I am a frequent renter at the 231 W Katella Ave location in Anaheim. I always receive excellent service when I arrive and return. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Brian is an amazing manager he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good and that I always leave completely satisfied. Brian even send text messages during and after my rental to make sure everything is going ok which I absolutely appreciate. Jennifer also always calls the day before to make sure everything with my reservation is good and she’s always very polite. I feel bad I can’t remember all the other amazing staff members names who have also provided me with excellent service but the entire branch is amazing. Thank you all

Good experience, friendly staff. Even though I returned the car a day early they were going to charge me for the extra day cause it was past the cutoff but I mentioned that and they waived it with very little fuss. Much appreciated!

I was upgraded & pleasantly surprised at this locations professionalism. Raya checked me out after returning the vehicle & I was in and out quite fast. If yourre looking around, consider this location for your rental car needs. I even remember their names after 3 weeks went by since I was there. That should tell you something. People are really nice here! Ive been using the Enterprise membership for a while and got a huge upgrade at this branch so the overall experience was really great. Even there was no upgrade, I will still recommend Enterprise for offering consistent service and quality of cars at most of their branches.

Fast and friendly. I had arrived too late on the reservation date, but when I came back the next day to pick up the car, they gave me the previous days rate (which was cheaper) anyway. Nice touch. I will definitely be back.

After getting into a car accident, I was shaken up and nervous. I arrived at Enterprise to rent a car until mine was fixed. The manager, Brian Khoshnood was so understanding and patient with me. He reassured me things would be fine after my accident and took care of my specific requests. I would highly recommend visiting this location for any rental needs.

So Easy and convenient! We reserved our car online, had no problem with them finding our reservation. Needed a car from LAX but dropped off here. Car was clean, Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, they dropped us off at our hotel near by after we dropped off the car. When getting the vehicle we were asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit. We were told there would be a hold on our card for $100 + the agreed upon rate, and that the deposit amount would the released once we turn the vehicle in. The deposit was released to us IMMEDIATELY after returning the car, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED!!! We rented a car from ALAMO before and let me tell you; never again! (waited a week for our deposit to be released at ALAMO) We will be doing all of our business with Enterprise from now on.

Staff here is great and very kind.Im not really sure if it worth to do a reservation on line, but I did it anyway, and the cost here was lot cheaper than other agencies close the zone.Car was great, nothing to complain.

Generally, the people at Enterprise are courteous and eager to help. Unfortunately, theyre not all educated the same on Enterprise policies. In particular is the issue with fueling the car. Ive always elected to return the vehicle with the same level of gas as when rented. Two rentals ago, I was going to be tight for time at the return and therefore was offered the purchase a full tank option. I indicated that I had no interest in paying for fuel that I ultimately wont use. I as ASSURED that I would only be charged for what I actually used, and I would ultimately NOT pay for a full tank. I was surprised but took the clerk at her word. At the most recent rental I asked- again- because I was eager to use the same option but wanted to be clear about the terms. THIS agent indicated that the quantity of fuel I used was irrelevant, and Id pay for a full tank even if I returned the car 80% full. (Those were his exact words.) So...…. contradiction, and, to some degree, scam. If one actually pays for a full tank of fuel but only uses 10%, Enterprise profits from the 90% they got to keep. Buyer beware. I still dont know what the true policy is, but Im guessing its the latter. Granted, I could have contacted customer service, but Enterprise was persisting in getting a review, so, I provided one! My work is done.

When my car was damaged my insurance company reserved a rental car for my use at this facility. When I picked up the car I gave them the reservation number and told them it was an insurance rental. When they asked me for a credit card I assumed it was for a hold to make sure my insurance paid, any damage I did to the car, etc. Imagine my surprise when I was charged the full rental amount after my return! I contacted my insurance company on 12/9 to get this addressed and have been repeatedly assured that Manager Brian is working with the accountant to refund my money. It is now more than a month later and I still have not been credited the money or even contacted by Enterprise. They were literally paid twice for my rental, once by my insurance company and once by me, and still wont return my money. So if you need a rental through your insurance, do NOT come here.

