03/24/21 Asked William today if the Gym was open. He replied to me that Orange County is still on the Purple Tier. WRONG!! We have been on the RED Tier since 03/14/21. The Gym and Pool was supposed to have opened 10 days ago.Please inform yourself better!Effective Sunday, March 14, Orange County will move into the Red Tier the States Blueprint for a Safer Economy after having met Red Tier metrics.

Over the last several years I have watched the managment deteriorate rapidly. Ive lived here for about 6 years and am now strongly wanting to move. Between closing access gates for safety reasons and leaving the remaining gate broken and wide open for weeks now, and issuing warnings for having twinkle lights wrapped around the fencing on our balcony (not even nailed down), the management is doing all they can to make things uncomfortable to residents. Tree trimming unannounced on a saturday morning at 8am, disgusting laundry room with machines constantly broken. Its been deeply disappointing and frustrating to constantly find out new things theyre deciding to upgrade for the worse.

Good luck getting ahold of management, they’re never in the office all hours of the day, and they don’t return emails or phone calls. Super frustrating

I like this apartment. Its nice and clean. Also, they are prompt when you need something to be fixed. But, the downside is, especially in this pandemic, is it necessary to Raise the Rent? Seriously?A lot of people either not working or working hours has been cut down. People need help, support, and someone to understand in this kind of situation.Im only giving 3 stars because of this reason.

Im truly baffled by all the stellar reviews of this property on yelp. I wonder if the property paid them for those positive reviews. I am very unhappy with the cleanness of this property.

If you are looking for a convenient location with stellar customer service I would look no further. Harbor Cliff Apartments is a place to call home.. its conveniently located and a great hidden gem. I love that we are right on Harbor yet we are tucked away. I have lived here for over a year and our community is super quiet. Tha manager Will is extremely friendly and helpful he has gone above and beyond for us on several occassions whether its a package issue or single handedly brought our food order directly to our door when Doordash randomly leaves it at the property gate. I would definitely recommend considering Harbor Cliff your next home.

Love the community. Very clean, nice gated area and safe place. Our Maintenance man, David does a great job with responding to repairs that you may need. He just installed a few new doggie bag stands. Which had become very helpful and worth the review 👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Moved in with my fiance and 2 daughters about a month ago .. we love it here our floor plan is perfect and unique with a dual master - everything works and we love it and are so much happier here. Rent is beyond affordable and were so close to everything. We have privacy and would recommend this place to anybody!!! BTW we r really picky...

I reside in this complex when it open in 1986. It was a very nice place. Many nights swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Great memories. Magda

Bad management!!!!I paid $50 for a replacement gate remote control ,,, and I waited for two days ,,then gave me an old used one ...

I have been here a little more than a year. It was always kept clean and rent was affordable. New management came in and everything changed. My biggest complaint are the grounds are always dirty. The bbq has never been cleaned since New management took over. The laundry machines that dont work take weeks to be fixed.

Lived here for a few months now and its great. The apartments are nice, laundry is kinda expensive tho. Upstairs neighbors are constantly moving furniture, if ya know what I mean...😏

I’m not happy at all very very sad I don’t know what to do I moved here just couple days ago everything went good but after moving in from LA and the truck with days of moving and you know how annoying is moving they kept us waiting extra 10 days and we thought that’s because the home is not ready so we didn’t mind so we moved and we found out the place has a lot of cockroaches and insects the reason for moving was the “the cockroaches and insects” and we found a job in the area and we are very ready to start after telling our new jobs we need more days now we need more days to clean I’m not really trouble maker or I complain but I’m very sorry when I found out this is my new life it really hurts my heart please think too much before moving because it’s the worst thing ever we literally don’t know what to do I hope the apartment will take care of this problem because we are not happy at all
