Great. I called Tony to make an appointment. He asked me when I wanted to have my van serviced. I asked for the next day and first Morning appointment. Done. They opened at 8:00am on the dot and started my service. Tony’s shop is about 20 miles from my house, it’s worth that 40 mile round trip to have Tony and his professional auto Technician service my cars. It so hard to find an honest automotive shop, Auto Topia is the diamond in the rough. Every time I have my cars serviced, Tony has gone well above and beyond To make me happy. He only uses good quality parts direct from the manufacturer. Tony will actually show you the parts that he replaces. Ill repeat several reviews, this is the ONLY place Ill bring my car to. Fair and do what needs to be done when it needs to be done for the best prices possible. I moved from 5 minutes away to 45 minutes away and still worth the drive. My 100k mile Hyundai has night and day driven as if it was brand new every time it leaves the shop. Recommend always.

You cant really ask for more from a used car dealer. Tony really stands behind the sale. He makes sure the cars he’s selling are safe and reliable. He and his employees are respectful and curtious. Always an issue. I have worked in a European Auto repair shop for years, I am not new to the industry. I asked my husband to bring my car up the road to repair a slow leak in my tire. Should of gone a mile further and risked ruining my rim. I got my tire plugged (not even patched) for $60. Well 45 bucks or so was for a failed inspection on my 2011 Mazda because they wanted me to do a brake job (minimum to pass $300). Im 9 months pregnant and needed my car back, also have receipt of all brakes being replaced from Bright Bay Mazda in the last two months. This is the 2nd car of mine that I have brought there and they have failed. Never in my life did I have this issue at other shops. Just out to pocket money. Oh and never an issue that is computerized or comes up on the dynamometer. Always a visual failure. Very upset, NYS needs to pay them a visit.

People say they do good work, maybe they do maybe they dont. I just got some work done but the biggest job was the changing of my dodge charger starter. I think they did an oil change and welded a hole in my exhaust too. It cost me $800 and im starting to hear noises again. Its only been 3 months since. I feel like i got ripped off. I wont be going back there. The owners and staff are as humble as pie though.

We have been customers of Auto-topia for over 10 years. Tony and his staff are very honest, and very professional. Years ago we brought them a problem car engine to fix. After bringing it to many others only to have problem reoccur within months - But TONY FIXED IT for good! He solved the problem when others could not! From then on we have been bringing our cars to him. They just fixed a bad steering problem w my current car and also painted a bad mismatched side piece from an accident you cant even tell now! The always tell you of potential future problems and the option of waiting or dealing with it now. This IS the ONLY place I would bring my cars for any needed work.