Called for a White Tesla Model S they had last night. I was told it was sold out. I arrive later in the day after closing and the Model S is still parked where it was 24hrs ago!Female Employee also did not answer my questions properly. Only kept trying to give me a vehicle reservation I didnt want and then she just says Call back when you want to place a reservation and hung up. She had no time for my questions apparently.

We reserved a mini van from the W. Katella Ave. location in Anaheim, and upon arrival, found out that all Enterprises mini vans were recalled and taken off as a rental option. We were very concerned since there were 6 of us in the travel group with all out bags. The Assistant Manager, Matt Dailey, had an alternative of a Volkswagen SUV he offered us at a cheaper price. He was so helpful. He showed us the SUV and helped us figure out the seating for the 6 people in our party and the placement of our luggage. In the days following, he sent an email to us asking how we were doing and he even called and asked if we were ok with the car and if we had any problem. We actually loved the Volkswagen SUV and every bag and every person fit in nicely. Thank you, Matt, for calming our fears and starting us on a fantastic vacation!

Enterprise Rental was courteous, professional and accommodating. The rental agents were very polite and welcoming. A few weeks earlier I had rented from Avis and my experience was horrible. Enterprise showed me exceptional customer service and I intend to rent from them in the future. Avis should take a lesson from the Enterprise Staff. Thank you Enterprise.

We had the best service at this location. Spur of the moment we decided to rent a car and the sales representative that helped us was amazing. Robbie at this location and another gentlemen went above and beyond and gave us a great deal since we only needed the vehicle for a couple of hours. I wish that we could talk to their manager and have them rewarded for their outstanding customer service. Not many places have this kind of service. They definitely need more people like these two. I will recommend this location to everyone I know and we will definitely use this location again for future trips. Thank you so much for making our stay and rental so relaxing.

Had a reservation for an SUV today and when I got there they tried to give me a minivan “for the same price” and I don’t want a minivan at all. the guy who appeared to be the manager kept saying “YEAAAH it’s gonna have to be a minivan” while laughing under his breath.avoid this unprofessional location that doesn’t honor what your reservation is. I also reserved it yesterday and the rude guy working there had the audacity to say I reserved it today?? it wasn’t a same day reservation. my blog and youtube channel WILL be sharing this horrid experience!ALSO it smells like farts in the building gross

Quick in and out. Friendly agents. Clean car. Convenient location. And the best thing in my book is they don’t give you two key fobs strapped together that just take up way too much room in my pocket! Yes, one is all I need.

The branch organized, clean and provided a very inviting environment. When I attended Eric, Brandon, Daniel, Allan, Carla, Lucy, Harvey, Julio, Jose and Nasser all rocked it. The branch was full and they absolutely kept everyone happy and gave excellent customer service. They all worked together as a team and making Enterprise a fantastic place to rent from.

The beginning and end of the experience was great. We were picked up from our hotel and quickly brought to Enterprise by a friendly driver as scheduled. Once the car was ready, getting the car and driving away was quick and easy. The problem is the inevitable push to get me to upgrade the car. Of course our car wasnt ready yet, although they know we are coming, but the upgraded Mustang is ready. After standing around for 5 to 10 minutes, they finally said, well, we do have another car which is ready for the same cost.. So we picked that car and we were on our way. I guess this kind of sales pitch works for other people, but it is extremely annoying. I was nice during the transaction, but I guess I should just be blunt with people and say bring me my car. Anyway, it could have been a 5 star experience, but I can only give it a 3 star experience.

Very friendly and talkative staff. Vehicle prices were great and readily available. We were able to get free pickup from our hotel, which would make it perfect if it were available a couple hours earlier in the day.

I was picked up from my hotel and taken to Enterprise where everyone there was very helpful and nice. The car was returned several days later to another location where they took me back to my cousins. They too were very polite and speedy with taking care of the return. I love this location. The manager and staff are completely accommodating to my needs. The cars are well maintained and always clean. Wait time is kept to a minimum. They always follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I rent cars here several times a year for business and would not go anywhere else. Prices and terms are reasonable and they maintain a low mileage fleet of acceptable vehicles. I recently had an emergency where my vehicle was stolen and since they knew me and saw an insurance claim, the manager called before I even rented just to make sure I was ok. When a company actually gives a hoot about me, they have my business for life.

