Great experience. Late Saturday night emergency call and during the process of fixing things Rich took the time and effort to educate me about our Septic system, what I need to do to maintain it, and what to watch for in the future. Could not be happier with the service we received.

The two times we have had to have them here they were very easy to work with came in did the job very well. They told us what needed to be done before they did anything and okayed with us before they proceeded. would recommend them to anyone at any time and will use them again.

When the drains back up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night...who else are you going to call? The Roto--Rooter service man arrived within 30 minutes and quickly solved the problem. When you want the job done right, call the right people! We did. Fast, competent, and reasonable.

Rich comes every month to clean the grease trap at the business I work for and he’s always positive, quick, and good at what he does. Always look forward to seeing him!

While we didnt plan on having issues, our church had them and there were problems after problems but they handled them professionally and always kept us in the loop. Other companies recommended them and we are so fortunate that we called. Working in 90+ degree heat and in a 14 foot hole, the employees never batted an eye. Thank you for your prompt service!

After I paid over $500 for these men to unclog my sewer, I discovered that they had use my new bins to throw muck from the sewer into--AND LEFT IT IN MY BASEMENT! I also found sewage splattered all over my walls and a shelf with cooking appliances nearby. I mentioned it to my plumber friend, who had recommended them, and he was appalled at the outrageous charges, as well as the disrespectful way they treated my property. I do NOT recommend these thieves.

I have used them for years and never had an issue with them but this year they really dropped the ball. I called on a Saturday to schedule my regular yearly appointment, I know it was a weekend but I expected to leave a message to get a call back. I just wanted to make sure I got my appointment set up just incase more was shut down due to the virus. Instead I was connected with a lady who asked if it was an emergency, I said no, it can wait, she then took my information and said Id get a call back. Ok, thats fine. I waited until 9am on Monday and hadnt heard from them, so figured Id just go into work and wait for my phone call. When I returned home by 4 and still had received no communication I called them to ask when I could set up a time. The lady that answered said they were already there but I was not. WHAT? I was never told a day or time😠 I still need an appointment can you please set up a time? They did for the next day. When he showed up, the man said Im sorry I forgot my equipment Ill be back in 45minutes. Um, ok... when he returns, he then starts to talk about clogged pipes...No, not what I called to schedule my appointment for...what is going on? Im then told at the end, oh yeah I have to charge you for yesterday too. What?!😠😠 Im charged an extra $50 bucks for their lack of communication. I call in immediately and am told theyll pass the message on to their boss who will call me back tomorrow. Well its tomorrow, so Im sure the message has been lost in the shuffle again. Very UNHAPPY with the service Ive received this time a round. 👎👎👎👎👎😠 I know theres a lot going on with this virus right now but come on, improve your communication and customer service.

Ira highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need your main line unclogged. They do a nice job of cleaning up behind them. The fellas that I have had come out seem very personable.

Amazing work by Dave! After a night of heavy rain our basement flooded and he came over late at night and cleared everything out of the floor drain! What a life saver! Glad to be looking at a dry basement!

Had them replace a frozen hose. They replaced my hose with a larger hose and when they turned the water back on it caused a leak inside. Now Im going to have to get a crash course on plumbing to fix the fitting they want to charge $100 for what would take them 10 minutes.

Mike came out in a pinch and helped us out at our business on Main Street yesterday afternoon. Total professional, and showed me how to try cleaning the drain trap myself. He ended up needing to snake the floor drain for us, which made an immediate improvement. Hell definitely make Roto-Rooter our go-to for drain issues in the future.

They came out over 3 times over a 6 month period and didn’t fix the issue. James in particular was very unprofessional - he was scheduled at 6pm and didn’t come until 9pm. He sighed loudly and complained about not wanting to do his job while carrying things haphazardly through the home the majority of the time he was there - nearly 3 hours. I’m a young woman living in a house by myself and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. We finally called another plumbing service that came out today about 20 minutes after we called. They resolved and then explained the issue in detail and gave helpful, friendly advice on how to avoid it happening again. Learn something from them!

Terrible service that isnt as cheap as they said they are. They came to my house twice and hopefully this time its fixed. The service technician called his boss and adter arguing with him for a while, he agreed to lower the price for their unprofessionalism. Not only was he late, but he was also rude when talking to his boss about his service. The first time, the service technician was terrible when it comes to cleanliness, leaving my house all dirty walking up and down the stairs. I gave them one star because its impossible to give them a worse rating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they failed to get a backup drain moving (Sunday emergency call = 2X the hourly rate), and said theyd come back Monday to jet it out. They didnt call us on Monday morning to say when they were coming, then five hours later they said theyd be right there, and after yet another hour later they admitted the jet truck was actually three hours away from us and would not be there that day. So, we spent two nights in a house where toilets couldnt be flushed, and no water could go down the drain. When we called them out on their lies and failure to show up, the receptionist told us we were banned for life, and could never call them again. :o Take my advice -> call ANYONE other than Roto Rooter!!!!!

I just had the absolute best experience with Roto-Rooter! My sump pump suddenly quite working after a lot of rain and storms. The service tech was kind, courteous and prompt. He was very patient with my endless questions. I was worried that this service would break the bank and was shocked at how reasonable it was. I cant recommend this company enough. I had a really bad experience with the first service that Roto Rooter performed in my basement but they sent Michael Books over to rectify the situation and he was fantastic. He was very easy to work with and made sure that we were satisfied.

Roto router came out to my property to unclog a clogged drain and could not unclog the drain.. To add insult they billed me 300$ to not unclog ! i h called Drain Tech and they came right out and unclogged for 97 $ !! When i called Roto ruter Mary used cuss words to me telling me it can not be unclogged ! so unprofessional ! Do not use this company !!

Dave crushed it and provided top notch service -- thank you for getting us back in working order!

I had them at my home 9 times and they did not fix my backing up sewer. I finally had them put a camera down to see what the problem was. They said it was a belly in the pipe. Than they said they could get to me in 3 months. (really....no flushing, no shower, no dishwasher for 3 months?) so I hired another company. And when they dug up my yard where Roto rooter said the belly was....GUESS WHAT!!! NO BELLY. iT It was a blockage!!!!!!!! what the hell did they do the 9 times they were here before! I would not hire this company if my life depended on it. Also ... when I called them back to ask them to pay my 3k bill....they hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!
