These guy fixed what Mavis tires in Albany, GA didnt do. They all were super nice and very professional. I will definitely be using them again!

I was told I had a leak around my oil filter and they refused to give me an oil change... I took my car to two different garages and was told my filter was fine. They simply didnt want to work on my vehicle, another mechanic I spoke to told me he had heard that complaint about Shell several times before.

I used the car wash here. It always works great. Has all the chemicals coming out. Brushes work good too. I love this place because they I have updated to take a debit and credit cards. Also still have the change machine. And it usually works. Great job Shell Rapid Lube on this car wash its amazing.

It was ok.But I think they need to fix their lube machine. Greasing my vehicle is part of my service. And its never happened since Ive been coming there.

As always the manager and his staff are always courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. In and out in a matter of a few minutes.I would recommend this business to everyone.

A little slow today because they were busy. Now you can wait in the car while they change your oil. This is a plus but if you have an oil light reset you need to remind them to reset it. I had to figure out how to do it myself

I got there at 5:25 thinking they closed at 6:00. Well they close at 5:30. Y’all they still changed my oil! They were so nice and didn’t complain at all. I even told them that it’s ok I could go somewhere else and they said no that they didn’t mind. I would definitely recommend them. They are amazing.

Ive been coming to this station for several years, and through several vehicles. I dont know that Ive ever spent more than 15 minutes a visit there - whether they were busy or not. The staff are extremely friendly, fast, knowledgeable, capable, cooperative, and efficient. Theyll tell you of any issues, and fix what they can. They are affordable, and if they cost any more than other service stations (which I believe they dont) itd be worth every penny. By far the best of its kind Ive seen. I recommend them to everyone. Ive never had a bad experience with them, and dont suspect I ever will.