I made a next day reservation & had no problems. This location is always friendly & helpful. Will definitely use Enterprise again, & again.

This place rocks! I had arranged for a rental car through Hertz two weeks prior to my pick up date. When i got there they told me they were all out of large vehicles (we are a family of 5 and needed lots of room) and they told me to come back later. I decided to walk next door to Enterprise. Alex helped me and in no time i was driving away with the perfect car for my family. I ended up needing to keep the car 2 days longer than planned which was no problem..and when i returned the car Alex helped me again, he is super nice and friendly and made sure our experience with Enterprise was a good one, and it was!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast and promt service. Thank you Alex!!!

Zero stars if possible.The return process was awful. Car conditions were not correctly documented at the time of pick-up, LAX. The location (Katella Ave.) that I had scheduled to return the car would not accept it. Really bad experience, unlucky to rent from Enterprise again. I would consider it only as a last resort. At this point Id rather use Uber.

My experience with Enterprise in Anaheim was perfect. The employee at the counter was very polite and efficient as well as the person who took me out to show me the car. The car was a 2017 Volvo and it was a pleasure to drive. I was able to drop the car off at the Hilton instead of having to travel to pick up location which saved me from having to walk or take an Uber back to my hotel. A great rental car experience! This location is the best in customer service by far compared to the other local Enterprises. I rented a few weeks/ different cats during the month. Smooth check outs and great car selection. They send friendly texts to make sure your reservation is the best it can be.

I have never been given this level of customer service at a car rental. I requested a pick up and Dave (❤) was waiting outside of the car, with the passenger seat opened like a true gentleman. My check in was pleasant and the fella kept me laughing. When I checked out, the different fella made things so quick and even waived a fee because I had a valid excuse. No car rental company has ever treated me with respect, kindness, and provided so much laughter in all my years of car borrowing. Even the fee that was waived was never done, valid excuse or not. Who ever is to claim these folks have bad service should 100% consider an attitude check, love love love these guys. Thank you Enterprise Anaheim!

Quick & Easy Rental & Dropoff Experience. Employees super nice and focused on providing a positive experience for the customer. Minor issue faced was car had full tank of gas and was charged a full tank of gas even though gas was full upon return, customer service happily reversed the charges. Highly recommended. Will return.

I was pleased that they picked me up from my home to rent the car. I had some troubles with it due to a flat tire after I rented the car. I was able to get it taken care of even through the headache and they were very helpful and kind during the stressful process. Definitely think about renting with them.

I have always had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The only thing that I wish they would change is how far they will come to pick you up especially when they use that as their motto. They will only travel up to 3 miles to get possible clients. I think that I live about 5 miles away so I had to use a ride service to get to their location. I know that no other car rental service will get anyone but a few more miles would only make people like Enterprise that much more. Sometimes I think it makes people choose another service like Avis for being so cheap of how far they will go to get their clients. Maybe Ill write a letter to the President of Enterprise and express my feelings on the 3 mile radius to get customers.

Great service and accommodating. Robbie, Kelsey and John were great. They changed our reservation and provided a comfortable van for our party of 12. It was a quick in and out. I definitely rent from enterprise on my next trip.

I had a great SUV with even more incredible brakes. And in LA you need that! They love stopping on the freeways for no particular reason, at any time... Everyone treated me well and so my faith was renewed... I always do Enterprise :-)

They picked me up from my hotel, were very courteous, and got me on my way with no fuss. The rental car was in good shape and the drop off was fast and efficient. I have no complaints at all!

