Ava the tax prep is great!! She is fast and professional and she is all about helping her clients. She is there every year and I always feel lucky to get her! My busy days its best to have someone who can whip through everything like Ava. I would recommend this JH and especially Ava to anyone.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Be prepared to sit there for hours and no one even acknowledge you when standing right on front of them.
