Madison is awesome!! It was my first Brazilian ever. It was totally done in less than 30 minutes! Dont expect your first Brazilian to be completely smooth (due to hair growth cycle, some hairs will be too short to be waxed), but they give you the second wax free so it is totally worth it!! Of course it hurts a bit, but you can totally breathe through it. And Madison kept me talking so that helped a lot!

Ellie is possibly the best waxer I’ve ever had - honestly if it wasn’t for her, i don’t think I’d ever go back! She does Brazilians in like 7 minutes with little to no pain. This place is a must if you want a good experience!!

I needed a quick eyebrow wax so I made an appointment for an hour later. I showed up and was quickly impressed at how efficient they were at checking me in. The appointment was running on time and they got me right back. The entire space was nice and clean, the rooms brightly lit, and comfortable. The staff nice and friendly. Elli did my waxing and so easy to talk to that before I knew it she was handing me the mirror to check my brows and I was done. They were perfect! I had a great experience from start to finish. This was my first time getting anything waxed so I was very nervous, but Hunter was awesome and professional. She talked me through the whole process and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The only thing I wish they would have done differently, is tell me everything I needed to know about my first time waxing when I called. If my sister hadn’t asked a zillion questions for her first time, I would have been very unprepared.

I’ve been waxed plenty of times before but this was my first time not going to my usual girl because i was out of town! The experience was great! My waxer was Parker and she had a great routine and was so friendly making me feel so comfortable! If i ever need a wax in Utah again I’ll be coming back to her!!

I went today to Lunchbox Wax for my first ever wax. It was a clean, nice space. Reasonably priced. My esthetician was fantastic at making me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going back.

Its hit and miss here I feel like. Ive had really great waxologists and some absolutely awful ones that I refuse to use again. If you happened to find one the good ones, hang on to them.

Dezirae is awesome and made me feel so comfortable, which says a lot considering I was either on all fours or legs laying butterfly and letting it all out. She was so nice and made sure I checked multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. I got the Brazilian, if you couldn’t tell by the previous statement, and she made it quick with little pain. Very satisfied with the smoothness of my, uh hem, skin.. 10/10 recommend!

This place deserves 10 stars! I called ahead and made an appointment for 5:30. Ive been trying to get my brows done for weeks and with my crazy work schedule it has been hard. I got off work late, and called and let them know Id be 10 minutes late and they were so kind and no issues with it. I show up at 5:57, 3 minutes before they close, and she greets me so kindly, and has no issue doing my brows and my lip! She took her time, was super friendly and my brows are flawless!! I am so beyond grateful for places like this who are so kind. And then I see the receipt and it was only $37 for both my brow and my lip! $23 for my brows and $14 for my lip !! Last place I got my brows done it was $35 just for my brows !! So happy with the excellent customer service and affordable prices!!!

I have had great experiences previous to today. I was a few minutes late due to traffic and they charged me for the service without doing it. The employee working was curt and rude towards me. I felt awful! Not going back after a year of using services.

I was impressed by how quick the service was done. It normally takes at least half an hour at my other place and they did it in 15 minutes. At first I was impressed but then I realized after arriving home that it was because they didn’t pay attention to detail. There were still hairs that they didn’t get out. It is extremely annoying because I expected smooth results but it’s pokey and patchy. I feel like I paid for the job to get done and in order to be satisfied I need to tweeze what they missed.

Willow did my under arm waxing and she did such a great job, she was so sweet! Definitely recommend her for waxing services!

I got my first Brazilian this morning with Hunter at Lunchbox. I was terrified (and mortified) and I shouldn’t have been at all! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Hunter was sweet, professional and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. She was quick and even though there was a little pain it was NOTHING compared to what I thought it would be. I’m a customer for life now!

I would have given five stars, but the waxer left a ton of hair! I feel like Im going to have to go home and shave anyway. The waxer said that it was because I had been shaving, and so theres a bunch of short hairs, but I havent shaved in over a month. Just a little disappointed that this is how Im going to look right before my trip