I initially reserved a car at The Fullerton location located on Commonwealth. I showed up an hour later than I said I would and they rented my Reserved vehicle. The agent was not much help and advised that I go to The Anaheim location located on Katella. I went there and was given a Toyota pick up truck for $17 a day for my inconvenience. I had the truck for 3 weeks and two days. When I returned the vehicle I was told that the cost was $41 a day. My bill was over $800. I needed this rental while my company truck was repaired from a hit and run, drunk driver. I had to use my company credit card for half of the cost and I paid out of pocket for the balance. My company authorized this rental based on the $17 per day amount, not the $41 per day. I have always used Enterprise because they stood by their agreements. At this point, no one has contacted me in regards to this issue. I was told that they would. From this point forward, Ill have to search other resources before I automatically go to Enterprise. Im truly saddened, I thought Enterprise valued me more as one of their customers.

I picked a minivan up from this location a couple of days before Christmas. Despite being quite busy, the employee who helped me (Myles) was quick, attentive, and competent. We forgot to reserve a booster seat, but Myles was able to locate one for us. When he saw the minivan was dirty he even had it washed before bringing it to me. I will use this location again in the future!

Very smooth and easy rental process from pick up to drop off. Also there were no hidden charges in the initial reservation estimate. I paid what I expected to. Staff members were courteous and made sure all questions I had were answered.

The staff here were excellent! They were very patient. They let me change my reservation twice, even at the last minute, and were more than willing to work with me with a credit card issue. The whole time with smiles on their faces right up until after closing time. Great experience.

Fast service great price at least I get government rate. I was there for 10 min tops. The new return service at the San Diego airport is event easier for return.

Great prices and great staff. The only one thing i would say if you are from the uk. When you ring enterprise for price, it may change when you get to the actual car rental place. They tell you on phone how much car is to rent but failed to tell us that insurance is compulsary. It doubled the price we were quoted. So just a heads up

Awesome place! Great people. Great service. I always get car beyond my expectations. Always crystal clean, like new, quick check in and check out service. They treat me like a star. There are other enterprise locations near by me, but this place stands out in everything. I kept going here back again and again since my first visit. Coudnt think of other location. I will be there for my next rental.

Overall experience was great, nice and courteous. However was charged more than what I was told. I was charged for insurance I had opted out for, I was in a hurry as I was already 2 hours late to where I needed to be and when I was asked about getting the insurance I said no and was told to initial to opt out of it yet when I returned the vehicle realized I had been charged. I just paid and left as I was exhausted from my event and didnt want to have to argue about the price.

Fantastic service at this location! Rented a suburban and it was very affordable, clean and freshly washed before I got in to it. Customer Service checked in to see if I was enjoying the car and if I had any problems with the Sirius radio or GPS. I would rent again from this location for sure.

The truck i received to be honest was very dirty outside bad i shouldnt receive a Rental like that also the truck inside smell bad people Smoke inside the truck had Ashes inside the truck Not very happy about that

The staff was friendly and the facility well-maintained. We requested XM radio and it was never activated despite multiple calls to the rental office. Upon return of the car, when my husband returned home with the paperwork I saw they charged almost DOUBLE the per day rate listed when I made the reservation. I called immediately and was told the refund of the over-charge may take a few days to be applied. I will be keeping an eye on it for sure!

My wife turned to me and said Im pretty impressed with Enterprise. Even when we were late my driver still waiting for me. We had to resechedule a car rental and they gladly did so and gave me a great rate on the new vehicle. We are always greeted with a smile and given great advice.

It was an excellent service. Although originally the minivan we were suppose to have was not available, they upgraded us and gave us a discount. Made our trip enjoyable. Will for sure use them again.

The customer service at the Anaheim location is phenomenal! The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about me being comfortable with my rental. I would recommend them any day!

First，the staff of this car rental company is very unprofessional. They force some small scratches that are not noticed when you pick up the car. When you return the car, it is the responsibility of the renter. And the employees of Enterprise told me that my insurance covered the small scratches and still deducted $500 from my card. They asked me to pay for the repairs.Secondly，The front desk staff of Enterprise and the employees who delivered the vehicle seemed to lack communication. When I paid the $268 car wash fee and the $200 deposit at the front desk, when I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the staff who delivered the vehicle changed the price to $310. And the $158 deposit, under my strong request, Enterprise employees changed it back.

