This is the best auto shop I have ever been to, hands down. I needed two new doors on my drivers side and was without a car for the time being it was in their shop. They took that into a sincere account, texted me updates every day, sent me pictures, and finished my car in 3 days. In the past we had Eastside Collision do some repair work for tworelatively minor accidents. As customers they made the whole processeasy and painless for us. Because of their fine work in the past we decided to use them again for another job. We bought a brand new Mustang GT that we wanted modified (custom paint, ‘Cobra’ stripes, spoiler and more!) We had no qualms about Matt & his team doing all this work on a perfectly good BRAND NEW car. Our confidence paid off big time as the car came out PERFECT. It turns heads where ever we go and has received rave reviews from friends, co-workers and family. Matt was even able to find the exact spoiler we were looking for but we simply could not find anywhere. East Side Collision was EXCELLENT!! Matt and his team are professionals who care about the look of your car. I had two minor accidents and my white BMW 328i xdrive needed dent and paint work. I received updates with photos and daily text messages and appreciated this so much. I didn’t need to call to ask for an update. My car came out looking like new again. General info: I had my car towed to Eastside Collision instead of one the one my insurance company provided me with (yes, you are the person who chooses the shop). I did not been there before and but my friend said its the best shop in LI and since he went there for the first time, he wont go anywhere else.Pros: I was little bit more than skeptic at first (come on, no other body shop - ever) but employees working there were professional, kind, patient, took their job serious, explained everything, took care of dealing with insurance, and even though my Chevy was in a quite bad condition, they took it to verify that frame is intact, etc. and said that I shouldnt worry - theyll fix it. After I picked up a car I was shocked - the car was beautiful. Paint, color matching, detail of work - youd never tell it was in a bad accident. Most important thing is that they dont try to scam you into paying for broken parts that are actually good, and when I asked for their prices if Id come by my own - theyre reasonable. Now, I, myself, wont choose any other shop for any work on the car.I realize that above description is almost unbelievable (I generally had bad experience with car shops), but they do really good job there for good prices, and youll be definitely happy.Best car shop ever, just try it.Cons: Definitely none

I wholeheartedly recommend Eastside Collision for their auto body collision repair work. It was an absolute delight to deal with honest people who not only take their time to properly assess the collision damage but to also completely explain what will be involved in the repair.My collision damage was mostly superficial and the repairs Eastside Collision performed on my car made it look brand new as if nothing happened to it at all. The metal and paint work were flawless. So much so that my original intent was to fix my car to trade it in or sell it to get a new car, but now that it looks so good again I am holding on to it a bit longer!

My repairs were perfect, I was so happy to get my car back when promised. Matt, (the owner) and his team were so professional and friendly. They sent me photos of the work being done as they were doing it. I like that i can see how well they are doing.I will recommend them to everyone I know. can I add more stars to this rating LOL!

Just want everyone to know what a positive experience I had with Matt! I picked this garage from a Google search, based on his ratings, alone. So, I was a little nervous, but needed to make a fast decision as my tow truck was on its way! I am so happy I found Eastside. Their rates were reasonable, they were super fast and the quality was great. Not once did I feel taken advantage of in any way, shape or form. Matt was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended as an honest body shop mechanic.

The service at Eastside Collision is outstanding! Matt is a hospitable owner., when I arrived to obtain an estimate and I explained to Matt that I needed to get a rental so I could go to work, Matt contacted the car rental service and they picked me up and every thing worked out. I was in a vehicle and on my way to work in no time. Matt had the patience of a saint in dealing with the insurance company, he made me believe he would take care of everything and he did. He kept me in the loop via emails and phone calls. My vehicle was repaired in no time and in perfect condition. Matt you are the BEST!!!

When I had my accident and the tow truck operator made the recommendation to use Eastside, I was reluctant but took his recommendation. Fortunately I have not had an accident in nearly 30 years and because of such, I had no collision services experience. All said and done, the owner Matt and his team worked diligently on my behalf with the insurance company and the entourage of auditors to finish my car quickly and efficiently. Upon pickup, Matt walked me through a slide show demonstrating the several stages of recovery over the last 30 days. I could have not been more impressed Eastside and thankful to the tow truck operator from Conlon for the excellent recommendation in the initial crisis!

I picked my car up today and Matt and his team did a spectacular job! My car has never looked this good. Matt was kind enough to send me pictures of my car while it went through the stages of repairs. He made the arrangements for the rental car to be at his shop when I dropped my car off. Simply stated - Eastside Collision is the best. We had an accident in NYC on a Friday night which rendered our car un-driveable. AAA left us hanging. Not sure what to do, we called Matt from Eastside. Matt arranged for a tow and handled everything from there. We didnt even need to wait for the tow truck. He really made it easy. The repair was perfect and was completed ahead of schedule. Cant say enough good things about the experience.

When I went to their website I saw exactly what I was looking for. A moderate sized company that didnt spend their customers $$$ on constant ads and commercials. (I hate paying my $$$ for some companys advertizing). I was looking for a company where Id get to spend my $$$ on service. I found that when I met Matt at Eastside Collision. Eastside did not restore my car to good condition...they made it look and run GREAT at a most reasonable cost. I highly recommend Eastside Collision. I had a terrible rust problem on the wheel well of my car that kept getting worse. Someone had recommended Eastside and when I went there, I found the owner to be extremely professional, honest and very diligent. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. Matt kept me abreast of all of the work and had my car finished very quickly. When I had an accident in my other car, Matt worked with me to help get a rental, spoke with the insurance adjuster right away, and had my car done within a week. Considering that I had over $5,000 worth of damage, this was miraculous. Once again the car came out beautifully, and you would never know it had been hit. Ive visited Matt at Eastside Collision twice. Once was when one of our cars was cracked up in a snowstorm and, most recently, was to get my new pickup bed sprayed with bedliner. Both visits were nothing short of awesome. Matt spent the time to explain the process both times and documented them both with multiple pictures. He was extremely responsive to any questions and really helped us work with the insurance company with the cracked up car. To say that I couldnt be happier with his service would be an understatement. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may have.

I picked up a 97 Jeep Wrangler and the passenger floor board was rotted away. I brought my car into Eastside to have them just cut out and replace the floor. Matt and his team went above and beyond what I expected. They not only cut out the old floor, they rolled the edges of the new panel so that it would blend with the floor. The rust extended a little farther than the panel would replace so they welded a separate piece into the back end. They resurfaced the floor with POR-15 to prevent further rusting and also undercoated the bottom of the panel. I am more than satisfied with the work done and I would not hesitate to recommend Eastside to friends and family.
