortunately the pet stains are still a little visible. I just moved into this house so the stain wasnt there for no more than a month. Wish they could have gotten it out. But overall, the guy was nice and the customer service was great. I still recommend this place even though those stains were not 100% gone

After not having the level of service I expected form my last house cleaner, I was in the market for a new one. I found Dirt Busters on Yelp and decided to give them a try before I had some family come to town. And WOW! I am so happy with Lupe and how great of a job she did with the apartment. I’m afraid to mess anything up because I want it to be this clean for as long as possible. I had only purchased two hours and she asked if she could stay an extra hour just to give the place the level of detail it needed. I was so happy she was able to stay and get it done correctly rather than rushing to get out. I can’t stop admiring my apartment and how clean it is. Will definitely ask for Lupe again in the future!

Dirt Busters has been cleaning the carpet in my rental home for years now.  We have four residents and the carpet gets very stained. But every time they came out it looks brand new.  They are efficient, quick and trustworthy (they have even come to the home when no one has been home and lock up after themselves).  Prior to exclusively dealing with Dirt Busters the carpets never looked clean…the staircase was literally so filthy and stained – I don’t know how they do it but it looks BRAND new now.  Mike Salas (the owner) is incredibly kind and professional. Actually, the entire staff is.  I rarely write reviews but this company deserves a great rating.  I am lucky to have found them.  I just give them a call and after that I don’t have to worry about a single thing.

This is an amazing customer based business! I only use referrals to work in our home and Mike Salas, owner DB, was referred by MAC Flooring another great company. Mike and his Team cleaned our 40 year old furnace ducts and videoed it. Yep— lots of stuff was sucked up and we will breath cleaner air. Our house has high wooden vaulted ceilings and every single board was vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum system. Plus, the entire house walls and ceilings were vacuumed. Today painters are staining all the wood clean surfaces. Wish I had found Dirt Busters sooner. It is obvious that Mike and his Team are proud of their expert services and work well together. Five stars is not enough. I signed up for the house cleaning package plus carpet cleaning, for a 1300 sq-ft townhome. The home has two levels with a combination of tile floors, carpet, custom tile bathrooms, and a teenagers messy room. Every inch of it has baseboards. Holy smokes, their teams were up to the challenge! Ive used cleaning services before, but Dirt Busters beats them all. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I also liked the way the cleaning crew would check in often, making sure I was satisfied with the work, then move on to the next room. They got behind cabinets, over the furniture, and in-between everything else. They even cleaned two years of pizza spills from inside the oven! The house cleaning team needed more time than estimated, because our house hasnt been deep-cleaned in two years-- but the price was right and worth every penny. I like the way Mike includes the costs up-front, for each line-item, for how much per hour with estimated times, and anticipated Total Cost; and then sends the information to the customer using both email and text. No surprises. Except, to see how surprisingly GOOD these guys really are. Seriously, thanks a million to Dirt Busters for a cleaning job, well done.

Roger and his team did an amazing job of cleaning our dryer vent at a great price: $99. I called another place around the area, and they gave me a quote of $199 with a bunch of stipulations. Anyway, our guy, Roger, showed up on time and started work immediately. It took him about an hour and a half to finish the job, and that was only because he had trouble finding the opening of the vent. Once he finished, he got Joe on the line to confirm with us that the job was done properly and marked us down for an annual dryer vent cleaning reminder. Good customer service in my opinion. These guys are great, very thorough and my carpet came out cleaner than expected. They put base board protectors on each corner so their hoses didnt mark up the baseboards. Their staff is friendly and explained what they were doing and why.

I was recently contacted by one of the reps. I had decided to hire them mainly because of their online reputation. I did some research and it turned out that they also clean the grout. My grout was a nightmare. I ended up cleaning the entry the bathroom and the kitchen, the price was a little on the high side but when I saw the amount of labor that was dedicated towards my job it was definitely worth it

I gave my wife weekly cleaning from the Dirt Busters as a gift, and I think it is by far my wifes favorite present Ive ever given her. She looks forward to every Friday when she knows that she will come home from work to a spotless home that looks and smells great! I’m not sure what it is that they use as a cleaner, but the whole house smells so good when we get home.A quick review of their work: They clean our whole house every week and the floors are always vacuumed and cleaned, the kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, and everything always looks great! And it’s even better that I know that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products to do it all. I can’t recommend the Dirt Busters highly enough!