After being screwed by a competing rental car company that happenes to be next door, i walked over to enterprise with no reservation just to see if they could help me out. They were insanely busy but were still able to get me in a car! I forgot his name, but the manager that was there when i got the car was super helpful. Really a great rental experience, especially for walking in without a reservation. Had to drop the car at LAX, which was quite expensive due to enterprises one way trip fee, so just be aware of that if youre doing a one way rental.

Ive always had a great experience with Enterprise, I saw in another review that they could do better at explaining the insurance options and I would have to agree with that. I shouldve just asked her to clarify sp I still give 5 stars because everyone was so friendly and very nice. I called while on my trip to extend my rental for and extra day and it took like 5 seconds. They were very understanding.

This was the second time renting from this Enterprise. I was happy with their service the first time I rented, however, this second time was not the case. The salesperson who help me told me I was getting a free upgrade. However, when I returned the car they charge me for the upgrade. Unfortunately for me I didnt realize this until I got home and I looked at the receipt. I noticed I was charged for the upgrade and the amount was different from what they first quoted me online. I guess I trusted the sales people to be honest with customers and I did not think they would rip me off. SHAME ON YOU ENTERPRISE FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I had an appointment (Which I recommend before coming) and the service was fast. I was an hr ealy and they got me a car still in 20 minutes. They are very accommodating, friendly and know how to treat their customers.

I was surprised at how little time I spent waiting to be served. I am used to waiting in line for car rentals, but this was different. They used the information I had entered online when I made the reservation, had an appropriate car waiting, and got me on my way quickly. Same thing when returning the car - it was quick and easy.

Last weekend I made a last minute booking online for a one day rental from this site. When I arrived to pick up the car, I asked the agent if a GPS was possible (my first time driving in the US/right hand side of the road) but since one wasnt available, she (Danielle) upgraded the car for just the cost of a GPS. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy, and when compared to another local car rental company we used during our trip, her customer service was second to none. I wouldnt hesitate in returning to this Enterprise location, and would ask specifically for Danielle if possible.

Only Enterprise I could find that was open on Saturday. Location is open till 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Make sure you make an online reservation, or youll pay the price.

Staff was friendly but way understaffed for a Saturday. Office was a little in disarray and could use a good scrub down. Stains and marks that have been there for more than a week. Makes you question the cleanliness and maintenance of the car you are renting. Otherwise, a satisfactory experience.

Fast, courteous, friendly and great customer service. They took care of us and provided us with a really nice car.

They were great about getting me a rental car the same day that I had to bring my car in for repairs. I was referred here via my insurance and the customer service was very good. They had a shuttle to pick me up from the collision repair center down the street and I was able to pick up a rental car within minutes. Dropping the car off was just as easy, and they dropped me back off at the collision center to pick up my repaired car. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only thing of concern is that their parking area is a little small and crowded so it can make parking (or leaving) a little tricky. That being said, everything else was great!

Saved our vacation by coming through last minutes when Hertz overbooked and refused us a car. Thanks so much you guys are amazing.

Overall experience with the Anaheim location was not what i had expected. the car i receive as per the representative was going to wash the car, on receiving the car it looks as if it was just sprayed over with water, leaving the mirrors with all sorts of water marks which you could hardly see through of. The car had some type of control on how fast you could drive, when reaching the set speed the music dies down and car refuses to go any faster, this is good i believe for inner city travel but not cross country as i was travelling. Customer representative could having no knowledge of the car they are renting and was not able to help out in the situation. If it wasnt for the Chandler Arizona rental location i would have suffer on my way back home. Hope the Anaheim location be considerate on their next rental to their customer. Not a good customer service...... location......

The day I picked up my van seemed to be the busiest day. It took an hour to get my van which caused us to hit traffic in the way to Universal Studios. BUT, its the only company I could get a 12 passenger van from

I rent a car on the 6th and returned on the 7th. I was charged 3 days instead of one day. The feul was almost halfway when i got the car, when i returned it; it was couple gollans bellow. But they still charged me full tank. I have been a customer of this company for years and this small incident will not make me stop using them but i have to say its a little disappointing.

This is the Enterprise store No. 1 to me. Though there are constant changes in personnel because of the management training they are in, they have always given the best attention to my needs for almost every week that I am in the store. My kudos to the management team in this store.

