The Hispanic , Latino manager needs to be fired I witnessed some of the asain seniors asking her for help and right away she told them can’t help them and closed her door, the asain manager goes out her way to help all the seniors even if she has difficulty understanding them

That guy in photo likes to work on metal when the office is only closed he sneakes in a homeless guy who sleeps in a blue Cadillac ct4 v backdoor by the pool area I’ve seen them with car parts around 2 or 3 am working on the seniors cars with other homeless there not even low key about it

The Mexican manager is very rude to certain seniors here of all race and the asain manager is really more helpful then the other manager she’s really nice and goes out her way to help vs the mexican manager seems to not care and talks rudely to some of the seniors

A giant rv parks in front of the building on the Main Street a lot of homeless attraction and recent thefts and break ins at this senior building across the street is a hotel used to be called el dorado inn Anaheim bad neighbor a lot of homeless dig in the trash and sleep on the grass in front of the building on Main Street

This guys sits in his car with local homeless for hours when the office is closed sometimes he’s working on bikes metal scooters when the office is closed he sneakes in a homeless guy who sleeps in a blue Cadillac ct4 v that he just painted blue and they walk around the building and can been seen looking at the cars around 2 am or 3 am there always sitting on the grass smoking just hanging out they have like 3 cars each but there homeless always getting new cars and painting them but there homeless

There’s been a lot of car thefts and these two guys sit in there car only when the office is closed sometimes walking around the building late at night 2 am or 3 am his partner in crime is another homeless man who sleep in a blue Cadillac ct4 v ever since the thefts they have new cars and painted there news cars more then twice different colors But they still sit in there cars for hours when the office is closed

Grandpa said senior got covid 19 here i say because they still have staff waisting time doing nothing here. asain dominant living. good luck there trying to make it asain dominant living only. poor management building fire the staff that works here. grandparents complain terry the janitor is always walking around doing nothing. the manager & other staff pick and choose there favorites on who to help first.the building can be ran under better management the building needs security also due to hotel across the street atracting homeless. people sleep in there car around the senior building even dig in the trash or walk in the building. there are way better buildings then this one the dogs also pee and poop on all level of the floors good luck

One of the janitors terry shows up to work around 6:30Am to 6:50 am And makes a lot of noice slams for the doors and most of the time he just walks around the building pretending to pick up trash or clean the white walls with a rag he should be hired as security cuz most of the time he just walks around the building being a peeping Tom or asking the seniors for cans

Nice complex with good secure atmosphere.

The office doesnt follow up on complaints the 3rd floor makes to much banging noise. There is senior who prays and plays music from 6:00 am - 6:30 am sometimes till 1 pm .. the building has alot of break ins from the homeless .. a bum walked into my grandparents house .. not a safe community for the senior and to much seniors live In the building the seniors fight alot with each other

The office asa in manager is rude she doesnt follow up on complaints my grandparents said. They said the 3rd floor makes alot of noise bad neighbor I hear they are only accepting new asa in seniors only office manager only helps her race not other race and is not fair my grandparents said they are planning to move now cuz if the bad neighborhood bums breaking into building and sleeping on chairs and rude manager

My grandpa ask my to Complain about the lady who lives in room 207 the complain my grandparenta mentioned was every day 7 days a week twice a day the lady chants real loud around 6:30-7:00 am wich obviously is violating Anaheim niose levels rule. She also burns things whenever she screams these chants in the morning. She also does this around 7:30 - 8:00 pm every night. She stinks up the building like cigarettes and its not fair. Also there are homeless people who sleep in there cars and park in front of the senior home place. Theres this guy who sleeps in a red van always parked in front of the senior homes .. he is always seen talking to the local homeless and sometimes is patted down by cops if u r lucky and walk by .. its not safe for the seniors to have homeless sleep in there cars in front of the building and sometimes they sleep I the senior parking lot in the Cars MAKR A CHANGE SOLORA COURT SENIOR OR I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE MY GRANDPAENTS TO A SAGER SENIOR HOME

The office asain manager is very rude. She also gave very stupid advice to my grandparents .. she should be fired .. a little child could run this place betterThe other neighbor pic on the other people here .. If you want your family misreated sure move them in .. This place should be called asain living home .. Wheres they only take care of there people and under asain management only

They give expired food to seniors the dogs poop and per on the floor .. the seniors exclude them self from other races they barely have activities bad neighborhood bums dig thru the trash & walk into building They need security guards for the seniors poor manage building first come first serve basis

The building smells like fish and burnt smoke like burnt wood .. i stepped on dog poop in the building & there are animal markings & pee stains on every floor of building
