Very disappointed in this car wash. Visited Goo Goo in other parts of Ga and was very pleased. The one in Americus is poorly maintained. Brushes are wobbly and bang up against the car violently. Car does not come out fully clean.

My Tundra was extremely dirty from the previous nights drive through rain and then lots of bugs. Although there were 5 cars ahead of me, the line moved quickly and my truck was throughly pre-washed before being run through the wash. Upon exiting the wash and driving to the free vacuum I was impressed of how clean my truck was! A quick wipe down with the (provided) soft paper cloths got the few drops of water off and I was able to vacuum as long as I wanted. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with their drive thru service. I drove in from NC and hit an armadillo in the middle of the night. To say the least, I needed a cleaning asap. James specifically handled down there offers and specials in a friendly and courtesy way, so much so I thought he was the manager. The other employees were just as considerate with directions for me as a first timer. Americus has real jewel in town, I would subscribe to their monthly special if I was local. Thanks again James!

My wife went in to get her car washed on 06/10 at 6:50. The attendant, a young man in a tye died t shirt was not very welcoming. Four times while waiting in line my wife heard him huff and complain about “these folks slipping in here at the last minute really peeve me” of course there was the “I’m not talking about you ma’am” this was multiple times. We are always sure to respect closing times. I won’t go in a visit the last 30 mins to and hour even if it means I have to make another trip. I respect folks are wanting to get home. This was 6:50 and the sign out front said the business is open until 8.Tried calling customer care the next day to let them know without doing it here. Waited on hold for 10-15 mins twice (once around 11 and again around 3pm) and never spoke to anyone.$8 is cheap for a car wash. Really didn’t have high expectations but was surprised that it did a pretty good job for a mechanical wash.

As we pulled up to.pay for our car wash with our debit card, a young man comes out of the building shouting No NoNo you cant use your debit card you must pay cash , the man was VERY rude ! My husband and I wanted to pull off but we couldnt others had lined up behind us. The new assistant manager came.over and explained that the internet was down and our card wouldnt work ! If it wasnt for this young man to come over and explain why we couldnt used the machine we would have found a way to leave !!!!! Weill we go back? Definitely not! I dont deal with rude stupid people!!!

Well, it was bound to happen, no more of the staff pre scrubbing your car at the prewash. They will only do that now for 15 dollar and 21 dollar wash. Really dissapointing. On the up side, the establishment seems to have much better staff and is cleaner than visits past.

I am extremely frustrated, I was passing through and wanted to get the bugs off my truck. I was told it was cheaper to pay for the month then to pay for one visit. I do not live anywhere near a goo-goo and I requested they remove my card and close my account last month. They charged me again!!!! The way they are doing business is very shady !!!!!!!! DO NOT give them your credit card info

I was paying for the 39.99 Unlimited car washes for a month . I told them I didn’t want to do the 39 month Unlimited car washes because I wasn’t using it enough . They said they would take car of it and not charge my debit card again well the next month the did take it out so I went back up there they said I see where it got taking off I don’t know what happen and I would receive a check in the mail . NEVER CAME . And to top that off they Charged AGAIN the next month. Went back up there same thing check in the mail. I paid for Two months and didn’t get the first car wash or my money back. Don’t do it

The service was great. After I left, I noticed that 1 side did not seem to be cleaned. I went back and they prewashed and detailed it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!💥💥💯💥💥

I paid $7.00 for a half washed vehicle. Who do I blame... faulty equipment, attendants, Or myself. Should , Do I wash my car before I take it to car wash? I wish there was a way to give Goo Goo Express half of a star since I got a half of my vehicle washed! I guess that is way Express is on the end.. Quick pay and fast lousy services

When they clean your car with brushes, they do not do a good job.

System ripped my rear wiper off.

Quite disappointed, the outside crew before you go into wash, did not remove and scrub bug debris off nor the dirt and grimes in ceases of my vehicles body

Fast and easy

The machine its self does a great job where it touches I drive a bigger truck and it dont quite get the center of the truck. Leaves a 3 to 4 inch dirt strip right up the center. Employees are top of the line.

You get what you pay for, got the premium, it wasnt, went home and did it myself! Should have done that in the first place and saved the 21.00.

Dont allow them to use the brush on your vehicle. They will ding it up. I regretfully came here in a rush, I usually use Jasons place but when stopping here i chose the wash I would like and the young man gets his brush with the hard side down ( I guess not paying attention) slams it on the windshield and roof of my vehicle. I then ask for that young mans name 3 times and all three times I got told I dont know. I then stated I will not allow you to damage my vehicle and then refuse to give me a name. I ask for the managers name and again was refused any assistance. Then I was told all you had to do was say dont damage my car. I mean maybe I took for granted that this should be an understanding bf entering any facility. Then while trying to speak to yet another employee, this same young man is cussing and telling me how I got one more time to tell him I am not speaking to you. And he is going to lay hands on me. So needless to say the worst place I have ever encountered for a simple wash

My car came off the belt and scared the living daylights out of me. I had to wave down help. They also dont have floor mat cleaners like other GooGoo locations. I also had to switch vacuums because of lack of suction. Maybe other people like it, but because of my rough experience I wont be back to this location.