The cars provided is in great condition we rented a full size pick-up from Anaheim & return at San Francisco. price are on the higher part. we can get a cheaper price at Hertz but too bad they have rented all their cars so we had no choice. agree with others who commented the staff are quite pushy on the insurance. Another thing is we made payment settled everything before and after returning signed and agreed on everything. flew back home to our country, after more than a week later, our credit card was charged with a fee of $11.95. we have no idea what it was they didnt even notify us anything it was the banks sms that sent to us stating the payment was charged by Enterprise. i have emailed Enterprise and still waiting for their reply which i find it quite ridiculous after more than a week we still got charged and without notifying us!!!!!

I had to wait aobut 1/2 hour for a car. The car was clean and rode well. The agent did not explain any of the features of the car so I had to figure that out for myself. It was very convenient to drop off the car at the hotel.

After a bit of delay with pick up from my hotel I arrived at company only to be told that the car I booked was not yet ready. I was offered a more expensive one. With a tight time schedule I had no choice but to end up paying about $100 more than budgeted. Also the staff can do better to explain the insurance options and would do well to be better listeners

Good location, friendly staff. Difficult to get in/out of. After renting car had to wait 20 minutes just to be able to drive it out.

My transmission cracked my insurance n caliber collision took 12 days to check it out. 12 days...really to tell me it was non repairable. Now to scramble n purchase a car at transition time in my life. Thought this Enterprise location was really nice when they rented me the car...then 5 days into being charged n I found the extension in rental from my insurance n caliber to be finger pointing rather than professionalism I anticipated. Tried to explain to Enterprise I needed to find out what was going on before they charge me. Nearly $600 paid on rental n threatened me they would report I had stollen vehicle...their recordings bost of customer excellence but threatening your customers..calling early Xmas Eve day etc is a little too much. I was at hospital night before due to severe leg cramps. They did not care these guys only care about money n wont even give you a chance to find out whats going on before they threaten you with theft of their not as nice as my car rentals. Shame on businesses that threaten good n charge customers before they are able to question charges...

Unbelievable nasty service. I was on the phone with one of the agent. He told me to take uber there, and I mentioned that it was their mistake. So, I’m not willing to pay for Uber. He told me to run to the location since it’s free. Wow! Really? This kind of customer service people need to be fired

DO NOT COME HER AT ALL COSTS!!! ENTERPRISE SHOULD PULL THIS FRANCHISEES LICENSE!!!Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with any car rental agency anywhere! I reserved a vehicle online to pickup at their Hilton Hotel location. I arrived at the location at 12:10pm on Saturday Oct 28 and there was a sign on the counter that read gone for lunch back at 12:30pm. At first I thought it was weird that only 1 person worked that location and they closed for lunch, but I didnt worry about it too much and waited. 12:30 came and nobody showed up, no problem Im sure someone will soon I figured. 12:40 and still nobody so I use the phone at the counter to call someone and Im told the agent is at lunch and will be there shortly. 12:50 and still nobody, 20 min after the sign says they will be back. I call again and Im told the same thing they are on their way at which point I say no I want to speak to a manager I keep getting told they are on their way and nobody shows up. Finally a manager said his name is Alex gets on the phone and proceeds to lecture me about the fact that I had an appointment at 11:30am and I wasnt there for that, what does that have to do with the employee not being here at 12:30 as sign says and as I was told he would be. Absolutely no help from this individual other than a attitude and a telephone tough guy role, who wouldnt even have the courtesy to send someone or come talk to me himself. I proceeded to tell him I was sick and tired of being told one thing or the other and nobody showing up, either send me a car or someone who can help and what i got was a hang up in my face. Their comments on other people review claim their cornerstone is customer service, which is a bunch of bologne!!!! I later find out and that they are losing major business due to the lack of customer support and service as is evident by the horrible reviews I now see here. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and Enterprise main office. If I could give zero stars I would. The one plus from this was Avis from the airport drove a vehicle to me at the hotel within 15 min and gave me a beautiful BMW X5 for half the price these guys were going to give me a small suv for, basically saved me $100.
